Glad you feel that way. It was my main reason for starting this channel. Too many people are being robbed by 4x4 equipment companies while there are cheap alternatives available

This is simply spectacular. The way you used the available space is very ingenious! This is by far the biggest inspiration for a van build I have yet seen. Ek wens ons kan praat, ek wil dieselfde doen, en eerstehandse advies van iemand wat dit al gedoen het, sal baie help!

Love your handiwork. Great job of repurposing things, like the bar to make cabinets. And making your own sort-of Lagun style table mount. I never would have thought of that. And the bar looks like a painted IKEA wine bottle holder. Very cool overall!!
Thank you. You have got a keen eye. The bar is an Ikea style wine rack which I adapted so bottles and two glasses can fit upright instead of horizontal
Hi Anton, Thanks so much for sharing your build, a huge amount of time and effort put into your fantastic van. Was your van a 4x4 Iveco when you bought it, I am assuming so, or did you do a 2X4 conversion to 4X4? Thanks and kind regards from fellow SA’s in England.
Hi there. Thanks man. The van was converted from 4x2 to 4x4. The suspension is from a land Cruiser but the differentials are from a Nissan Patrol. The Toyota diffs were too narrow for the van. I bought the van with 4x4 system installed but had serious death wobble issues. Spoke to some boffins and fortunately got it sorted myself without big costs.

@Overlandvanman This is cool. Love the matt finish! Did you have her homologated by NRCS/SABS yourself, or through a licensed MIB / truck body builder? And what is her kerb weight now?
Thanks, did everything myself and worked hard to keep weight down. Just over 3t fully loaded
I would love the front bumper on mine but trying to get hold of one in the UK is next to impossible unless you pay more then the van cost for one

No, not documented. Like everything else on van it was figured out while building it. Had several requests. I will do a video on roof soon.

I like your color very much! Can you explain me how you obtained that color using Raptor paint?
We started off with Ford Arizona gold and mixed a little bit of raptor with it and did spray outs. Tweaked it from there. Try and stay away from metallic colors. That causes issues
normally 5-10% of color is mixed with respect to the amount of Raptor. did you do the reverse?
Watch your video repeatedly! It's really great! We currently have no mature modification cases in China, so we can only ask you for advice. May I ask the model of the engine and gearbox. There is also the matching of the chassis and the car shell. Can you introduce it?
The vehicle is a 2003 Iveco Daily 2,8 panel van. It was fitted with the suspension of a Tiyota Land Cruiser to make it 4x4
Hi, The vihicle is the standard Iveco Daily 2003 2,8 panel van model. We used the cars own gearbox and fitted a Toyota Land Cruiser suspension to It.

I want to buy the latest 2020 8AT automatic transmission lveco Daily for modification, but the price is a bit expensive. There is one person who asks you about your transfer. What model is the box used? Is automatic transmission applicable? What is your car length and wheelbase? Thank you!

Hi Thomas. The front bumper is an ARB bumper of a land cruiser. Fitted as if standard

Hi Dallas, surprisingly good. If the wind is strong I set it up like on profile pick then I have two stays that also locks it

Than you . This vehicle was not 4x4. Changed normal Iveco to 4x4 by fitting Toyota Land Cruiser suspension

Thank you. Roof also home made. Roof is made of allu with arms that I had bent out of steel so that lifters will fit inside when closed

They are Maxxis Bighorn tyres on Nisssn Patrol diffs . Recently changed to Maxxis Razr tyres. Much quieter
How did u get the pop up roof to fit....
After I cut roof off I fitted a box which houses 25l of emergrncy water and is base for ròof. Roof is bent up allu sheets thaf was riveted to get shape.
where did you buy the roof?
The roof is my own design.it is made up of bended allu sheets
