Like when dynamite was invented it was used as a tool in mining shafts but then people used it on themselves and then it became a weapon.

I feel like that's hacker cat, not only because of the hints, but also because of his description in suspect profiles. Most of the cats here has been suspected for the dumbest reasons like mohawk being suspected for having cool hair or deliquent having literally wikipedia meaning for deliquent in his description. However hacker has very reasonable description stating that because he was involved in the whole botb capsule making he might have easier time hacking it which also fits in with his high computer skills. Also it doesn't help him that the only place where we could find him in social posts are near cat capsule, while all of the other cats are celebrating 10th anniversery. If we follow that logic then deliquent is clear because of that one post on bc social media with text "how it started" "how it's going" where we could see deliquent in front of rare capsule with ninja and cameramen which in my opinion means that if deliquent done it then he had not worked alone.
I also don't think any other cat would be able to make it so that the capsules give you the stupidest possible items instead

Clue number 4 is slept on big time. It has red numbers pointing to suspects. Cat 06 fish cat, cat 08 jamira, cat 18 ninja cat 49 thief, cat 55 witch. Also there is a social media post that says " which cat did it." The very next social media post says " which cat looks guilty to you?" It's also October and witch cat is the sabateur.

I'm probably wrong with this, but clue 1 indicates that one of the suspects is an enemy in disguise. The only enemies that kinda look like one of the suspects are only Manic Mohawk for Mohawk Cat and Manic Jamiera for Jamiera Cat. However I don't actually know how they could hide their black dots to look like the normal variants.
Clue 3 says that they're black and white which the manic cats are (except for the samll dark red heart on manic Jamiera)
Clue 5 means that they have a weird odor and I don't know how manic cats smell, however it could be that the manic enemy cats smell differently from the normal cats (maybe their purple aura they have when you fight them is a smell?)
For Clue 10 we don't know what a weapon actually is in this scenario, but Manic Mohaw uses it's mouth to attack and has arms and Manic Jamiera has arms that it uses to attack.
Clue 9 somehow indicates that it isn't Manic Mohawk because it has a speed of 28 while Mohawk Cat has a speed of 10.
But it would actually support the case for Manic Jamiera because Manic Jamiera has a speed of 11 while Jamiera Cat has a speed of 8. So it's only a bit faster than Mohawk Cat, Fish Cat and Witch Cat.
Clue 15 mentions plasticizer, which can be used to make explosives connects clue 15 with the one clue that says the cat used plasticizer
However I don't actually know how clue 4 (one of the first 100 cats added in the game), clue 6 (is a gacha unit), clue 8 (paw print) and clue 12 (was in the past 2 ponos posts) connect to Manic Mohawk or Manic Jamiera. However you are able to get the normal Cat and titan Cat from Cat Tickets and in the picture of clue 6 there was also a Cat Ticket, so while they aren't "real" gacha units, you can still get them by gacha. So maybe they just want to point out Mohawk Cat with that one?

