Ian Thornley is an outstanding musician. Not enough people know about him….and really should.

I'm currently teaching myself drums and this is one of the few songs I can play all the way through. Probably my favourite to play altogether

Dom is a fantastic drummer, so many creative beats and arrangements he’s added to Muse songs over the years

This is Cliffs Pavilion and In my opinion the whole set is Liam’s best vocals. I love the fact that Dave nails their influences pretty much every time on the first listen when many music analysts in the uk still don’t know 30 years on.

For me Oasis the instruments the sound and the lyrics is like you know like nature water it's it's harmony permanently.... i like the Lyrics so much it's Medizin for my brain

ABBA, a strange Swedish organisation that personally I never much cared for, were offered $1 Billion for a reunion tour. They turned it down. Would Noel sniff at that kind of cash too do you think? I wish Musk was a fan then we could find out.

This whole concert is really energetic and brilliant. It's my favourite period for oasis live concerts because it was right before they blew up they were just starting to get huge in the UK but it was before morning glory. The version of some might say in this show was the first time they played it live as well and maybe the best imo. And 1994-97 liam voice was insanely powerful and this concert shows it off so well. Live by the sea Southend cliffs. Great reaction again guys 👍

Tony got kick out during the Morning Glory album, because he couldn't play the newer songs that well. Noel had enough and replaced him with Alan White.

Apparently they recorded the album version in liams bedroom. Liam sat on the end of the bed singing and noel played guitar into a recording device of some sorts. Liams voice on this song is maybe his best ever.

Liam's singing is so perfect here and they had not stopped touring up until this point. Knows exactly when to change key and hits his notes everytime. Such an underappreciated singer, still sounding great in 2024!

Good tune. Real melodic. Here's a throwback that Dave should really dig if he's not familiar with it. It's by far the funkiest cut from a band known for their light rock radio hits. This was recorded at Southend Cliffs Pavillion in England 17th April 1995. The concert was used for their Live By The Sea video & released on VHS.

Tony McCarroll raw punk style definitely suited the heavier rock sound on Definitely Maybe. Oasis had more technical drummers after him but for me we're never able to generate the same vibe live on the Definitely Maybe songs. From what I remember reading at the time his sacking was mostly down to him & Noel not getting along.

Such a great tune. I prefer the acoustic version but this is still brilliant
