Just a recommendation but you should do Lawrence of Arabia next. I could tell a lot in the film it was a template for what’s shots were important in the movie
Every time I see this re-uploaded I have a moment of absolute confusion and distrust of my memory only to realise that yes, it was blocked again and yes, it's been uploaded again lmao
I think the channel manager should use no copyright music, for his sake. I doubt the edited footage is the reason for the block, it’s most likely the music.
I have no idea what Villeneuve, Fraser, Zimmer, Butler and company were smoking when creating the scenes in Giedi Prime but thank God they did it, one of the most audiovisually spectacular things I have ever seen in a Science Fiction film, I won't be the biggest fan of Feyd's character but his presentation was a gem
One of the best sequels and experiences in a cinema that I have seen in my life, direction, performances, music, production design, story, lore, protagonist, sound design, special effects, and I think the Cinematography of Greig Fraser in this This movie will become my favorite of all time, it's too good, this... this is Cinema🖐🗿🖐
4:23 The shot that constantly reminds me why I love cinema. Very reminiscent of retro sci-fi, fantasy films from the 70s or 80s. I clearly see how Dune inspired Star Wars now
@stevengrant9198 Practical shots always hold up better with time. Always love directors nowadays who will try and use practical shots as much as possible, makes it feel more realistic as well.
Here we are again, thanks for reuploading. I don't know why but it gets better every time I watch it all over again. The spice must flow!!! Came on bring us to the green paradise!!
The contrast between the fight at the beginning of the film so red, and the scene in the arena in black and white, is incredible. Visually one of the most beautiful films I have ever seen.
It took me a few minutes to realise that Villeneuve is inducing the illusion of slow motion with clever use of scale, proportions, pan and zoom. Stuff like that will immortalize the movie!
the lynch movie still has some qualities I prefer over Villeneuves. Still a 10/10 movie and never thought I would have the pleasure to see such a movie in the cinema again
Spirituality is the word. When we talk about best among greats , the edge it gives to the already perfect technical masterpieces. Dune 2 is one of a kind and in 50 years , I'll still be watching this , listening to its score and marvelling at its genius.
This movie impacted me so much, Dune is a life-altering experience when you learn about the story behind it and I pray it continues to shape me. It inspired me to think in ways one may not, and outside of the box, and to cultivate my own novel ideas along similar explorative narratives.
3:13-3:46 These wideshots evoke something special, largely due to the cinematohraphy itself but also due to your placing them together in this way. It feels, to a degree incredibly high, that I am observing something real, that I am a spectator witnessing a historical event. It's so hard to explain, but when all the people move about so small, it feels like I am observing a real history.
When I watched this movie for the first time my first thought was "so THIS how good movies used to look" The first dune is a visual masterpiece but Part 2 somehow OUT DID IT.
First time watching this, apparently it has been a struggle to get this up. Thank you for providing me with the opportunity today, to watch this. It has been good. Your efforts are appreciated, and are not in vain.
@@leont7956 I think the cinematography had more spotlight in the 1st one cuz it was a much slower story, this one I think is just as good, but it just moves so fast sometimes you don’t appreciate all the shots
Most of the time the best moments from a flim are one with great dialogue or action but in case of dune part 2 they are the once with no dialogue or action just visuals and music sometimes calm on airakis or horror in gedi prime. Never thought looking at a desert rock would be so beautiful. I still believe that the book is better but the movie does justice to the story writen by Frank Herbert, can't wait to see dune messiah.
There is one shot that isn't there, which i adore - from the very beginning, where t Harkonnens looking for fremen, when they are at first running and later smoothly flying (with reddish desert on the background).

I think this is definitive since it's ready to either buy or rent on Amazon Prime today. Worth every reposting for one of the best movies of all time.
LMAO I thought the same thing. This channel is my monthly dosage of de ja vu and the fear of having a memory issue.
I think the channel manager should use no copyright music, for his sake.
I doubt the edited footage is the reason for the block, it’s most likely the music.
Why are they blocking it? It is not monetized and it´s basically an advertisement they don´t have to pay for.

