The 2nd interview is honestly one of my favorite moments in the entire show. It’s like watching an inevitable car crash

Like watching a car that's been driving for 6 seasons crash into the wall it was speeding towards

Love this episode. We also have met the brother of the horse BJ stumbled upon on the comedy club, in the first season finale there is a horse asking BJ for an authograph calling him his hero, i love the liltle details that this show has for the fans.

Princess Carolyn was truly sad because Bojack told her "I do love you, by the way. I mean, as much as I’m capable of loving anyone" after 20-something years of their relationship and yet... I'm glad you noticed this moment because many people overlook it.

BoJack already went to rehab because of situation with Sarah Lynn too. When he was at the rehab, he had this bottle of alcohol, in which he saw stars from planetarium. I guess the very thought that he did a horrible thing there supported him in rehab. A thought that he newer wants to repeat that

My favourite part about the second interview is that even though the way biscuits presents Bojack’s problematic past isn’t FULLY accurate, it still makes you rethink the fact that you are routing for Bojack in the face of all these horrible actions

Goodness, that second interview is one of the most uncomfortable moments in the entire show. I always found it interesting that it painted him as predatory, despite that being a bit of an inaccurate assessment of his character. Still, as you guys discussed, he at least accepted responsibility for his wrongdoings on the air, though that in no way, shape, or form instantly makes him a good person. It just makes him a slightly better piece of shit than all the other pieces of shit out there, as he himself acknowledged a couple seasons back. Now, only four episodes remain in the journey....

I actually think part of the point of that interview was that he was predatory. It's easy not to see it from the audience's perspective, but Bojack was a father figure to Sarah Lynn. Giving her alcohol as a kid, sleeping with her as an adult, encouraging her to go on the bender which killed her, and the 17 minutes were all examples of him abusing his power over her in some way or another. Not to mention the whole Penny thing. Bojack's issues are more than just being predatory yes, but at the same time it's not exactly inaccurate.

Wonder if the show is based on Charlie sheen

The most fascinating thing about this is he only actually did like half the stuff he gets canceled for. A lot of it is very misleading. His relationship with Sarah Lynn wasn't predatory. He was trying to help Jameson, not taking advantage of her, but you still can't defend him, because the stuff he actually did do, including the new revelation about creating a fake phone log trail to avoid getting blamed for Sarah Lynn's death, is really indefensible.

How was his relationship with Sarah Lynn not predatory? She was nine months sober, and he called her to party, just for the sole reason that he wouldn’t be alone when he got wasted. Completely disregarded her feelings and wishes, and only put his own feelings aside when she experienced a total mental breakdown, shortly before dying. The sex aside, he only contacted Sarah Lynn whenever he wanted to use her in some way.