The suspects might have been hinted to have a mask of some sort but it also does include their variants. You see, Mohawk Cat has a variant "Masked" Cat who matches the Black and White clue and the first 100 Cat Order clue.
Mohawk has both hands and paws while Hacker Cat has paws. Hacker cat is both evolved form and on the chair. If he was only interrogated as first form, he will be matched to the pawprint clue at. But he is on the chair and there is no way that Hacker could leave a partial pawprint.
Mohawk on the other hand correlates most of the clues:
- He and his variant "Masked" cat are both black and white
- Has a variant with a mask
- First cat
- Shown to be applying something a gel, dealing strong odor
- Attainable or obtainable from Cat Capsule, even it's a duplicate as it's stated that "must be attainable" meaning, firstly unlocked
- Has Paws that can leave a partial pawprint(handprint)
- Slow movement speed even it is 10. It is still relative of having slow movement speed
- Morse Code: No weapon involved, any tools/equipment that can be served as a weapon but appearance wise *not* to be; and possibly a clue that he is enlisted to be symbolized as a morse code text. A controlled weapon still IS a weapon like Hacker cat's rocket still looked to be a weapon.
- Fur
- Although Clue 12 matches more to Nerd Cat despite being the only one having one appearance on fixing the capsule(exclude Cataphone as it is a projector not always true), There is no way that Clue 12 would just specifically indicate that the suspect is hiding two of the social posts. This doesn't clear anyone of the suspects.
- Clue 13 correlates more to delinquent cat as both him and Trixi is a Relic targeted with ability to freeze.
- Clue 14 states that the suspect needs to hold tools with hands/paws, it will be tiresome for the suspect to hold them with only paws, Mohawk cat on the other hand has (4) hands to freely hold more tools. Yes Hacker Cat can hold tools with a tool he invented himself but how so?
- Talk about explosives, take note that Clue 15 does not became false when comes to weapon not being involved. "Plastic explosves" does not look like a weapon but acts as a weapon. Just like Hair spray where can be contained such chemical plasticizer. This either correlates to Mohawk using facial canisters or Hacker cat being wise to apply plasticizer for rockets, but still a rocket is a weapon.
- The only cat to apply hair liquids leaving spirit gum residue but I don't think Hacker Cat could, his glasses is removable
You guys might have not knew about Clue 1 but it tells that. The culprit is an "enemy in disguise." The suspect works with the enemies and allies. You mostly see Basic Cat variants as enemies through most battles(Killer Cat, Crazed, Sports Day, etc.) . Another clue was shown where the possible position of the culprit on a figurine set at Witch Cat's office is somewhat questionable, Witch cat cannot predict the scene unlike Fortune teller cat. That clue could be a possibility of coincidence. And the encircled figurine signifies to be between the tent and the banner, Mohawk cat has been nearest of its position, to be "an enemy disguised innocence"
This leads to Mohawk being the suspect of most clues. I had been researching this since the beginning. Vote as who you choose.

One big thing that Hacker has in his favor is that he is never seen moving around on his own paws. He always uses a machine to move around, so he would leave treads and not paw prints. Also, Hacker uses his machines to do everything, so why would he switch to using his own paws to make physical contact with anything other than a keyboard?

What if it's actually Manic Jamiera disguised as Jamiera. He could be wearing a mask to hide his face and painted his arms white. A lot of paints have plasticizers and when Manic Jamiera attacks he does an explosion with his fists.

hints 7-8 rule out witch cat due to floating on the broom and hacker due to that weird vehicle thing he is riding on with wheels, which are also shown in all the twitter media.
I think clue 10 points towards Witch or Hacker
It says that "the culprit used only tools and their bare paws," but since they used the word "only", people think this is supposed to rule OUT options, but if you forget about the word "only", you see that what they're really saying is that *the culprit used tools*
This rules out Mohawk, Delinquent, and Jamiera. And since Witch is already very unlikely, that leaves only Hacker
9:40 Personally, I think what they were trying to say is that the cat had no *melee* weapons. Or at least more traditional combat weapons. Which should at the very least rule out Ninja, Thief, and Evil.
Interestingly enough the paw print in Clue 8 can be found in the first social post with Hacker + Ototo working on the capsule. This means it could either be a red herring, if it was present before the sabotage. Or give us a better approximation of when the crime was committed (if the sabotage happened before that post). One idea I find interesting is that perhaps the time traveler incident was less to cover up the crime/keep traveler from spilling who done it, and more to keep them from leaking info on the New Uber. Albeit hacker would both know of the new Uber far before any of the other cats so this could give him duo motive or could clear him as he was just trying to prevent the leak. Basically how you look at the incident doesn't necessarily eliminate Mowhawk as a suspect rather potentially give him an alibi

it might be mohawk since manic Mohawk's a thing and has veen used over regular mohawk for the longest time, but then again hacker just has too much evidence against him + it wouldn't make sense for mohawk to target the capsules if his main hangup is manic mohawk, however he might also be targeting the capsules to weaken your army against manic mohawk, preventing you from getting manic mohawk. This is enough to cover briefing one cause manic mohawks's an enemy and it mentions that the cat is trying to weaken your army, but wouldn't that mean mohawk himself if manic mohawk? It just doesn't work the more you look into it. It could also be possible manic mohawk has some beef with manic eraser since he is considered the better meatshield, but i feel like thats a bit of a stretch.

