Fourth and last digit, you can just cycle through till it turns green. You can also use the safe room mirror to add your new clothing item to your wardrobe and then load. Safe Rooms often has a clothing box, so you can save your game.. pick up the box, use the mirror and load back in. Rinse and repeat till you get the message that all items has been collected. But yes, agreed, game is a great deal of fun! With some annoying elements, like loosing all your gear, twice!
The issue for me with this game is the contemporary look of the environments. The og RE games had environments you wouldn't see in real life like a freaking Puzzle Statue in the police station.

I've played it, it is genuinly not a bad game, but the balancing, movement, enemy scaling is off the charts at times. It can also be super confusing at times and clunky but it's quite fun. And yes getting new outfits constantly as rewards does help, it is a BIG focus of the game. But not bad at all.
Had high expectations myself, but the game is honestly a piece of hot trash that is leaning on sexiness to garner any smooth brained simp to purchase and promote it. I.E. Gmanlives
That's right. The level design is horrendous, as is always the case with these shallow indie games. They know what sells and put their money there, but it's nowhere near the detailed worlds of RE games. This game coming out of early access won't fix it's level design. It's just cheap, empty corridor nonsense. Enjoyable? Sure, but there are so many games in my backlog, I won't be touching it lmao

Killing Antidote is also 4gb in size, well optimized and provides plenty of hours of gameplay and it's not even finished yet. The boss with the bad combover can have its one hit move kill countered if you have any of those daggers on you like any other monster. (just don't ask where the hole in her gut went)
true but the game threw a lot of health items at you before entering the room. If you have saved health items from various areas before heading to basement after shower, you can access your chest inventory by taking the vent in the room below where Jodi fights the men, there you can stock up on items or claim weapons you put aside.
I actually liked this game too, the gameplay is surprisingly solid and there's a surprising amount of polish on some things, like the little animations for when you get pounced, or that the melee weapons actually have special finishing animations you trigger sometimes, which was unexpected considering how little you'll actually be using melee in this game. The real big downsides are the sections where you're in a massive hurry because you're being chased, but the game is also incredibly labyrinthine and you have no idea where you're supposed to go. The ugly combover bosses also frustrated me to no end, until I learned that those turrets kill them almost instantly. Overall, I found the game to be pretty damn difficult, and you'll probably die a lot even if you play on easy difficulty.

I'm so glad to see this has become a fleshed out game. 😁
The game was really good for an unfinished product. However, it is also quite expensive for an unfinished product. When I say unfinished, I mean the story ends abruptly without a conclusion. If you want to take a chance and buy an unfinished story to support an indie dev team, I highly recommend this game.

The boss fight creature, if he hits you with the charge up attack, you do the same action you would do against other enemy grabs as long as you have knives in your inventory. You have to click at the start of the animation just like every grab attack too. Otherwise, instant death from him. The instant death kinda sucks. Can ruin a run on challenge modes when trying to unlock cosmetics. Or if your are trying to do the never load save achievement. Though, falling to death might be a bigger threat to that in a certain section of the game.
This game does have a REmake 3 charm to it. The dodge button is like the same with Jill's. Maybe when it comes out of early access, this can be a perfect RE clone.
I really like the camera shoulder switching, Resident Evil did it once in 6 and never again, they can learn a thing or two form this game, in fact, all third person shooters could learn from this game.
if you want to play the castle more relaxed you can just take out the bow and gold arrows from the chest in the starting area, so you can easily kill the reaper and weeper. You can farm arrows at the gravejard and always get a new bow too., the box in challange mode shares the loot.
Weight limit: If you exceed it, it will drain your stamina. This might be a Resident Evil clone, but that bit was DEFINITELY inspired by Death Stranding.

You are mistaken. Daphne fought the battle but Velma ultimately won the war for Hotness. Even Cartoon Network knew and made several bumpers revolving around her.

Password Detector, start from the left and move digits up or down depending if the bar increases or decreases when using the detector. Works best if you move a few digits at a time initially.
With some annoying elements, like loosing all your gear, twice!
the gif of james bond towelling himself killed me
The issue for me with this game is the contemporary look of the environments. The og RE games had environments you wouldn't see in real life like a freaking Puzzle Statue in the police station.
Resident Evil 2 Remake was developed by around 800 People while The Killing Antidote is being developed by 2 People. Not your Problem, but thats were the difference comes from.
Shows the importance of good art direction and environment design.
I'd call this Resident Evil for horndogs but Resident Evil is already low-key for horndogs.
I mean.....no one in this world strong enough to resist Leon S Kennedy.
I'm more of a Chris Redfield or even Hunk-type of person
7:07 why does that shadow look like well you know what 🤣
People keep saying this is an RE game, but TKA is clearly inspired by Haydee 2. Which is inspired by RE4 and Dead Space 1/2.
Honestly haydee as a game concept is really great, and nobody ever done something more complex with it.
I much prefer the first Haydee, it's a fun metroidvania tomb raider clone. While Haydee 2 is just diet coke RE2 remake.
@@pond0479 Yea i agree, mix both, give it some costumes and tna physics and nice level structure and its golden.
@@pond0479 I'm the opposite, I like Haydee 2 more for going more Dead Space 1/2.
I want alot more of the crazy weapons, enemies, environments and level design from DS2 into Haydee 3 or TKA.
The market of people who want more puzzles and jumping hazards of H1 is underserved, and the market of people who want a more bombastic H2 is also underserved.
@@pond0479 welp they announced Haydee3 and looks like a mix of haydee 1 and 2

