How to Install Nuna Pipa RELX Base With Latch

Step by step guide on how to correctly install a Nuna Pipa Rx infant car seat using LATCH. The new Nuna Pipa Rx car seat has a new and improved base, called the RELX base, which compared to the regular (older version) base has an improved 1. base leveling system that you can set after your base has been installed, 2. retractable lower bottom of the base that helps you get closer to the vehicle seat and 3. a shorter load leg that will fit in most middle seats. You mentioned how to push the base forward if there is a gap to close it, but how do you extend it if you need more length to reach the bars?

Hi there. Take the connectors out, flip them inwards fully -- towards you (you'll hear a click) -- and that will reset the base and give you more length