Im thinking that mowhalk is the culprit,mostly because that on the video involving mowhalk had hairspray. The weird odor also he walks leaving footprint,has hands to use tools,no weapons and maybe ponos will pull some bs by making the less guilty looking cat the culprit
22:15 I feel like it isn't nerd because he is busy helping fix the gacha, which would be the reason he isn't present here. Though the two other possible suspects are present during the shooting, so I'm unsure who was responsible for shooting the sleep dart. Plus Nerd cat probably isn't athletic enough to use a blowgun anyway, though he may have made a device that is able to shoot blow darts.
Additional Notes:
Hint 9: Nerd cat has very slow movement speed, while the hint suggests the culprit has "relatively slow movement speed". Though the hint in general is confusing because there is nothing concrete to compare to as a unit with "normal movement speed". But I wouldn't say nerd cat has "relatively slow movement speed", rather that he has "extremely slow movement speed".
Hint 15: Nerd cat or specifically Hacker cat does have explosives. But the use of explosives isn't guaranteed, but were assumed to have been used. What was certain was the traces of plasticizer.
This is just my speculation on the sort of confusing hints we have been given, but I personally think it might be Mohawk cat, he isn't stealthy which is why there are so many clues. He is obsessed with his hair which is why there was spirit gum residue, the spirit gum is used to keep his fabulous hair in shape. I cant really see Nerd cat using spirit gum, the only real thing he would use it for is his glasses, which doesn't really make that much sense to me.
One last note, there are many units that look like Mohawk cat and Normal cat, units like metal cat or glass cat could easily disguise as Mohawk cat. This would explain why Mohawk cat can be seen in the shooting.
Though I am probably GREATLY overthinking things, but considering how non concrete the hints we are given are, I think it is justifiable

Technically it cant be witch or hacker cause witch floats and hacker goes around in a chair so the only way the characters that should be suspicious are mohawk jamiera and delinquent (Mohawk and jamiera are third stages of the basic cats wich are only viable with + units)
Although hint 12 is pretty vauge, i think it's simply saying the culprit is ONLY in 2 of the social posts which does narrow it down to hacker and witch
I'd like to mention that Hacker is on the rolling chair and witch floats.
This means that they might not have left paw prints (due to their paws not touching the ground)
I voted Mohawk personally, my reasoning being I interpreted the paw print hint found at the scene means the suspect likely walks on the ground, as other units like witch float in the air, and Hacker is in his chair
I think it's Mohawk. I'd rule out witch bcs I think her wand is a weapon and the hint doesn't rule out hacker since he doesn't smack enemies with the laptop. Also hair spray definitely has a specific odor while nerd smelling is just a stigma not to mention ours do leave the basement when you send them out. Another thing is the "rather" slow. Not very slow like hacker.
It's definitely hacker.
-He has a really bad odor due to him being a hacker and is shown with the sherlock cat with a laundry peg on his nose signaling a very bad smell.
-plasticizer is used in hairsprays and bombs which are technically both tools due to hairspray helping you have good hair, and bombs can be used as demolition tool against outdated buildings and hairspray can also be put into the bomb category if ignited with fire with a tool that makes fire and Hacker is smart, an explosive expert and was "helping" fix the capsule.
-He can easily get off his seat but he's obviously not a good walker so he can easily sneak through. He also is the slowest out of the suspects with a speed of 8.
- He is obviously black & white.
-Obviously a gacha unit.
-spirit gum is sticky, and glasses need ears to support their weight but hacker cat's ears are on the top of his head so spirit gum will be applied to the cat's sides to hold the glasses in place.
-Hacker cat acted alone due to him having 0 friends since he never goes outside.
-He is a very long ranged unit hence he cannot be seen in the time travel video and managed to find out what time traveler cat was planning to do which was spoil who the culprit was.
I could yap more but my brain tired.
This is just speculation, but I think the mysterious odor probably smells BAD due to the Detective Cat having to pinch his nose to avoid smelling it in the hint's picture evidence, which therefore makes this hint more for Nerd cat because it states that he "Never leaves his basement" which explains the bad odor
Then again it could just be a really strong asf odor so who knows? Still think it might be Nerd though
Okay hear me out on a motive for Hacker. He broke the machines as to not be considered worse than the new ULTRA POWERFUL uber. (Being the star of the infamous cyberstacking strat)
Given that the culprit left footprints at the scene of the crime, it cannot be witch cat or hacker cat, as witch cat floats, and hacker would have left tire tracks.
I, personally, do not believe that Ponos would explain it as they simply got off their broom or chair, as the cats are always portrayed both inside and outside of the game as they are in their sprites.
if you think about it , it would be actuıally more sensical to be mohawk because there is manic and malevolent versions of him

