I freaking hate cold. That is why I live on the coast of Georgia. We may get a few cold days. But most of the time it is in the 70s in the winter. I love the heat. We usually go to the Caribbean in the winter if it is going to be cold. We also go several times a year in the summer.

I usually watch every podcast and enjoy them. But the three of them together and seeing Dale Jr smile and laugh like that was pretty cool. If you 3 had an hour of this every month or something - it’d be a huge hit.

For the past 12 years I have done a polar bear plunge on New Year’s Day. Have done level 3 in the cryo chamber. My next thing I’m putting a ice bath on my deck. Amy is hilarious you have to have her on the podcast again. Thanks Dale for your stories.

I went fishing in a frozen River for hours one year, WADING, dodging icebergs 20 feet long and moving fast on that trout stream. It was my way of celebrating a birthday that year... I turned 64 that day and got skunked fishing. Tis chilly in the subarctic on January 23rd.
From what I read the faster you can slow your breathing the better it is. We def need a “keep it real with Amy” every so often

That’s why foot ball players do it all the time. Mike your wife did it 4 times because at the end of they hike she had to come back down. 😂😂 Great show thank you for doing it 😅😅😅

I'm from Northwestern Ontario but this is also common in Wisconsin and Minnesota - we like to sauna all year long
It is really fun in the winter - break a hole in a lake, sit in the sauna till you are hot, jump in the lake and run back into the sauna
Was Just going to say the same thing. I’m a life long Minnesotan. We do charity events where people open holes in a frozen lake and jump in for fun.
