- It's a given that if Dale Jr. is racing, he will be nervous leading up to the race. He says in this video that he "he can't change that." But what didn't help was the short amount of time Dale had to practice, as well as having to rush to jump in the car for qualifying. He fills us in on his emotions throughout the weekend leading up to the start of the race.

It’s funny you said that. It is true, but when I recently started watching Dirty Mo i thought who is this Mike guy. Did some research and changed my view quickly.

Last part was neat. "The team isn't there to hold my hand". Looked and sounded like sr there or I could be way off and just wasn't expecting it.
Sometimes people saying “you got this” is just them being supportive Dale. If you weren’t nervous and they said that you’d be like “I know I got this…” and the question would feel equally awkward because you’d be like I’m not nervous so why’d you just tell me something I already knew? Makes sense!
You may still have some pneumonia. It takes time to get over that. That is why you were exhausted.

Also being nervous causing you to tense up and burn up energy quickly. You boxed before or trained so you know the importance of staying relaxed and breathing even during the storms

Another thing dale jr I feel like I have lived this same kinda thing you experienced also with tryin to hurry up and get ready to race lol.. I believe it's because we are getting older we think about being safe and having everything right but the younger us would be so geared up to go we might forget to lock the steering wheel on lmao!! When your young you don't think about the consequences nearly as much as you do when your older!!

That's crazy that a million dollar sim doesn't have some kind of something to let you know you're on the wall. My $400 setup has that.

because teams can't test by themselves anymore. So they just use sim.
He had no right to be racing in first place it's not right that he gets a whim to go racing with racers who have been there all season and made it to the championship race , ends up wrecking a racer (josh) who had been there all year needed points ended his day just for his own ego...

Know it was for $$$$ and maybe ticket sales. Only full time drivers for each series should run. Double dipping takes points and money. As a team owner Jr should be aware of that