While it may technically count as 2 individuals, not that Delinquent Cat's stand *does not stand on the ground,* and thus, *Delinquent Cat would only leave one set of paw prints!* This leaves it as a suspect.
Additionally, the paw prints hint would disqualify both Witch Cat and Hacker Cat, as neither walk.
That leaves us with 3 remaining cats, *Mohawk,* *Jamiera,* and *Delinquent.* Based strictly on the wording of the "Black and White" question, *Mohawk is the only viable suspect,* since last I checked, *red and grey aren't white or black.*
This ties into the plasticizer nicely, since it's conceivable that Mohawk could construct an explosive device by simply heating a can of hairspray to the point of detonation.
This does leave the question of why the quintessential "Battle Cat" would betray their colleagues...

I feel like it’s hacker cat because ponos wants to make it feasibly possible for little kids, and I don’t think any kid is looking up hair spray plastisizer. However, I personally beleive it’s Mohawk, even though I’m voting hacker.
It could be Mohawk cat as their hair spray could be used as an explosive or Delinquent with their savage blow upgrade(that is their 3rd form though)

My final vote was Delinquent Cat for these reasons:
Clues 4 and 6 helped determine that Trash, Ninja, and Evil are not it.
Clue 8 makes me think the cat can only move around with their legs and arms, removing witch and hacker since they can just move around by levitating or by the giant stroller.
Clue 9 can be tied to him since he is one of the slowest cats listed from the suspects with 8 speed. Not as slow as hacker but the clue can still point towards him.
Clues 10, 14, and 15 I have an interesting idea about. Weapons are mentioned to be used, but delinquent can also just summon a stand willy nilly. They can’t really leave a trace of anything behind and be bery helpful to do some damage. This can explain the door being blown off, potentially by the stand, and you can see his hands during jis attack animation, meaning tools can easily be held if needed.
Clue 12 also is interesting, since he can be found in 2 posts on instagram is quite odd places, one behind plane seats and one behind a bunch of other cats, where he is found further back to the left.
If I am wrong about Delinquent, I will punish myself by spending $100 in game for catfood

I'm a little torn between mohawk and Hacker but I'm leaning with mohawk more now since mysterious odor which probably either means it could be good or bad odor but it did say someone who loses a lot and mohawk is literally used as a meatshield

Witch is a gacha, and a pair of pawprints are mentioned as she stands on 2 feet instead of basic cat. (normal hacker walks on 2 feet)
the footprint hinted that the cat doesn't stand flat on its feet which hacker might be (directly ruling out titan)
hacker is also very much slow(the clue rules out theif)
tools mention hacker's computer
bones and metal meant target zombie and he also has metalic PC
Most of these qualities exists in other culprits. Tools shown in pics are screwdrivers and stuff, not innate cat tools. Also note that the metal hint EXCLUDES them, NOT POINTS TOWARDS them

the most interesting thing to me is that evil cat can disguise himself as someone else, maybe it's a bit of a reach but in one of the posts he experiments with filters, and it shows him changing into other suspects. Maybe this is linked to the mask hint, but then again that means most of the hints are red hearings, and I don't think ponos would do that?

