i remember Patrick Stewart was asked what the other cast members of TNG might do when the series ended, what he said about Spiner stuck with me. he said he could basically do anything because he was so talented. His impressions are frightening
I was lucky to meet and talk with him at a convention once. I asked "how is Spot doing?" He reply's "He is doing fine but u know it wasn't a cat. It was a little actor inside" What a funny guy!
He lied. It was a trained rat inside. Called Spock. When the rat died it was replaced with a puppet worked by one of the Jim Henson puppeteers. It was known as the Spock puppet. Honestly, I’m not spoofing just because I’m on the internet 😂
Kevin Phoenix there was that one episode where Data took over the ship and put a long encryption code in Picard’s voice, I wonder if he did it 😂 It sounds dubbed but you never know!
Remember the episode where Data is reciting a security code in Picard's voice? Brent lip synced this insanely long number. Always wondered how long it took for him to get that scene done.
+PrehistoricUFO okay, fair point, hadn't considered that. But I'd still say it takes a bit of effort and more than a couple tries to read the lines at exactly the same pacing as Patrick Stewart.

@@specialk9424😂😂😂😂 no it wasn’t. That’s an absolutely ridiculous thing to say. With respect to Brent Spiner, but at best this sounds about 30% like Patrick Stewart. In the episode it is clearly just Patrick Stewart reading a very long list of numbers and words and they then lip sync it.
This is golden. I'm not sure which part is funnier, when he says Patrick Stewart "doesn't like it" when he impersonates him, or when he talks about the phone conversation with Mr. Stewart's wife(one of them) and finally the wife figures it out and she says *Brent.* LOL!

One of Brent Spiner's best talents is in portraying multiple characters. He has been severely underrated as an actor.
I thought about this whenever he had to play Lore or the other times he was affected, as well as when Data tried different programs etc.
