Security expert here. Great upgrades with the cameras and 3m film. Here are a few more recommendations - Move the alarm keypad so it's not viewable from the outside. If the system isn't armed for some reason it will be clear for all to see when passing by the store. Have your alarm company install additional sirens that are super loud. You also may want to add flashing strobe lights when the alarm is activated. Decrease the entry delay on the main entry door to the minimum. Make sure you have plenty of glassbreak detectors.

I was thinking tint the windows or black them out.
Your serial # log should be digital, a phyaical log can be stolen or destroyed (fire for example)