I voted for hacker because of the plasticizer. It doesn't make sense to me that the culprit "might have used plastic explosives". An explosion is not easy to miss. It makes a loud sound and leaves a lot of debris after the fact. The door to the warehouse would've needed to be fully removed or replaced to hide evidence of the explosive.
If it turns out that there were no explosives used, I'll be extremely disappointed in the CIA and their investigative abilities.
But wouldnt trixi steal delinquents nieche which is freeze vs relic and thats why he doesent want her released? And he could be a former member of her gang. Also hacker seems way too obvious. In part 4 off jjba Jotaro learns how to use bullets so that explains the explosion. And yes I know the bullets are metal but whats stopping him from using any other material. PONOS are JOJO fans like me fr. Lastly trixie has the same color scheme as dio sooo..
When Hacker Cat gets KB'd, we see his glasses fly off of his eyes, meanwhile, when mohawk cat gets KB'd his hair stays on.

i dont know if ponos would pull something like that but its another reason that makes me lean slightly more toward mohawk being the culprit
Hacker's eyes that can be seen when knocked back are different from every other cat in the game which could imply that he's not really a cat
This might be overruled by something but in one of the clues number i dont remember, it says the culprit has a disdain for the gacha, and can be obtained by tickets, but why? i figured out that mohawk cat has a real reason to hate gacha because despite being a very important meatshield, he gets replaced by rare, super rare and uber rare units, he would have a reason to destroy the capsules and not have any more ubers detroying his image and carrying stages.
I feel like the paw prints actually make witch kinda innocent, because if she has a wand, why would she use her paws? And she doesn't have a good reason to actually get down from the broom, so I don't think witch would have left any paw prints
thief cat wasnt in the vid where tranq dart was used. mysterious odour was found and in a post theif cat was drinking and drinking causes odour. thief cat probably doesnt use weapons and itd make sense if he used screwdrivers and stuff so i think its thief. i barely saw him in any posts at all. rich cat also looks like its pointing at thief cat in the post he was drinking at the bar. it can be thief cat as well.

I think if we look at it from the cat's perspective they probably don't know that delinquent's stand is not another cat so that probably rules him out,in the video where time Traveller got hit by a dart, i know you pointed out mohawk was in the picture but then you over thought it, i think it's hacker because he is a long distance attacker so he is probably the only one able to pull that off
it cant be delinquent, suspect was alone and he was with ninja cat in one of the posts, they also stopped the moment cameraman appeared to not be caught on camera

Hacker cat is 100% the culprit because.
-he is most likely like a discord mod so he smells.
-Mohawk cat can't use tools since he will break the tools.
-witch cat's wand is like a gun so mainly a weapon.
-Hacker cat uses explosives which explosives were normally used as tools not weapons, just like a axe.
- he is great with tools.
- Delinquent cat is a Delinquent not really weeb so he probably puts on Deodorant.
The trixi hint could actually point towards Delinquent, because delinquent’s only place in the meta is too freeze relic. And trixi also freezes relic.
That's why Im thinking it's Delinquent. That hint just feels too specific to not mean anything

I wish F2P players would get a benefit from this, but still, it was a very good way to keep the game fresh, was very funny. The effort put in every hint, animation, voice for the cats, was amazing, i wish more things like this happens.
Still i'm going to vote for Mohawk, when i saw the 15th hint i thought it was hacker, but then it said "to believe", not that it was 100% plastic explosives, also it could be related to hint 5, the mysterious odor could come from the spray, and it doesn't count as weapon.
I think hint 8 may be fake, The way it is written makes me think the culprit did it in a hurry, also if you noticed that hint doesn't have the "clasified" mark, just the C.I.A one, could it really be fake? (I think it is, and it wouldn't matter).
Also, hacker has gray on its laptop :v
Funny thing, is that i couldn't see hints 11, 12 and 14. So i watched Crocu, anwar and Chillhola vids to know the clues.
