The Marine Mammal Center responded to a Hawaiian monk seal who was found with a "nylon strap snug around her body."

Find this hard to believe that this happened by accident. You should find out who’s doing it probably some kids on the beach at night if it was wrapped around her body. People are evil get up some cameras God people maybe you should forbid people from going to the beach because that’s there’s the seals that’s the spot.
