I subscribed so fast 😂❤ i have followed you for years and I will never stop, because I feel like I have seen you grow to the amazing woman you are today and it's incredibly inspiring to get to see your journey 🙏🏻 even tho you have had such hardships and traumatic experiences, but your still standing strong 🙌❣️♥️ If I should say something that I have learned in my way to many years on this earth it would be- "All you really have is today, because tomorrow is never promised" 🙏🏻♥️🙏🏻♥️🙈♥️🙏🏻♥️
As a 49 yr old 3x divorced woman in recovery that’s “California Sober” & just now rebuilding my credit AGAIN, & looking to purchase my 1st ever home Alone as a Single Woman! Ladies it CAN be done!!! Thanks for the reminders!!!!👏👏
“Her house was so clean” said no tombstone ever. That reminds me of something. I’ve never been to someone else’s house and said, “dang, those baseboards were spotless.”
A few things ive learned in 25 years 1. Be careful who you trust because those you hold closest hurt the most. 2. You will feel the sharpest pain losing the person closest to you 3. Dont let things hold you back l. Get angry and kick the world in the nuts. 4. Work is never more important than life 5. Dont be a door mat.
Completely agree with all of these. I just turned 40 in September and I realized that these lessons always come back around to test you but in a different form, so make sure you always remember those life lessons!!
Round of applause for this comment!!I’m 39 and it’s almost like you just don’t get it…. Until you finally just get it! Takes lots of lessons, (some repeated in many different ways) and work but one day it really kind of just clicks
My piece of mom advice to my kids when they were younger was: if you’re going to do something you know is wrong and you’re going to do it anyway… you have to deal with the consequences of your actions, period. I also said a lot of loving things but this stuck with them and they’re now in their early 30’s and this advice has stuck with them until today.
if it took that literally i would interpret that as physically making trauma into concrete for a sidewalk. like a form of when life gives u lemons/trauma make lemonade/concrete. but whatever. and then saying that you do no want to turn tauma into sidewalk concrete.
#8. You also never know when the last time they will see you is... so leave them those memories. As someone who has hidden from photos for many years- who takes tons of photos of my kid but very few WITH him (due to my own insecurities.... ) ... what a huge regret. Even more this week when I learned I could be... really sick. The thought of leaving behind a 4 year old is horrifying- but the idea that he might forget you is nightmare fuel.
I love your list. I’ve got anxiety and definitely have comfort shows that I “watch” while I’m doing art and things. Having a traumatic past as a child… it took a long time but I now know it’s not my identity. It’s doesn’t define me. As Jelly says in one of my fave songs of his “Past Yesterday” - Cause you ain't the hell that you've been through You're more than what's been done to you. That’s probably the biggest thing I have learned now that I’m 28 also (plus 20 years). 💜💜💜
"take pictures with everyone, you never know when the last time you'll see someone" brought me to tears. I wish I had more pictures with my older brother especially. right up there with my dad & my bestfriend. I miss them more than than words can describe 😢❤
I have been following you for years. I discovered you through Christina Randall. I have been through a lot and I have watched some of what you have been through via your videos (I understand there is so much more NOT captured in video.) People wouldn’t believe the things I have been through, especially with family court, domestic violence, corruption, etc. I am so proud of you for what you have endured only to come out the other end so much more beautiful and wise then when you started. Much love and respect to you beautiful soul. ❤ Also, I subscribed to your other channel the other day.
Those were very informative guidelines. But you forgot one thing, Beer is extremely important. Especially when we're out at the camp or cottage seeking refreshments.
You have shared so many important points here. I really enjoyed watching this video Jessica. One of the biggest life lessons I have learnt is that each day we need to do everything we can to be the best person we can be, to be the best version of ourselves.
2:01 Hands down what controlled my life too, until I woke up 😑 I still do this but I also know that not everyone lives by this motto, unfortunately. Love you, girl❤
Number one is so spot on tbh, I used to want to be everyone's problem solver and it took so much of my mental state that I abandoned my own problems. 2. YES!!! I learned this with my recent ex. 4. I am trying to do that now, My gut told me my ex was bad news and I didn't listen so now I'm making myself be more aware. 5. I'm still learning my triggers, I don't even know all of them so it's hard to pin point exactly what but I do know some. 6. I've learned this way back when I was in my early 20s, I've healed without having closure and some people in my past have came to me and had a deep talk about things they did ect. Let time take over, never force getting closure. 7. Yes!!! 11, I tell everyone this all the time now. Never stay. 12. I've had a lot of people compliment me over the fact that I don't give a fuck about people's opinions about me 18. This is the one and it's so hard but it's worth it. 19. This one is truly hard for me but I'm trying not to anymore.
Jessica Can you look in to the case of the woman in Indiana jail who was sexually and physically abused by her parents At 16 she set the home on fire to get out and flee When she discovered that they could die since the fire spread to fast she tried to rescue them She has been in prison since she was 16 years!!! Serving a life sentence Like the Menendez brothers….😢😢😢
You are an amazing Lady! I feel humbled to know your story and I am proud of you! I know it probably sounds dumb, but I am proud of you! And you should be proud of yourself! You have accomplished so much! :)
I’m just turning 21 over and over again at this point 😂 looking forward to your new channel and definitely hope you’ll keep posting on this one a bit so everyone knows about your new channel 💖
One of mine, Never lend what you aren’t willing(able) to give. That way the relationship won’t die if they can’t return it. Also, with respect to the ants, hornets and Yellowjackets also come and check on their downed homies. Don’t crush them, or there will be more! I’m low key afraid of them, therefore I learned a little about them.
I just came across your channel few days ago from everything I’ve seen ur an inspiration ur really amazing thank you for posting this and being open and honest and vulnerable. Have a happy Halloween.
My bff turned 30 today, and I’m turning 30 this winter… eek. I remember watching your videos when you turned 30 and it’s funny for me to hear you say you’re 28 😂 even I’m older than that!
*everything comes at a cost...make it worth it* would be mine. I turn 40 come spring. What i wish I accepted was that. Every choice costs something, some things are worth the cost.
Thank you Jess! These put a smile on my face. I'd love to see you do more uplifting videos like these! Mine: "Don't let the b*stards grind you down." (I just re-read Handmaid's Tale. It's in there.)
My heart goes out to the prisoner in the Indiana jail who was sexually and physically abused and set her home on fire to escape and get out She was 16 !!! She is in for life She did not want them to die When she saw How the fire spread she tried to go inside and save them !!!!
12:53 the same is true for your pets & PetsMart. We’ve tried so many treats and meal additives for my picky eater pup. If your pet doesn’t like something, you have 60 or 90 days to bring it back for a full refund!
Trader Joe's please come to an area near me! ❤please 🙏 Thanks for this video Jess. 13:45 I'm 28 just heard you say that as I'm typing.. about to be 29 & I'm making moves but it's a process. I look forward to the day where I can comment on a video in the future to share with you that I made it! My daughter&I deserve better and it's hard to go from being a SAHM &have nothing but I'm on the right path. Trusting the universe ✨️
Jessica What do you think of that woman i the Indiana jail who was abused and set their familyhome on fire!! To get out She went back to save them when she saw How the fire spread She has spent 38 years in prison for that!!! Why should Lyle and Eric be released and not her!!! That case deserves some attention Jessica Can you look into it and see if there is anything you can do??? She is in for life for something she did at 16 and she did not plan for them to die Sexual abuse and physical abuse and that is how she ended up!!! If Jessica does not read this I hope some of you followers can help me bring attention to her case…😢😢😢😢❤
Couldn’t just call the store and ask them to deliver the table for u I’m sure they would also the octopus thing is wild to me and I looked it up and in in captivity they will still die like the caretakers will try to make sure they get nutrients and the moms just won’t even really take it that’s so sad

