Dude Mike if you wanna give us an intermission at 8:09 at least give us some cheesy elevator music.
Also washboard solo guy is amazing. Anyone who wakes up one morning and says to themselves
"I'm gonna tear up a washboard solo tonight" gets an A in my class.
Lmao you'd probably lose a "try not to get mad challenge".
Now I want one....
All you would have to do would just be to say the name Cardi B and then he’d lose.

This is the Mike I subscribed to.
Mike looks so metal with that pink shirt and the bandana, amazing.
Are you sure about that?
@@zaynebonshire3900Pink was originally intended for guys as blue was for girls. Idk why color truly matters in the first place.
My boy Mike looking like he's gonna ask me if I'm hungry.
It was steel panther btw
Yeah Steel Panther would do that as an act in their show

i love how during most of the videos, mike shows no emotion whatsoever and says “good” whenever someone fails. that right there is a legend.
Who does a guitar spin in a Church worship band???
stx I used to attend a youth group as a teenager and the guy there used to spike his hair and pretend he was down with the youth and used to brag constantly about how much he loved metal; I approached him to test his knowledge and he just flat out denies being into metal
A trve threat
Where did the guitar spin thing even come from and why do guitarists keep attempting to do it
LazySkull more importantly, has it ever actually worked?
The same guy that tries to carry all of the chairs to the group circle to really show the girls there who is the alpha
washboard solo was tight
The dude with his elbows up was the most hilarious and cringey. 7:00
Let this not distract us that Arin still owes Dan $60
Dan took all of Arin's assets in that game though, so he met his maker.
Dan always deserves the win, too bad he almost never gets it.
But Arin got some cosmic bad luck because of it
You right
Spaantz I’m so confused by the GG reference. Can someone iterate?

m'ofs yes. 😂
Lol. Office ref 💪
First 6 minutes: *deadpan* I wanna laugh so bad
Guy gets knocked down twice by bassist: Finally laughs
I lost at the second video. I don't feel bad for the players not having an instrument anymore, I feel bad for the actual guitar, which is weird because it's an inanimate object.
More like "Mike with become the maid".

Dahlia Olive It looked as if he were doing “the chicken dance” in slow motion. This is just further proof that white people, such as myself, should just stay off the dance floor.
Michael Suder that is the greatest comment i've seen in this entire comment section
As much as I adore the '-does pop better' and SSF stuff, these kinds of videos are amazing for your channel imo, you're a great personality and getting to know you better is really entertaining.
I was trying not to laugh with you, but your laugh kept making me laugh, its so contagious!
4:37 the guitarist was saying something in the mic and the singer interrupted him, probably a last straw kind of thing.
Really appreciate your performance tips that really apply to any venue where there’s a band and audience. I remember playing a coffeehouse gig with musicians and we performed a piece which I also was very familiar. I have never been comfortable with soloing but I had spent a good amount of time practicing this piece and had some confidence playing a tasteful little acoustic solo. When I began playing I looked to the drummer and he nodded and said “yeah”. When performing with a band you are part of a team and need to be able to communicate with each other. His approval was what I needed to relax, enjoy the moment, and feel it. The moment was amazing and the response was so nice. Performance etiquette is one of the least talked about facets about being a musician and really does separate the genuine players from the douches. Thanks man.
That 7:14 break was the greatest and perfect example of why we all subscribe. Thank you, Mike.
1:34 "That's fucking hilarous"

Great video Mike... thank you for the insights! Hope we get to see another of these videos soon enough

Try not to laugh challenges are the only challenges that are not Bullshit. If you dont want to headbang sing or dance along to something or whatever you dont have to.But it can be hard to hold your laugh inside.
I can agree to that. I still like the try not to sing challenges because I love singing, and they're genuinely difficult for me when they don't consist of pop music nonsense, rap, or hip-hop. You are right, though. They are kind of bullshit, and the same songs make it into nearly every video. Makes them easy after a while, and not worth the time.
Hey, man. Awesome video! That advice at the end was super inspiring and useful to me! THANK YOU! I've been playing thirteen years and I can't read music and don't practice a huge amount. I also have my own style and try to feel what I play but those words of wisdom are super good. I'll take them to heart.
Being yourself when playing is one thing but it's better to have some solid understanding of your instrument and a healthy respect for your fellow musicians.
Keep up the awesome work, dude and Happy New Year!
I loooove this video!! And this channel is my favorite. One of the only youtube channels that I watch every video that comes out! ❤❤
Thanks for the good vibes Taylor
@@BecomeTheKnight just telling how it is! I watch your try not headbang challenge every time I get drunk, because I know I will and it's awesome lmao

