Girl... i can relate to you..
When i used cantu it stripped my hair of moisture, etc .
My hair became dry , damaged and thin [ i was using cantu for like 3 weeks ]
then i stopped and oils really helped my hair especially coconut oil and castor oil and now my hair is way healthier than before..

I've never tried cantu and I didn't plan on trying it bc my hair is already sorta damage and still trying to get all my curls back
