Bravo!! After watching three videos before this one and calling Keurig three time customer service, you're the only one that knew how to remove that descale light. I did put vinegar. I did clean it 100 million times and still that light was on. If it weren't for you and this video that you posted, I would have gone crazy. I've been doing this from 9:00 in the morning and right now it's 5:00 p.m. And if it weren't for you, I would have not known a thing. Thank you so much for helping us. God bless you
@@nancyshirah8427it’s not in the manual. I kept the effing thing and this didn’t work for me either. I’m sure I’ve ran it 80 friggin times. I’m gonna have to live with the light. It even got to the point where the 8 finally went out but after putting water in and opening it came right back on. I’m fuming mad.

There are so many choices of brands of coffee that we would grab what was on sale and test the different brands from there. I would definitely recommend trying different brands of coffee to find the ones you like the most because there are brands that quite frankly taste horrible.

I have the same coffee machine exactly why I clicked on this video. People like me who throw out directions gotta get them from google or UA-cam. Thank you for showing how to do it. Google sorta explained it,but I needed to hear it out loud. So thank you!! Hopefully I’ll be having coffee sooner or later again.😁😁☕️☕️

I didn’t expect to wake up and not be able to use my keurig so I couldn’t go get the solution. But I got my coffee thanks to you!
thank you so much. We only use distilled water, so the descaling process isn’t much, but we couldn’t figure out how to get the light off after using the descaler liquid.

You should check the water probe. But probably is cheaper to buy a new machine

The light should go off. If not try to run a descaling cycle again. Maybe just with water
