Good morning my wild and beautiful friends!
Today we’re talking soy curls.
Where I find them
And how I cook them.
On the cooking side-
Today I’ll be turning these little strips into a simple (and totally delicious) Buffalo style wrap.
All you need-
Soy curls…
I find mine on Amazon m. Just search soy curls… butler is the brand I like best so far. You can get them in multiple packs to save some $$
They’re so nice to keep in the pantry- as them keep for some time

@@TheUntamedOliveAndreaSteffes Oh yes, I will always choose to buy directly or through other retailers. Even if it means paying a little more for shipping. I imagine these are shelf stable like most soy products, so buying in bulk makes the extra shipping cost worth it in the end.

That's the best way to get them fresh
