I read somewhere that Byoma designed their packaging very intentionally to reduce excess plastic and packaging waste. So all the bottles are in those geometric 3D kind of shapes so they can be packed, shipped, and displayed easily without having to place the product inside a different box.
The only problem is the pump on the pink and purple moisturizers are such a waste, they stop working halfway through and then I use the straw thing of the bottle to scoop the rest. On my 5th moisturizer so I love it but seems like a waste
Personally, I'm glad when brands offer non-water resistant sunscreen options, as I like them for everyday use if I don't have to worry about my face getting wet or humid weather. I find they are generally easier to rinse away at the end of the day, and the texture is more like that of a typical moisturizer since it doesn't form a stronger water-resistant barrier. Of course there are going to be sunscreens that break this mould, but I just tend to have better luck finding a formula I enjoy when testing out spfs not marketed as being water resistant

I just saw a You Tuber recommending LaMer cream at 380.00 for a "deal" as you get a night cream and a tiny travel size for that amount. I can't believe people pay that much for a night cream. I use Albolene cleanser and Nivea cream (in the metal tin) for a night cream now and it works well. Take care!
I have used Maybelline Colossal almost exclusively SINCE 2016 because of you 😂 I love it. I’ve tried some others over the years but It’s the only mascara I’ve found that comes in a flattering brown shade that works for me with my blonde hair. I love how it goes on and how it makes my lashes look. It’s a holy grail! @20:31 THANK YOU! I work at a department store similar to target and will find celery in the chocolate bars and magazines by the cash... it's so interesting.
The Curology SPF is excellent. It doesn’t leave a cast and it rubs in really well and somehow is not greasy either. However, I recently realized I’m allergic to chemical sunscreens, so I can’t use it. It made my neck red and rashly, but the sunscreen really is great if you aren’t sensitive or allergic.

I have used self-tanning drops in my face moisturizer with SPF. Anyway, the self tanner around my eyes seems to reduce the look of my undereye circles. I guess adding a little orange to my skin tone cancels them out? It’s an interesting result!
Thank you Dr. Dray for making these videos! I recently bought the Goldbond melatonin overnight cream from Amazon, it doesn’t seem any physical stores carry it anymore.
I really enjoy the byoma cleansing balm! I love the price, it doesn’t irritate my super sensitive eyes but can remove my waterproof mascara/any makeup, and it really melts nicely, like a soft butter, but doesn’t get oily/runny! 😊 I am ashamed to admit I purchased several at once and just couldn’t find a perfect one. This one is an 8.5/10 I feel! Definitely worth a try!
I have the Curology SPF and I love it! It blends into my skin and disappears, even though it's a mineral sunscreen. It's not shiny at all. I have dry skin so I use a good moisturizer underneath. I say try it!
I get intrigued by the lotion aisle! My skin is very dry so I'm always seeking a very calming and moisturizing lotion at a great price point! I won't pay for fancy packaging. What's inside is the prize. I'm going to try the Gold Bond next. The Jergens seems too thin and I need to constantly reapply. And the Eucerin is too thick. I do like Lubriderm. But I like to test different ones. Thanks for another informative video! ❤

Oh the Revitalift line by L'Oréal; it's in Belgium too, all over the EU, it seems like. Their HA seems OK, but I find cheaper ones at Aldi, Lidl, and The Ordinary. So I go with those. Picked up a Niacinamide serum from The Ordinary a while ago. Have yet to try it. You can't put it all on your face, not me in any case. I go slow with that stuff.
I found you quite by accident one of my feet and I absolutely love your videos. I’m 61 years old and for the first time in my life, I have more options than just a straight Olay moisturizer and a sunscreen(I burn just looking at the sun). I use specific products from The Ordinary line, like hyalouronic acid, niacinamide, AHA/ BHA acid peel, retinol preparations, and face oils. Look the best I ever have.
I would love to know how I’m heck you keep track of what products you’ve tried , what you liked, didn’t, what you want to try but haven’t, what you’ve made videos on, etc, you review so much and I feel like I forget what I’ve tried and then remember “OH YAaa I loved that cream!” when I happen to see it at the store randomly
i went to target to get my skin care today. the whole time i was in my head like "what would Dr. Dray recommend?" I've been using a texture cream from Cocokind
I bought 2 packages of Revitalift Eye Serum, the first became cloudy with the roller usage, the second didn't cause I applied 1 drop on my hand and used my finger, and didn't hace contact with the roller with my skin.
The biggest downside to those Aquaphor SPF lip balm sticks is that they are not water resistant. Meaning, you would need to be extra diligent with constant reapplication throughout the day due to rub-off from talking, saliva, lip licking, drinking/eating, etc. Don't even attempt to rely on these during sports, exercise, or water related activities.