Thank The Mahdi
Bro is not giving up. Love the determination.
I remember feeling sad about not having Roger Deakins work in these Dune movies. But holy shit, Greig Fraser did a perfect job.
i felt the exact same way before part 1 came out although i’m still very interested in what the films would’ve looked like if deakins did it
If its Roger Deakins, my eyes will explode. But Fraser did amazing job
Amazing Shots said “IM NOT GIVIN’ UP, ILL UPLOAD THE WHOLE MOVIE!!!”. Nah, I think it releases on digital today
Damn bro. You are as determined to publish this video as much as WB is to keep you from doing it.
Don't give up, go ahead, lead us all to Paradise

The fact that most of it is done practically too

Christopher Nolan sitting in his chair watching this going "Fuck, glad this wasn't released in November".
5:13 best shot!!!
Bro I have been saying this! Its uneccssarily badass!
Dune part 2 is the most aesthetically pleasing film I've ever seen
Dune Part 2 is easily the best experience I've had in a cinema, there wasnt a single scene that bored you, and the CGI never felt off
It took me a few minutes to realise that Villeneuve is inducing the illusion of slow motion with clever use of scale, proportions, pan and zoom. Stuff like that will immortalize the movie!
I think Warner Bros has officially given up trying to take this down, well done, you did it.
Both movies need to be in the National Archives. Let time never forget this masterpiece.
literally the whole movie has the best shot
4:23 Villeneuve to D. Lynch: May your Dune adaptation chip and shatter 🗿🔪
May THY Dune adaptation chip and shatter
criminally underrated comment 🤣🤣🤣🤣

Amazing Shots has again created a masterful ode to a modern classic.
That music. Rips out your heart. Incredible piece to a incredible film
2:40 - 3:12 The series of face shots with the music is just sublime, really shows you the power of the eyes on the scene.
Yes, you're so taken by the amazing wide shots and scale of it that you forget how damn good the close ups are.
This is peak cinema. An unmatched experience. Chills till the very last moment. I am so happy to live through it
Vangelis vibes on the soundtrack, just pure gold
One of the greatest sequels of all time.

Dune Part 1 had a perfect soundtrack, then Dune 2 came along and improved on something that didnt need improving and did it masterfully
The entire movie was amazingly shot really showing how amazing cinema can be in story telling
Never give up, man. Never give up to these corpos.
Denis Villenueve is not a filmmaker, he's a painter with a camera. (And I mean that in the best way possible.)
Friendly reminder that Ant-Man Quantumania & The Marvels each cost about 100 million dollars more to make than Dune Part Two.
Intelligent filmmaking also includes intelligent financial management. Costs of making a movie are not an indicator of storytelling quality
Scorsese was right.
this movie is in another level.
new era is coming
I love how you chose the scenes that speak for themselves. I hope at some point to see if there will be one about the warlord.
When I watched this movie for the first time my first thought was "so THIS how good movies used to look"

That transition from A Time of Quiet Between the Storms into Kiss the Ring..... jaw-dropping

Perfección. Aquí seguimos my friend of The Shots ♥️
Thank you for using two of the best songs on the soundtrack
Why do I wanna cry watching this?
Because you love the cinema, feel happy for yourself
Because this movie is beautiful 🥲
The perfect director
The best composer
Imo the 2nd best cinematographer
“A Time of Quiet Between the Storms”. Perfect song choice. Hans Zimmer himself said he thinks it’s his best work.
This video and music literally makes me transcend into another world. A world I wish I can experience in-person.
This film is absolutely gorgeous and you’ve captured it perfectly with that amazing scored layed over it.
Thank you!!!
I love an overhead shot and the one at 3:30 is the king grandaddy of overhead shots.
What a great OST. Gives chills
You don’t understand how many times I’ve watched it
This is the best dune edit on youtube so far
A modern sci-fi masterpiece
I’m obsessed with this movie.
Goosebumps
Warner brothers: how many times would you reupload it?
Amazing shots: yes
Did you republish? Did you get a copyright infringement?
The cinematography and the music on this😍
I am buying today this masterpiece. And also when released in physical media.
I wish they could play this at the Oscar’s when it sweeps. It should at least win 6 like part one did.
What a lovely montage. I got chills. Thank you ❤
Denis is this generation's Kubrick. We're so blessed.
The greatest film i have ever waatch
Top notch story cinematography soundtrack acting concept
Everything was so damn sick

Added to favorites again! Hopefully bc the movie is out on digital it can stay
Such a beautiful movie.
Didn’t include my favorite shot which was the Harkonnens’ floating ascent to the rock formation
Superb!!!!

A part of cinematic history.
Still looks amazing even though it's cropped!
