A bit late to the party, but one extra side benefit of Song of the Dryads is that it also activates Forestwalk against opponents who aren't splashing green in their commander decks. A bit of a fringe benefit, but when you have Forestwalkers in your commander deck, having Song on hand for that enabler is pretty dang nice.
I would point out Bruna, light of Alabaster gets around spectra wards prevention of attaching more auras as with sovereigns of alara can get around it too because off the wording on them allows you to attach them
Alot of these are subject to personal choices, like Rancor would be on my list awesome choices though:P My Top 10 Returnable Auras: Rancor, Glistening Oil, Flickering ward, Cessation, Gift of Immortality, Contempt, Fools Demise, Slow Motion, Volrath Curse, Gryfs Boon, I am sure there are others but those are just off the top of head; these cards just tend to give people headaches.
Interesting to point out, Darksteel mutation does not stop commander damage, because commanderness is tied to the card itself and does not care about the cards printed abilities or lack thereof (For this same reason, a commander that has been turned face down by ixadron still deals commander damage.
I do agree with you regarding turning things into insects and lands. And I agree with your rationale of protecting your shenanigans and putting opponents behind. That's why I couldn't agree with your reasoning regarding Asceticism and other powerful enchantments that protect your shenanigans and leave your opponents behind in the video about enchantments...
I feel like you misread Righteous Authority. Unless you are down to your last card, it gives more than +1/+1. Especially in a blue deck with card draw, it can get sort of stupid because the bonus P/T is for every card in hand. Does it need some support? Maybe, but it will at least give your creature +2/+2 every turn on the simple fact of the card draw second ability.
My friend used Darksteel Mutation in a an EDH match with me on my Sliver Overlord and I proceeded to get face-fucked by his elemental deck. Slivers only work in Commander if you have a good engine! Not an indestructable 0/1 Insect Artifact Creature!

I love that you put Imprisoned in the moon on this list- it is much like Song of the Dryads and I love them both for their versatility. Thanks..

Wow, diplomatic immunity seems really powerful, attached to a big creature that you're finished doing things to.
Best list. Helped me much to build my blue and white commander deck with Bruna light of alabaster as commander :)
I would say wild growth/utopia sprawl and treachery definitely deserves to be on this list in some capacity
Fertile ground is better than sprawl with one exception. Utopia sprawl cost 1, fertile ground costs 2
Loved your choices here, great video.

Nicholas Crage y u so random? Lol
Your videos provide me a lot of inspiration for new deck ideas, thanks!

Eldrazi conscription is my favorite aura period
''I love infect'' voidmage gaming 2017
my friend uses song of the dryad on my commander all the time, and everytime he says "hey hey you like that commander? yes? imma turn it into a tree"

The Niv mizzet and curiosity combo does not need 40 damage. Commander 21 rule would hopefully kick in before that and before you draw yourself out.
Taylor Marcon Command damage rule only applies to combat damage, so the draw-ping won't add to it sadly.
Righteous authority is redic in my Dragonlord ojutai voltron deck
I think rancor should have been there mainly for shattergang bros and 4 a lesser extent voltron
darksteel mutation should be used in trample decks imo
Why is the number 1 card higher than dark steel mutation?
Because it's better
It can enchant more things and Is still hard to remove the land to get commander back
Because it can enchant a Planeswalker, land, enchantment, or artifact in addition to a creature.
so that's how we get dryan arbors
Darksteel mutation plus diplomatic immunity on an annoying commander ftw
ITM is hilarious in commander 🤗🤗
is it just me or does steel of the god head look a little cartoony. 7:27
so song of the dryads is like a slightly worse o-ring
or better cuz you can hit a geas cradle ect
you realized it that quickly eh? haha

I thought aura's target.
When they are cast they do.

Yes, but when Zur casts them, they dont.
