शुभ प्रभात! शुरुआती श्रृंखला के छठे दिन के अभ्यास में आपका स्वागत है!
आज हम अपने कंधों के लचीलेपन को बढ़ाने के अभ्यास सीखेगें। हम ऊपरी पीठ की मांसपेशियों और हृदय क्षेत्र पर भी काम करेगें। गतिहीन जीवनशैली के कारण अक्सर हमारे कंधे अकड़ जाते हैं। इनकी क्षमता बढ़ने से हमारे सांस लेने और फेफड़ों की क्षमता भी बढ़ेगी। आज हम रस्सी, पट्टी या दुपट्टे के साथ किताब का सहारा भी लेगें। प्रॉप का आकार और आकार किताब की तरह छोटा और आयताकार होना चाहिए। यह बहुत भारी नहीं होना चाहिए। इसलिए, जब हम प्रार्थना के साथ शुरुआत करते हैं तो अपने योगा मैट से चिपके रहें।

अनुवाद: ओम्! गुरु ब्रह्मा (निर्माता) की तरह है, गुरु विष्णु (पर्यवेक्षक) की तरह है, और गुरु भी महेश्वर (विध्वंसक) की तरह है। गुरु परा ब्रह्म (परम सत्य) की तरह है। इसलिए मैं उन्हें नमन करता हूं।
पूर्णमदः पूर्णमिदं पूर्णात्पूर्णमुदच्यते ।
पूर्णस्य पूर्णमादाय पूर्णमेवावशिष्यते ॥

अनुवाद: वह पूर्ण (दिव्य चेतना) है। यह भी पूर्ण (आंतरिक/व्यक्तिगत चेतना) है। एक पूर्ण से दूसरा, पूर्ण प्रकट होता है (ईश्वरीय चेतना से, आंतरिक या व्यक्तिगत चेतना प्रकट होती है)। पूर्ण में से पूर्ण निकालने पर पूर्ण ही रहता है (चेतना पूर्ण है और रहती है)।
तीन बार शांति का जाप तीन प्रकार के विश्व दुखों को दूर करने के लिए किया जाता है।

