I took a gamble on this workout for my sort of break day. It ended up being perfect. There were some exercises my body wasn't ready for, some I managed and was happy with my own attempt and others that were a good challenge. I got a good sweat out of it. Thank you Daniel :)

Intense but perfect weight, timing & compound movements. Would also be great to mix first and second sets into one, so your constantly alternating and less repetitive strain. Then again, I'm not the fittest 😂
These workouts are fantastic your channel is seriously underrated. If you were a chick in super tight clothes you would have a million subscribers by now ❤❤
