Hi Jayashree, I am glad to know that you are on this journey and these videos are helpful to you. Good luck with your hair journey. There is also a FB group for women going grey in India and need some inspo. If you wish to join, here is the link: facebook.com/groups/1808795229254911
Me too i also started my journey 😊 let's see how it goes.. thank you for sharing it motivation Vedio ..the more we talk we share the more others will follow..
Hi Pratiksha, my story is same as yours. I decided to go grey in Feb 2019 ( at the age of 38)and it’s been almost 5 yrs now, I am on it. Experienced all the things that you have mentioned like social circles advices, people openly starring at me. Sometimes we feel bad about it and then stop caring about others and explaining things to everybody. It’s possible because of family members support. More power to girls/ladies like us who are embracing greys👍👍👍
Brought tears to my eyes! I’m ready to jump in at 41! I’m getting really bad rashes and I’m sick of running to dye to feel beautiful. I am beautiful. My body is screaming at me to stop it so I’m going to listen. I think I will start with hats , wigs, scarfs… I’ll start by cutting off a good 5 inches. Thank you for this video and your channel! ❤
Dye is such a pain. I am so glad I ditched it 5 years ago. You can head over to my blog for more inspiration and useful content while going grey. sparklingsilvers.com/
So inspiring! Thank you for sharing your journey. I know it will help me as I continue on my own, as I’ll remind myself how I truly thought you looked beautiful in each and every photo.
Hi Pratiksha, thx for sharing your journey...it was highly motivating..i have started my grey transition a month ago and whenever i feel down..i watch your video for staying strong in my decision ...
Wow Pratiksha… thank you for doing this video. I turned 52 at the beginning of this year. I’ve been box coloring my hair since the pandemic.. I cannot keep up with my greys and I was losing hair from coloring. So I decided to stop coloring. I’m nervous, afraid and sad for losing my black colored hair :( but I know I cannot keep going on like this. You look gorgeous. I am going to be inspired by your journey and allow my hair to go grey. Looks like it took you 3 long years to get where you are today. I will not be coloring and I know I’ll be told all sorts of things by others and considered old and over the hill. But I care more about having healthy hair than black hair/no hair/ balding hair. That’s my motivation. Thank you for documenting and sharing your journey and for being real.
Wow..... im a lot older 69, long dark hair, went blonde highlights about 10 years ago. Have now gone 6 months, no dye, salt and pepper, about 5 inches. When I get tempted to dye again, I stand outside and look at the light hitting all the different tones of grey and I love it. Your hair is stunningly beautiful, and you are very pretty. Thankyou for the video, as watching your transition is giving me the will power to keep going.
Hi Pratiksha, thanks for sharing your transition journey. I am also planning for this after 5-6 years once I achieve success in my mission "Nurture Mother Nature"
Great job. My hair started turning grey when i was in 10 th. My mom started colouring it with henna. Maybe thats why the graying slowed down. When i got married because of my laziness i stared using hair colour which was my biggest blunder, it accelerated graying. Ive stopped colouring my hair for last 10 months and im so happy i did. You said you stopped dying when pregnant fearing the harmful chemicals affecting your child, but you were never concern about yourself applying directly on yor scalp. We women are so caring for our family but careless when it comes to our health. Iam happy for you girl.
Hi Thank you for sharing this video I myself have been undergoing the transition period of browns to greys since last year. Unfortunately for me I don't have any support from my inner circle...be it my husband or mother or sister or mother in law and so called close friends. Everyone is "kind" enough to remind me to colour my hair as I am still young and are even "more kinder" by reminding me that I look like a grandmother. Recently I was standing next to my own mom who is grey haired herself and a close relative commented oh you look like sisters😅 How really kind of these well-wishers That being said I am still standing on my resolve that I will not colour my hair as I do not want to give these "well wishers" satisfaction of saying "hey you finally coloured your hair.." or in their actual words "hey you listened to us"😤
Your hair is amazingly beautiful!!! I can’t wait till mine grows out as well. 3 months in for me. I’ve been going grey since high school and now at 40 am about 75% gray already. Decided it was time and ladies such as yourself give inspiration to do it!! Love it! ❤
I am also the same age and my grey hair started since class 10 now i decide to go grey and my dermatologist suggest me because dye spoil our skin tones.. he asked me what is your priority skin or hair dye i Said skin 😊and from last 2month i stopped colouring and can see a good change in my hair texture ❤
Hi! You have a very beautiful feature on your face to flaunt and focus on, your eyes!!! Wear more of blue shades, pastel blues, soft pinks, lavender, mint green, and light gray. Use lighter shades of pink and pastels as blush.
i have the impression, gray hair only looks good, if the natural color was dark brown to black. If your natural color is light brown, the "silver" looks dirty.
It's fine to share our opinion. But there are several silver sisters who were naturally blonde and light brown and now silver, totally rocking their salt and pepper hair. There are few transition stories on my blog: sparklingsilvers.com/
43 and cannot keep up. Want to take this leap to sense the freedom! Thank you for the inspiration.

The first year of being all grey I hated it but eventually I grew to love it. You look great.
I am so sorry it happened with your hair. Did you try a blue shampoo? You must consult your hairstylist for professional help.
@@madelainemadelaine2934 Definitely you must. Please share your experience with us. Hope things get better.
This is going to sounds strange but you look younger with the gray silver hair.
Beautiful ❤
Thanks 😊
3:11...!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Indian women get the most beautiful white hair :)
I'v tried 11x's LOL
You will know when you are ready! Good luck.
Purple shampoo use for necessary grey hair shine
No it is not necessary, if your hair is bright naturally and if you don’t use much styling products and hot tools on your hair.
❤❤❤
Everyone says I look washed out with my grey hair any tips ? I do have pale skin blue eyes ?

As a "once upon a time brunette," I think it's because our grays are actually gray, not white, or perhaps silver.
Beautiful ❤