Good Morning! Welcome to the sixth-day practice of the Beginner's Series.
Today we learn practices increasing the flexibility of our shoulders. We also work on the upper back muscles and the heart region. Due to a sedentary lifestyle, our shoulders often become stiff. Increasing their capacity would also increase the capacity of our breathing and lungs. Today, along with a rope, strip, or dupatta, we also use a prop, like a book. The shape and size of the prop should be like a book, small and rectangular. It should not be very heavy. So, stick to your yoga mats as we begin with prayers.
(0:33) Prayer
ॐ असतो मा सद्गमय ।
तमसो मा ज्योतिर्गमय ।
मृत्योर्मा अमृतं गमय ।
ॐ ॥
Translation: Lead me from the falsehood to the truth, from darkness to the light, and from death to immortality.
Om!
Chanting of Om has many physical, emotional, and spiritual benefits. Therefore, Yoga sadhana always begins and ends with Omkar chanting.
(2:13) Hand Stretch Above the Head
Benefits: This practice activates the entire upper back and shoulder region. It expands the chest and contracts the stomach, increasing blood and energy circulation. It removes stiffness from the shoulder joints and relaxes them.
Contraindications: People with frozen shoulders or shoulder surgery must avoid this practice. Even people with neck pain must be careful while doing this action.
(4:01) Forward Bending with Locked Hands
Benefits: This position puts pressure on and improves the circulation of the whole hand- fingers, wrists, elbow joints, arms, and shoulders. It opens the chest region, increasing the breathing capacity. This position applies peculiar pressure on the upper back area. These muscles feel the rush of fresh blood and are instantly rejuvenated. Bending down further improves the functions of the organs in the abdominal cavity. It also improves blood and energy circulation towards the head and heart region, opens the sinuses, and relieves cough and cold.
Contraindications: People with neck, back, and abdominal pain or surgeries should not bend down in this position. People with frozen shoulders must not hold their hands at the back. In case of discomfort, the practice should be done under a yoga therapist's guidance.
(5:30) Shoulder Rotation
Benefits: This practice opens the shoulder joints, improving their flexibility. It improves breathing capacity and heart function. The motion gives an effect of a cardio workout and makes one feel energetic.
Contraindications: People with frozen shoulders must avoid this rotation. People with stiff necks should also practice with care.
(7:10) Hand Stretching
Benefits: This dynamic movement improves the lung's breathing capacity. Stretching relieves the stiffened shoulder joints. It also helps in working out the arms and upper back muscles.
Contraindications: People with frozen shoulders must avoid this practice. People with stiff necks should also practice with care.
(8:57) Dynamic Upper Body Stretch
Benefits: It stretches and contracts the upper back muscles mainly. It activates the arms and the shoulder joints. It stimulates the knee joints that bear the body weight. This position also improves the lung and breathing capacity.
Contraindications: People with frozen shoulders must avoid this practice. People with stiff necks and backs should also practice with care.
(11:22) Hand Rotation with the Use of a Prop
Benefits: This is an excellent practice activating the arms and shoulder muscles. It improves the heart's functioning and lung and breathing capacity.
Contraindications: People with frozen shoulders must avoid this practice. People with stiff necks should also practice with care.
(12:55) Arms Stretching Using a Prop
Benefits: This stretching also gives the benefits of an asana as you hold to the last position, stabilizing your entire self to merge into it. It stretches and tones the arms and the forearms. It opens the shoulder joints, upper back muscles, lungs, and heart region. This position increases the flexibility of the back, shoulders, and arms. It also improves the flexibility of the spine and shoulder joints.
Contraindications: People with frozen shoulders must avoid this practice. People with stiff necks and backs should also practice with care. People with carpel tunnel syndrome must also practice under supervision.
(14:11) Hand Rotation with the Use of a Prop
Benefits: This rotation gives tremendous strength and flexibility to the arm muscles. It also works on the shoulders, lung capacity, heart, and upper back muscles.
Contraindications: People with frozen shoulders must avoid this practice. People with stiff necks and backs should also practice with care.
(16:20) Setubandhasana
Benefits: It strengthens the back and abdominal muscles by contracting the spine and stretching the stomach muscles. It strengthens the core. It expands the chest, improving the lung and breathing capacity. It puts pressure on the neck muscles, stimulating the function of the thyroid glands. It improves digestion and reduces menstrual pain. This position is also said to calm the mind by reducing anxiety.
Contraindications: Avoid this asana in case of neck problems, frozen shoulders, and surgeries. Mild backache can be relieved with this position. But in case of severe back pain, this asana must be avoided.
(18:43) Matsyasana
Benefits: The fish pose has innumerable benefits. It increases blood and energy circulation toward the brain. This helps in improving the functions of the brain. It expands the chest region, enhancing the lungs and breathing capacity. This makes it a curative asana for diseases like asthma. It stretches the shoulder joints and upper back muscles, improving their flexibility. It relieves backaches and makes the spine more flexible. It strengthens the core. The stretch on the neck enhances the functioning of the thyroid glands. This asana rejuvenates a person after practice.
Contraindications: People with blood pressure problems must do this asana under a yoga therapist's supervision. People with neck and back problems must also avoid this position.
(20:47) Spinal Twist
Benefits: This specific way of holding the arm of one hand with the other stretches the upper part of the shoulders and contracts the armpit region in a peculiar way. This twist increases blood and energy circulation in the neck, shoulders, lungs, and upper back area. It improves blood circulation toward the heart region. It refreshes the stiffened muscles and rejuvenates the tired self.
Contraindications: People with neck and back pain and frozen shoulders must avoid this twist.
(23:59) Prayer
The ending Prayer surrenders today's practice at the feet of the Lord.

गुरुर्ब्रह्मा गुरुर्विष्णु गुरुर्देवो महेश्वरा
गुरुर्साक्षात परब्रह्म तस्मै श्री गुरवे नमः
Translation: Aum! Guru is like Brahma (creator), Guru is like Vishnu (observer), and Guru is also like Maheshwara (destroyer). Guru is like the Para Brahma (the ultimate truth). Therefore, I bow to Him.
पूर्णमदः पूर्णमिदं पूर्णात्पूर्णमुदच्यते ।
पूर्णस्य पूर्णमादाय पूर्णमेवावशिष्यते ॥
ॐ शान्तिः शान्तिः शान्तिः ॥
Translation: That is Complete (divine consciousness). This is also Complete (inner/individual consciousness). From one Complete another, Complete manifests (from divine consciousness, inner or individual consciousness manifests). Taking out Complete from the Complete, only Complete remains (Consciousness is Complete and remains).
Three times Shanti is chanted to remove three types of world miseries.
One experiences the effect of the sadhana on the body and feels a light of gratitude, love, and compassion in the heart. Remembering the Guru, elders, and the Lord, one bow to them. After a comfortable amount of time, eyes are opened to feel the rejuvenation of today's practice.

किसी भी व्यायाम का अभ्यास करने का सही समय सुबह है क्योंकि सुबह हमारे दिमाग में कम विचार आते हैं। इसलिए, हमारे विचार उस व्यायाम के साथ संरेखित होते हैं जो हम करते हैं। हर व्यायाम का अभ्यास खाली पेट करना चाहिए। 2-3 घंटे पहले नहीं खाना चाहिए।
Sir kya me evening me kar shakta hu kya kyuki morning me time nahi mil pata hai aur sath me kya pranayam bhi kar shakta hu