gman trying hard to not say that he likes seeing Judy in various outfit for whole 27:24 minutes. Understandable fellow man of culture we can't say things on UA-cam
The first Gooner Game that I actually played before GmanLives did.
I.E. Gmanlives
Ah yes! That Haydee 2 video. That WAS you. 😂 I subbed
Let's be honest, if this game had a generic male protagonist we would just be saying it's a bland, generic survival horror game
They know what sells
Meh, if it had the same amount of outfits and customisation then I think people would still talk about it roughly the same way.
Incorrect. If it was a male with clothing customization it would still be a great game.
@@yipperdeyip if the game was medieval fantasy and its name was something along the lines of dark souls its level design would be praised to the sky

Oh, and the gameplay and customization looks really good.
Man I need to save up for a PC. I want to understand the plot of this
It's worth it, I had an Xbox, PlayStation and Switch, but modding is really limited, when I finally got a PCs I could finally play the same games with mods for better "plot." You can buy a really good prebuilt gaming PC for less than $900 with decent specs. The website I used to buy my PC was NZXT. It's cheaper than some of other PCs they charge.
Very detailed video man, went above and beyond with the fits😤
There is like no detail on any of the areas. It's like CG animation from the early 90s because there is hardly any detail, just bare rooms.
No art style either it's a common theme in Chinese games.
Can they ad it later since it's early access?
@@Sorrowdusk maybe but something like that should not be added in early access. It should be correct before the early access.

there is the same clothing damage and taking shower in "the 3rd birthday" (parasite eve 3) on psp, if your clothes are too damaged you would get an extended shower cutscene...
More excellent content & recommendations from the great Gman. Thanks broskie
Killing Antidote is also 4gb in size, well optimized and provides plenty of hours of gameplay and it's not even finished yet.
The boss with the bad combover can have its one hit move kill countered if you have any of those daggers on you like any other monster.
(just don't ask where the hole in her gut went)
You actually take damage from that grab, I once was low hp when he grabbed me, still died even though i had knives
true but the game threw a lot of health items at you before entering the room.
25:54 is one of those edits why I love this channel, you are definitely a man of culture 🫡
I’ve enjoyed unlocking outfits for women in games since Dead or Alive 2 on the Dreamcast. I’m glad it’s becoming more of a thing. It’s like finding epic Armor in an MMO except more exciting.

Oh shit I remember playing this years ago when it was literally just a tech demo. It was just running around a couple really small maps in a couple different bunny costumes firing guns at endlessly spawning zombies with three different guns. It was incredibly barebones, but I recall the shooting mechanics / gun handling being incredibly satisfying.
I played it for 15 mins then forgot _all_ about it. I'm so glad to see this has become a fleshed out game. 😁
You should review Beyond the Citadel since it now released

Beyond Citadel is out, u gonna play it?
This game does have a REmake 3 charm to it. The dodge button is like the same with Jill's.
Maybe when it comes out of early access, this can be a perfect RE clone.
I really like the camera shoulder switching, Resident Evil did it once in 6 and never again, they can learn a thing or two form this game, in fact, all third person shooters could learn from this game.
Dude ! I'm having trouble looking at the gameplay. Or maybe what I'm looking at IS the gameplay 😫
if you want to play the castle more relaxed you can just take out the bow and gold arrows from the chest in the starting area, so you can easily kill the reaper and weeper. You can farm arrows at the gravejard and always get a new bow too., the box in challange mode shares the loot.
Looks like a low budget Resident Evil for coomers.
Weight limit: If you exceed it, it will drain your stamina.
This might be a Resident Evil clone, but that bit was DEFINITELY inspired by Death Stranding.
Smells like unreal engine
Actually 🤓☝️ they made a new engine called goonity for the jiggle physics
It is, and that's great. ^^

Ray Tracing gets talked up for having more 'realistic shadows' and reflections, but all I want from RT is it have it reflect light off a sweaty thicc woman. Is that too much to ask for fellow men of culture?
This kinda reminds me of the From Fire: Emergence demo I played on my Steam deck. Its also an indie horror game in the vein of Resident Evil 4, but set in the British countryside. Another game like it is Trench Tales, but it's set during World War 1.
this is better than Re2r and Re3r half ass remake by Crapcom 😂
