That is a 1978 Camaro Z-28, in 1979 the body style changed and the Z-28 was also changed to RS or LT . Now it has the same body style as the Pontiac Trans Am , except for the front nose in 1979 T/A's . They had the 1st duel rectangular headlamps!
Almost everything you just said was wrong, why comment on a video if you have no idea what you're talking about? The 1978 Z/28 didn't have a front spoiler or fender flares, they were introduced in 79. Also the type LT was replaced in 79 by the berlinetta. There is also more than just the nose of the T/A that separates it from a camaro.