Hey Jess, I did some more research. I reported the Prada to prison girl. I cannot believe she created her whole channel around you and once I did research realized more of why you say and do what you do and I apologize sincerely for what I said. It’s not usually like me. But anyways, I just wanted to say that.
Jessica can you try to help her I know you work and like to be more of a coach now… Are you completely off helping prisoners and the prison system???????

Yes but cleaning your house is the first step to conquering the world (your goals)

Mine:
1) Don't take life too seriously.
2) Do your work. Don't take short cuts.
3) Rest
4) Prioritize your mental health.
Those were very informative guidelines. But you forgot one thing, Beer is extremely important. Especially when we're out at the camp or cottage seeking refreshments.
There are people who truly have their stuff together.
Maybe in one aspect of their life, but I promise you not in every aspect of their life.
I'm celebrating 40 days clean by binge watching you lol I love this and your content thank you Jess
I love and appreciate your learned life lessons!!

One of your members gifted me a membership and I just wanna say THANK YOU!!!!!!!’

Great advice about not solving other people’s problems!
#3 though! Epic! J/k! Love this!!!!! All 35!!!

Actually, you CAN microwave an egg in the shell. Poke one end with a pin or tack first. I microwave hard boiled eggs all of the time.
I just came across your channel few days ago from everything I’ve seen ur an inspiration ur really amazing thank you for posting this and being open and honest and vulnerable. Have a happy Halloween.
A big life lesson I learned is you can’t expect others to do as you would. Also quality over quantity with friends.
Im 21 and nobody can tell me any differently 😂😂😂😂
Im 32....
Great video jessica! You should make some financial videos!! Like about credit cards and saving
Thank you Jess! These put a smile on my face. I'd love to see you do more uplifting videos like these!
Mine: "Don't let the b*stards grind you down." (I just re-read Handmaid's Tale. It's in there.)
I love thrifting! I wish I had more people to go thrifting with.
Girl you look really good for 35. I swear you look 25.
My heart goes out to the prisoner in the Indiana jail who was sexually and physically abused and set her home on fire to escape and get out
She was 16 !!!
She is in for life
She did not want them to die
When she saw How the fire spread she tried to go inside and save them !!!!

I respect you
I need a purple cabbage video now 😅
Ok, how many people like me looked up octopuses die after giving birth. It's true! 😂😂😂
What a nice setup
Own the choice/ own the outcome
You look incredible for 35 or any age. You just look incredible
You could have said Americans say the letter 'Zee" and Great Britain, South Africa, Canada, New Zealand, Australia, etc. Say "Zed"
My mom used to joking lie about her age saying she was 29 until it meant she would have been 14 having my older sister 😂
Girl, i am a law abiding gal and saw things in a near by county jail
So much good advice, thanks Jess. 😊
Can anyone shed some light on her case!!!!
I get why he loves you.
Dropping wisdom and then.... Don't microwave an egg in the shell
😂😂😂
Trader Joe's please come to an area near me! ❤please 🙏

Don’t sweat the small stuff 😁
