I’ve tried the tree hut shaving oil and love it. My younger daughter who just started shaving has such sensitive skin that she breaks out with everything we’ve tried. This is one thing that doesn’t break her out under her arms. Tahitian Vanilla and Tropical glow smell soooo good. It doesn’t gunk up in the razor and makes your legs feel so soft after showering.
This! My legs are super sensitive and this combined with the shave prep scrub are the only items that allow me to shave more than once every two weeks.
Always love a Wal-Mart shopping trip. They may not have the variety of skin care as some other stores but the prices are what keep me coming back. Thanks, Dr Dray!! Hope you have a restful evening. 💜
I've used the Tree Hut shave oil, and it's actually really nice. It emulsifies very nicely, and doesn't clog my razor at all. It also leaves my skin feeling super soft! Would be awesome if they had a fragrance free version of it, but the fragrance is nice lol.
I've used Tend Skin, but I just use a DIY version of 5 1/2 oz alcohol, 2 1/2 witch hazel with a tbsp of glycerin and dropping 18 aspirin tablets into the alcohol and 8 in the witch hazel until them dissolve and pour them into a singular bottle.
If anyone is struggling with an eczema flare on their face, I find that aveno baby oatmeal eczema cream always helps mine go away, and it’s a super gentle moisturizer.
I don't know about that person who got so shocked by you Miss Andrea but she or he doesn't know what he or she is missing right now (such as numerous wonderful, educating and exhilarating videos and Vlogs)❤. I always enjoy watching your "shop with me" videos and one of the many reasons is that you actually take the product look the ingredient list and explain to us some of the ingredient's properties and the ones that are common allergens 😊❤. Omg immediately seeing those cremo products...as a guy with a short trimmed beard, a company releasing a beard butter with SPF would immediately have my money 😂 Right now I just put a layer of skin aqua uv spf (that japanese sunscreen!) gel in there and then let that dry and use a beard butter or balm to style it lol. Beard care is not something that's talked about too much lol. Happy Wednesday !
I sat on that shave oil forever. It’s my favorite, it a shave gel oil and doesn’t effect your razor. I also wish that it came in a fragrance free version.

The tree hut Moroccan shave oil has been at Ulta for a while and it is amazing... Does not clog up the razor! Got it because of another UA-camr and loved it. Ulta has other scents too.
I have the Coppertone zinc oxide SPF spray and like it. It goes on white so it's easy to see where you missed and can then be rubbed in to even out the application. I use it on my arms, legs & neck areas. It also dries down nicely without leaving a sticky film like so many lotions do. 🙂
I second this. I use both spray and lotion. I love the lotion on my face just because I have dry skin and lotions are my best friend. When I apply it to my face section by section, I don't get the awful white cast, it blends in quite nicely. That is a big statement, considering that I've tried quite a few drugstore zinc sunscreens.
Can I ask why you use Spray sunscreen? I never understood why everybody loves spray sunscreen. What's the sense if you have to rub it in anyway? Not criticizing btw, I'm just genuinely curious 😃
@@patriciamadigan5366 Generally speaking, it's lighter weight, especially if it's a mineral based SPF. And it's faster to apply and dry down. These are my reasons anyway.
@@patriciamadigan5366 for some (and myself included) I find that the spray form is very convenient in the sense that I can quickly get the bottle, give it a quick shake, spray the whole are I need (or by sections) and then, it since the sunscreen is in a more liquid like form, it's easier to spread on and absorb quicker into the skin. In my experience, it's been a game changer in the way I think about applying sunscreen. It's no longer a chore (although I love putting on sunscreen). It's now an after thought, about how long I have to wait for the whole application process. If you get a sports one (like the one in the video; copper tone sport in the blue bottle) dry time is super quick and no stickiness with the copper tone. (Just avoid the eye lid area. Use zinc). Hope that helps
Dove has come out with a new line called Body Love. Their beauty bar has oatmeal in it. Also fragrance free. Forgot to mention, the whole line of Body Love products is made for those that have eczema.

