      鹽麴能延長醬汁的嚐味期限~
      這個醬汁可以放冰箱半年都不變味
      用起來超方便😆

    Thank you for sharing this simple, beautiful, and delicious recipe.
    This recipe looks very delicious and simple to make. However and like you mentioned in your video, it requires a know-how skill to prepare and/or cook the eggs to a desire stage.
    As with the sauce which calls for Shio Koji, don't you think the enzyme in Shio Koji works best @room temperature? In other words, first to marinade the thin-sliced meat with Shio Koji in a room temperature to let its enzyme do its magic. Next, prepare the sauce sans Shio Koji. Then, cook all the ingredients as shown in the video.
    I already have a simple DIY sous video cooking vessel. However, if you don't mind, I would like to know more about the sous vide gadget you used in the video and I certainly would appreciate if you can provide link to this sous vide gadget. I think, with a proper cooking vessel, one can really turn this gadget into a low-temperature multi-functions cooking vessel, i.e. incubator/ dehydrator / slow cooker* / sous vide, etc.
    * If this gadget can heat up to 76°C, then a slow cooking is possible.

      1. It is only necessary to tenderize the meat without overbreaking it, so room temperature is suitable. There is no need to marinate the meat with salt koji beforehand. You can simply add the sauce with salt koji directly during cooking.
      2. amzn.to/3EexzrO I found this on Amazon because each manufacturer may have different temperature settings. It is important to pay attention to this when making a purchase

      1. You are right that the thin-sliced fatty beef becomes tender in no time when cooked with the sauce already had Shio Koji.
      2. I thought you got your gadget from Hong Kong which perhaps cost less than 1/3 Amazon price.

      That's even a better deal (about US $12). I hope to be able to sing up an account and buy one unit and among other things from taobao. So far, I'm unable to sing up for an account mainly because the phone number I have doesn't support SMS for verification.@@beanpandacook

      @@beanpandacook Wow, I must say that's an excellent price (about US $12) and thank you for the information. This gadget is sold @Temu about US $32 + Free S/H to US. Anyway, I found this 养生壶家用多功能煮茶壶办公室小型玻璃花茶壶电热烧水壶炖煮茶器 (sorry I just copied the whole title mainly because I don't read/write Chinese) @Taobao with a price tag ¥79 (or about US $11) + Free S/H within China (don't know how much to ship to US). I do prepare, boild / steep, and drink many different varieties of herbal tea and this kettle will come handy. I must say it is an excellent gadget to ferment Amazake.