Great video mate! Cheers!
Hey! I just got to your channel and I absolutely love it!
Mike! Big fan of your channel. The backstory to that clip at 4:49 was at a show in my local town. The frontman is named Nathaniel Kinsey and that guitar player had actually planned for that whole thing to happen. He left the stage and there was a car waiting for him outside and he bolted
Was it prank and he came back, or did he do to try and be cool?
Great point at the end about practice and show etiquette. The idea of playing faster than your capabilities is counterintuitive but it works. Awesome rant!

I enjoy how he looked like he was gonna murder someone the whole video until 7:14 when he just burst in laughter at the guy getting hit by that bass.
The guy with his elbows up reminded me, that move was what disco duck was based on.
I like this man, I will watch more often :)
Great video!
So happy you did the worst solo reaction!
“Good.”
Your reactions made me laugh alot more than the videos 😂🤘
Definitely subscribing bro..
It's been awhile since I've been able to hold a guitar after my car was stolen, so I'm trying to live vicariously through you and your videos..
Please make some jam session videos though, I desperately need to hear some licks..
11:05 Jimmy Page sounds different.
EDIT: I think it's the Strat. I've never heard him play a Strat before.

7:13 Best moment.

Dude great video 10/10
I love your musician stories.
Hilarious....another great show.
I sometimes get the feeling I'm becoming diluted of my playing till I watch one of these lol
Great video!
Your comment on the grateful dead is what I've been trying to say for years. Thank you for reinforcing my belief.
Your sarcy commentary made my day.
Your reactions are priceless. 😆 😆 😆 😆
I think I may have slipped up a little throughout...but I really failed at the same part you first did. I mean...that's just priceless! That's some proper Laurel and Hardy/3 Stooges shit right there.
I’m glad this channel was recommended because I watched the one where he bashes WatchMojo’s top 10 and then this video & it’s golden 😂
4:27 lmao he's just doing scales but acting like he's shredding a Dimebag Darrel riff
Loved the video. It's nice to hear you sincerely laugh. I'd love if you did a vid dedicated to ripping the dead. Just to hear your completed thoughts on the matter. I know you're no fan of their music.
7:29 “What did your guitar do?”
is this called "try not to get pissed and insult everyone in the video" if so then you nailed it.

@ 6:44: I've seen that video a few times and it's hilarious, but I always figured it was staged. I hope it isn't, but something about it makes me think it is.
That’s fucking hilarious ....not even a snicker out of mike

awesome vid, you should make the videos full screen and you as the commentator though. was struggling a little to see the cringe-worthy videos :)
1:32 “that’s fucking hilarious”
If only I could believe you
4:48 yes there's a backstory about it, in the original video the guy throwing his guitar commented on it, explaining what was happening.
Can't remember the title of it sadly.
That shirt is....Pure Fab

Yes that was steel panther, and I'm pretty sure it was on purpose
Cringed and laughed the same second I say your shirt and bandana :D
He's a busy man , he's got someone else's show to ruin , lol that was funny
He has the side profile of Merry in Lord of the Rings..
i can’t unsee it
I’m failing because every time someone’s spin goes wrong I laugh at your commentary
This funny as hell
Speaking of open jams and insane guitar players, years ago i was in a band and we had to host an open jam at the club we were playing on a Sat. afternoon. This dude comes up to our guitar player and asks if he can use his guitar. He's like, weird but OK. Be careful though.
So this dude gets up on stage, starts pulling these Pete Townsend moves, playing like a spaztic maniac. What we didn't notice while he was playing was that he sliced the tips of his fingers off and left about half a pint of his blood caked in to our guitar player's guitar.
Hilarious and enraging at the same time.
I fell in love with your laugh at 7:14
