Leigh, thanks for this film. I saw the Guzzle H2O also on the expedition truck of Isabela and Fabian (Live and Give 4X4), and plan now to purchase and install in my VW T3 SYNCRO camper.
A good tip to using water filters, or any filter for that matter, is to take some tape and write the date you installed the filter. It's a good way to keep track on how long you have that filter in. It helps with regular Preventative Maintenance schedules.
This would be perfect for my 1965 Unimog! I was looking for a system like this 😍 Maybe I can also make videos about the installation. Looks like it fits perfectly in my parts that I already bought. Pump watertank sink tap etc. Tonight I will check the product in detail 😎
Hi lee my dad has a land rover defender 110 adventure model my dad is defender person. And when we went on a trip we met your mum and she gave us a card of your Chanel. I was just wondering can you head over here to Wa so I can see your defender and you can see my defender and I just want to meet you
Ha ha that's classic! 😍 Mum is always on the lookout for fellow Defender owners about the place. We tried to come to WA last year in July. We were unsuccessful and lost a fair bit of money trying so we gave up after 2 cancelled flights. We do hope to make it back at some stage.
Nice Video. You asked for filter references in your earlier video. Did you compare it to the Seagull/General Ecology filter and may found a clear advantage? Thanks
@@leighdearle5965 it’s about 760 litres difference on a 1000 gallons ( there are less litres in a us gallon than there are in an imperial or uk gallon) Confused, you should live in the uk where we sell fuel in litres but measure fuel consumption in miles per gallon....and don’t get me started on tyre sizes where the rim diameter is in inches but the width is in mm ( mind you , that’s the whole world too ) I read that is about $650 for your system. That’s pretty good for clean water !
@@leighdearle5965 Did you notice your ratchet size is also American, 3/8, 1/4? You may need to send them to me ;^{ ) When will the world stop using that funny French measurement they tried to copy from the ancient Egyptians? Luckily metric measurement sizes have changed so if you compare to historical you need to convert between metric "age". The power wire that plugs into UV section - it looks like it’s a pushed in from underneath... what would be the chances of this dislodging on corrugated roads and if it did how would know it was disconnected and not working if it’s mounted inside a cupboard??
The plug is super tight to push in and so light that I would say the chances of it dislodging are almost non existent. I guess you could always put some tape if you were worried. I won't be 😉
Hey guys, thx for another very interesting video. May I ask you for a video about unwanted multi-legged guests in your camper ;-)? Maybe it's a kind of "civilizational" problem, but we use our camper only on weekends and on vacation and I saw cockroaches the other day crawling on my seat ... I tried some chemicals which helped I think (I haven't seen any crawling visitors since then). But maybe there is other ways to get rid of them. Did you ever had such problems (maybe mice or similar)?
So far we've been very lucky to avoid any infestations or unwelcome visitors. Other than the odd fly or mosquito. We know of others that have had mice or ant infestations in the their vehicles. Not nice at all...
We were sent the product but we did not get paid for the video. In fact the guys never even asked us to make this video but we did anyway because it's a cool product. So it's not a paid promotion, no need for this label. UA-cam states you must advise when a video is a paid promotion.
Link to the Guzzle H2O website in the description and here as well 😉

Awesome product.
Great idea. Good luck to Guzzle and thanks Leigh for a great video.
Great informative video thanks for sharing . Looked awesome . Cheers from Steve Stott in Sutherlin Oregon U.S.A.

Great idea thanks for the heads up. We wrote it down in Steph's diary but tape on the filter sounds like the way to go 😉
Thank for sharing your knowlidge with us. 👍
This is what I’m looking for, thanks Leigh! 👍
I’ll install this unit on my Defender too! 🚰
Woo Hoo! Oregon represent! (Also, that's a very exciting shirt Lee!)
Great info.
très intéressant !
merci !

Cool system, but quite expensive. Thanks for sharing. Travel safe.

Thanks Leigh, looking into it 🇦🇺
Will this compete with the diesel heater as the ultimate upgrade? Stay safe

do they have any rep in canada?? im in Montreal
Looks absolutely fantastic. One point ( not a criticism) 1000 us gallons is not the same as 1000 imp gallons. Just for reference
Thanks heaps. Although gallons is like another language to me anyway.
When will the US finally catch up and go metric...? 🤔😜

Do you install it before your watertank or after the watertank and the tap. So cleaning water first of when you use it?
After the water tank. We always put clean water in our main tank and we'll clean and sterilize it every 6 months or so.

Any reason it can't be used as an inline filter system?

great little unit, why did you choose to connect it direct o your CTEK rather than to your fuse box so you didn't have to have the inline fuse?
It was much easier to access the main battery compartment 😉
guys, how can i order one like that?do they do shipping outside US?
Does this work in any orientation? Or do they need to be upright?
Looks like a very good unit. How's the taste?
Taste is great. Even gets the Frenchy's approval and she's fussy as with water 😉
👍🙋🏽♂️
Unbelievably expensive for us in South Africa

good to see it is Made in America not in china! Is there going to be a problem for finding filter since US is not in metrics?
Did you watch the video, Leigh asked that?
Je ne comprends rien sans sous titres !
Je me désabonne !
Au revoir 😉👋
