Happy fall yall! It's been a weird month, but I got LASIK and have had to take a couple weeks off while I recovered. But I can look at screens again and I've been busy in the kitchen testing new stuff so here's a kitchen diaries vlog of some of the stuff I've been working on lately!

That slicer looks identical to the one I have by the OSTBA brand. Mine only came with the serrated blade. I have used it for bread, seitan, and any fruit that I want to have uniform size in the dehydrator. Lots of fun!