Would you consider doing a video about or just pointing out on your shop with me trips some great choices for products without niacinamide? My skin absolutely can't stand niacinamide, but it is in EVERYTHING these days from cleansers to sunscreens to body products, especially in drugstores and Korean skincare. Last time I went to Target looking for a moisturizer to try, La Roche Posay only had one option without it, most of the Cerave and Cetaphil ones had it, and I believe every one of the e.l.f. skin ones had it.
Vanicream has some body moisturizers without it. Curel also. DRMTLGY new Dream moisturizer with SPF doesn’t have it. COTZ sunscreens don’t have niacinamide. Some Neutrogena face moisturizers and Cerave body lotion & tub don’t contain. Hope this helps!
She'd probably have to make a list ahead of time. But she does have at least one video on moisturizers without niacinamide, top 3 myths about niacinamide.
She has a video on that. Cerave in the tub and the lotion doesn’t have niacinimide. Vanicream, and many of eucerins products also doesn’t. Look for the cheapest version of a brand. Usually that one doesn’t have it
The Curology sunscreen I found to be really thick and casty. Felt really drying even on my oily skin. The l'oreal is very, very nice and really pretty similar to the LRP fluid sunscreen. I usually can not handle chemical sunscreens near my eyes, and this one, like the LRP, I do not find irratating. I also recently tried the Aveeno Soothe and Protect sunscreen. I'm not sure if it's new, but I've never tried it before. If you have not tried it, it is very nice as well. It's not greasy but not drying. It's very lightweight and at least on my medium skin, not casty, especially for a non tinted mineral sunscreen.
I am using the LRP 10% niacinamide here in Belgium and the different formulation point makes so much sense! For me, it smells like almost nothing and I was wondering if you were really difficult with odors or I had an issue I should check out with my ORL! 😂
Every Tone is the most underrated sunscreen in my opinion. We’ll, besides the new Kroger Shimmer one, but you get much more for your money in the Every Tone.
I had the same issue with the Loreal rollerball eye serum. It felt unhygienic: touching my skin then every time putting the applicator back into the bottle. This did make the fluid cloudy within days. The rollerballs added no value whatsoever in reality, it is more like a gimmick rather than anything else. The fluid itself is nice and my skin liked it ok, but after a week i had to get rid of it as i just couldnt bear the cloudiness of the fluid.
I’m telling u the byoma jelly cleanser is amazing!! I’ve been consistently using this since the beginning or January and I still have a third yet and I use 3-6 every night
I self tan my legs. Never, ever would I put sunless tanner on my face. I just use a bronzer instead. I use the spray self tanner made by Neutrogena. It's very even, more natural looking, and gives a long lasting tan.
🎯❤ Love love love the Black Girl kids sunscreen 💛 I wish it came in a bigger size. It's a comfortable water resistant sunscreen which is what I need as I have to walk everywhere in hot & humid Florida. It's so good! Definitely wanna try that Coppertone Every Tone

I love how you scope out all the products. This is totally how I shop when I go to Target…”Oooo, what’s this? Hmmm, maybe I’m gonna have to get this.” 😂
Lush left social media a while ago now, plus they've just kept hiking up the prices (even before inflation got bad) so yeah, they've been dying out. They've done a lot of collabs recently with brands like Lazy Oaf and the Mario movie, which to me is a sign of them scrambling to try and maintain relevancy.
Loved today's Vlog at target and sure didn't disappoint so many skincare products especially the l'oreal one man do many serums wow 😮❤. But i picked a tip from you Doctor Andrea today i also was in a local store of ours in Greece and check the sunscreen isle man so many Garnier sunscreens 😮❤ and found two that are fragrance free and man only 10 € so budget friendly also it has a serum that had spf 50 plus broad spectrum. Thanks for getting us to target for another wonderful experience ❤.
Omg I keep seeing vegan collagen everywhere! 😅 I normally would choose a vegan product, but I was like HOW? I hadn't had time to look into it. Now I know. TY Dr Dray! 💓
Just purchased the aquaphor w/ SPF. About to try it. It is 30 SPF whereas my normal (chapstick brand) is 15. Also, may trial an antiviral over the summer for preventing fever blisters, but I’m not sure they’re really evidence based. But I’ve tried everything…🙄I’m translucent in skin tone and seem to be a little more prone to skin inflammation. Fever blisters are soooo annoying, painful, restrictive, and unsightly, so we’ll see how the summer goes. Usually I have about 1-2 episodes per summer. 😢 First-world problems..🌎🌍🌏Also, I’ve noticed an anecdotal “positive” relationship between stress and outbreaks. I’m guessing stress reduces immune response ??
I really wanted to try that tone line from aveeno but it looks like it has coconut oil which isn’t the best for me, other than that I think it would have been great. I really want to try that Byoma cleansing balm! I also like to double cleanse and their cleansing jelly is great so I bet it’d be a good combo ❤
Hi Dr Andrea, happy Wednesday ! Just wanted to tell you, that the Byoma cleanser, while not necessarily bad, is very stripping on dry skin. Maybe for oily skin, but I wouldn’t recommend for dryer types. Thank you for your video ❤
I haven't had this experience when my skin has been drier. The original Byoma cleanser never seems to cleanse to the point of stripping, even after massaging it in for a while 🤷🏼♀️
Hi Dr. Dray, have you ever heard of Caroline Hirons? She is an British esthetician, who has been in the skin business for years. She has her own line now called Skin Rocks. Retinol, moisturizer and a face oil. Just curious of your thoughts!

