I’m off to see these at Rock City, Nottingham in a few weeks. I really think you’d love the tracks Bully Boy, Where Have You Been Tonight & Talk of the Town.
Love the Sheds. Saw then in Coventry a week and a bit ago, very good, no voice the next day!!! Waiting For The Catch from the same album is very good. Their live stuff is amazing too. Check out "She Left Me On Friday / I Am The Resurrection" from the Another Night Another Town LP.
Yes, I suggested this one.I I never heard the earlier mix but hearing them both, I liked the newer version better. It reminds me of the Killers Sound. I also remembered Dave dug Darwin, here's a spankin' new cut from them (released just yesterday) with the usual cast: SImon Phillips, Mohini Dey, and Greg Howe doin' his Howe thing. It's a nifty, funky cut. The tune is Imitation Suede ua-cam.com/video/bdPT95OHLew/v-deo.html
They had No1 album in January and there old record company was going to do another best of. So they thought feck them and To do their own with some new versions (which also went to No1) not even oasis done that in same year 😊 There is some amazing new version but shed are the best britpop era band touring and still making music More shed please
Go give the last 2 new material albums a listen ( and the ( big fan of OCS and going to see them next year) but they not produced a decent tune in 15-20 years) You might enjoy them 👍
Great track and not heard this version before. Part of the 90s purple patch when there was so many great bands around. So sad that the the music industry has almost completely turned it's back on actual bands with real musicians. The charts are just full of acts.
Nice track! Would love to hear Dave's thoughts on another Myles Kennedy track off the new album. Behind the Veil. The solo give me big wreck vibes! However I'm not a fan of the mix.
@@Music-tg5is the album is called liquid Gold and it got them their second No 1 album in a year in the UK. They've never had a No 1 album before this year, now they have 2 👍
Great band with some fantastic tracks! They are indeed very good live.👍
Love Shed Seven! Still putting out great music. More please 🙏
The drummer was the DJ at my wedding!

Singer reminds me of the guy from The Killers
Check out the seahorses
Or blossoms from Stockport I think they're supporting oasis next year

I love Shed Seven but they’re not better than Ocean Colour Scene.

I prefer the original too! Great band for sure!
Cheers but love it if u could play a live one thanx

He blocked our last reaction and we were threatened with a strike if we didn't take it down so we're going to stay away from Myles for now, sadly.
@@samechick ah that's too bad. Thanks for trying :P
this song reminds me a lot of the smiths.
These are totally new recordings of the old songs with an orchestra.
Love this song, original is far superior though.
That's a remix Dave, try the original
It's not actually a remix it's taken from their No 1 album liquid Gold. They've rerecorded old tracks! It's different but actually really good 👍
@@themojoslide I never knew about that. I'll look it up. But I must agree that the original recording, for this track at least, sounds better to me.

That’s not the version I know, original is far better.