I’ve been using Neutrogena 55 spf it rubs in and I don’t notice a white cast. I’m almost done with it. I use trader joe dupe for super goop. For a lighter feel. Both of these bother my eyes.
I was one of the people that brought up the Mario Badescu issue in another video not that long ago. To clarify, the undisclosed corticosteroids were in their Control and Healing Creams, and I believe the lawsuit started in Korea. Fun fact, I actually still have a product from them that has an incomplete ingredients list! They used to do this with products in the US back in the day where they didn't print the full ingredients on the packaging. It was awful because I felt super deceived when I went online and saw the full list on their website afterwards ☹

Yes, I heard about Mario Badescu ( Bad Rescue) on the NoBS Beauty videos. Probably under the “ Companies I don’t trust” videos. His face cream had , I believe, Cortisone in it. Women were using the stuff for a year or so & would have to go to a Dermatologist because their skin was so unmanageable. I guess they had the cream tested & found what was in there. They just never listed that Ingredient on the product label.
I always leave my razor in the shower. But in an area where it’s not getting hit by water constantly. I use the Gillett men’s razors. I never had a problem with them going dull or rusting up. I shave my under arms, hands, feet and legs every day and my razor lasts me for months!
Mario Badescu drying lotion is a cult fav for breakouts-works overnight. Your first instinct is to shake it (but don’t). It has clearly separated in the bottle and that is how it’s used. Crazy, I know. A bit surprised your not familiar with this little miracle in a bottle:(. Btw, ❤️your videos.

My chafing under my boobs and on my stomach basically stopped when I went back to the sensitive skin dove bar soap. I was using “gentle” body washes by cetaphil thinking it woul help my eczema. for some reason they caused me more problems. Like my belly button was getting inflamed and smelly. Very counter intuitive. I’m about ready to give up and go back to using squeaky clean Barbara’s and no lotion like how I did when I was a teenager. At least I had better skin then. The more I baby/pamper it the worse it seems to be getting 😢 So confused if the gentle stuff doesn’t actually clean how we think it dies, especially if you existent skin conditions (eczema, folliculitus). Ex. Eczema skin usually has a burden of staph aureus. Does a gentle cleanser actually remove this burden as opposed to a gentle non drying bar soap ? What about malesezzia? Demodex mites?

I can't figure out why anyone still uses a razor. I've been using an epilator for close to 20 yrs now and cannot imagine ever going back to a razor. At this point I have about 6 hairs remaining in my left armpit and 4 in my right. I epilate about once a month and it's so huge never having stubble on my legs anymore! But thank you for the review on the Ambi retinol. I've been using that for close to a month now and it's really, really nice. I love finding great products for not a lot of $$ and that ranks right up near the top for me!!
Is it better to shave over dry or damp skin? I tend to shave dry in downward motions because I get fewer nicks/cuts, but my skin gets white from the scrapping motions; then again I'm still scraping my leg if I do it over damp skin. What's less damaging overall?

I use Tree Hut shave oil all the time. It is a gel to oil sort of thing, rinses clean and does not gunk up my razor at all.

I love Tend Skin! You have to use it daily though, not just when you shave. It really helps with ingrown hairs if you shave your bikini area often

My chafing under my boobs and on my stomach basically stopped when I went back to the sensitive skin dove bar soap. I was using “gentle” body washes by cetaphil thinking it woul help my eczema. for some reason they caused me more problems. Like my belly button was getting inflamed and smelly. Very counter intuitive. I’m about ready to give up and go back to using squeaky clean Barbara’s and no lotion like how I did when I was a teenager. At least I had better skin then. The more I baby/pamper it the worse it seems to be getting 😢
So confused if the gentle stuff doesn’t actually clean how we think it dies, especially if you existent skin conditions (eczema, folliculitus). Ex. Eczema skin usually has a burden of staph aureus. Does a gentle cleanser actually remove this burden as opposed to a gentle non drying bar soap ? What about malesezzia? Demodex mites?

The wax strips don't work well for me. Hurts and doesn't really work like regular waxing.
I can't figure out why anyone still uses a razor. I've been using an epilator for close to 20 yrs now and cannot imagine ever going back to a razor. At this point I have about 6 hairs remaining in my left armpit and 4 in my right. I epilate about once a month and it's so huge never having stubble on my legs anymore!

Is it better to shave over dry or damp skin? I tend to shave dry in downward motions because I get fewer nicks/cuts, but my skin gets white from the scrapping motions; then again I'm still scraping my leg if I do it over damp skin. What's less damaging overall?