The fluid itself is nice and my skin liked it ok, but after a week i had to get rid of it as i just couldnt bear the cloudiness of the fluid.
with summer around the corner can you do another favorite sunscreen video for us? PLEASE...last year I tried one you recommended and loved it.
I’m telling u the byoma jelly cleanser is amazing!! I’ve been consistently using this since the beginning or January and I still have a third yet and I use 3-6 every night
I have been using it for a few months now and it is so good. It doesn't irritate my eyes and you are right, it lasts for ages.
I agree Dr. Dray, Colossal mascara is a great product.
Happy Wednesday, Dr. Dray ❤
Happy Wednesday
I self tan my legs. Never, ever would I put sunless tanner on my face. I just use a bronzer instead. I use the spray self tanner made by Neutrogena. It's very even, more natural looking, and gives a long lasting tan.
Always enjoy the Target videos 🤗 Happy Wednesday 🌞🌸
🎯❤ Love love love the Black Girl kids sunscreen 💛 I wish it came in a bigger size. It's a comfortable water resistant sunscreen which is what I need as I have to walk everywhere in hot & humid Florida. It's so good! Definitely wanna try that Coppertone Every Tone
It is one of my favorites too
The name is hideous. I wont buy products with awful names like this “black girl” come on, or “drunk elephant” just disgusting
@@ingrid48 so don’t? As Shakespeare said, what is in a name?
The instant has a bronzer in it that gives you instant color but also tans you over time.
That Jergens face one is nice but the fragrance is unpleasant. Oh and the L’Oréal eye serum turned cloudy and yellow for me !
Easter egg hunt from hades 😂😂😂😂😂 I love that so much
I love the Eucerin e one ❤love your videos so much! I love trying out mascaras as well side hobby here too 😂and your so funny when u found abandoned cheese 😂
I love how you scope out all the products. This is totally how I shop when I go to Target…”Oooo, what’s this? Hmmm, maybe I’m gonna have to get this.” 😂
I LIVE for these videos!! 🎉
Thanks for watching
Hope everyone’s having a great day
Hope your having a great Wednesday Dr. Dray!!
Happy Wednesday
Hi dr dray, does evening primrose oil has any proven benefits if used orally or topically?
That Jergens face tanner is great! I’ve used it for years.
Hi Dr. Dray ❤️!
Happy wednesday!
Love from 🇵🇹🇪🇺💖!...
Happy Wednesday
I was so happy about the no lanolin in the lip spf!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Thanks for your expert recommendations. There’s so much garbage out there.
Love it. Great info. Thanks for your time Dr. Dray.
The Be Awake patch works well and has B12 and caffeine! I use them for days I have to be up earlier than normal.
I bought the Curology starter set from there. It was okay. Nothing special compared to other products. It just does the job.
Hi Dr Andrea, happy Wednesday ! Just wanted to tell you, that the Byoma cleanser, while not necessarily bad, is very stripping on dry skin. Maybe for oily skin, but I wouldn’t recommend for dryer types. Thank you for your video ❤
I have dry skin, thanks for sharing
I haven't had this experience when my skin has been drier. The original Byoma cleanser never seems to cleanse to the point of stripping, even after massaging it in for a while 🤷🏼♀️
I love the Cotz SPF lip balm (except that it’s expensive). I like it even better than the Vanicream one.
LOVE Gold Bond overnight Retinol cream-has definitely evened the tone on my hands and arms. Alternate with Cereve
Hi Dr. Dray, have you ever heard of Caroline Hirons? She is an British esthetician, who has been in the skin business for years. She has her own line now called Skin Rocks. Retinol, moisturizer and a face oil. Just curious of your thoughts!
I think she reviewed the Pixi products that Hirons worked on. Dr. Idriss has reviewed the Skin Rocks retinoids in her most recent retinol video and her skin cycling video.
@@db-gb5xi Thanks but I wasn’t asking about Pixi, just her own brand Skin Rocks. I’m not familiar with Dr.Idriss but I’ll check it out.
Thank you for your videos I have learned a lot in the past week can you do videos about herpes and skin changes especially in older women or anything else changes
She has a video on cold sores if that helps
