This is a true story from actually events that happened on Christmas eve, Christmas day and Boxing day 1914 between our British Troops and German troops. It is one of the most incredible true events that happened in WW1 years before any yanks eventually turned up. Where I come from here in England, we had two Regiments that fought in WW1. One Battalion from one of our local Regiments was involved in the Christmas Truce in no man's land. The famous game of Football that was played ( when I say football I mean the one that is real football not the American hand egg throwing game that Americans think is football but it is absolutely not). The football was provided by a soldier in The London Irish Regiment which is around today where the actual football that was used in the famous Football match between British troops and German troops is still around today and is in The London Irish Regiment museum, at there Barracks in London. The Christmas Truce means a lot to us British and our German Allies, where a huge cross was erected in a ceremony in 1994 in an area of no man's land to commemorate the 80th anniversary of this historic event. 💂♂️💂♂️🇬🇧🇬🇧🏴🏴🇮🇪🇮🇪🤝🤝🇩🇪🇩🇪
@@PetterVessel Aye! And the next should be "Wehrmacht" by Sabaton...To make this Suvival on both sides real, in 1944 most of the german Soldiers just wanted to go home and survive...Or "Heart of Iron", which is about the last battle in Berlin...another lost story, when a german General refused orders by Hitler, but tried to save the people of Berlin and his own few Soldiers from death....

"There and back again, Bull just carried on Under fire he carried them out one by one There and back again, bullets all around All of the men that he carried away 12 men would now live to see one more day His fear held at bay, as he carried them away." In one of their interviews, the band members were asked to pick a Sabaton song and who they would like to sing it. Chris Rörland said Ballad of Bull with Freddie Mercury.
Kelly it's Cathy your getting deeper in sabaton now which is good so far your next sabaton reaction should be sabaton no bullets fly about showing humanity and compassion between two enemies during world war 2 which on UA-cam is everyone's favorite sabaton animated video of theirs we highly recommend it for you Kelly as for me I'm still receiving treatment I know you want to know how I am doing currently. Cathy and Wintersun Alex ❄️🫶🌲
Kelly this is Cathy the treatment will last up to 6 months this is my 1st month so I have a while to go some days I feel good some days I dont but it makes my day better when I watch your reactions with my son so I do hope your next sabaton is sabaton no bullets fly in time for my birthday in December Kelly and thank you for the kind words I don't know if you had any family members with breast cancer but everyone please support breast cancer treatment and awareness for your subscribers and has it started snowing in Maine yet ? No snow here in Texas mild winter weather Kelly Much love Wintersun Alex and Cathy ❄️🫶
Yes my grandmother had breast cancer. Cancer in general sucks and I'm sorry you have to go through it. My dad had cancer three times. I always do fundraising to donate to the American Cancer Society or Susan G Komen for Breast Cancer. I also donate to St Judes for Kids as well. When is your birthday, Cathy? Due to the holidays next week, I will be posting 1 video Sunday and 3 on Monday then 1or two on Friday. I am taking some time to catch up and spend some time with my son who returned home this past Sat. Especially around holidays. I will do my best to include Sabaton for you and Winterson Alex :)
Kelly this is Cathy my birthday is December 19th so when it is convenient for you then you can do my birthday request for sabaton no bullets fly from sabaton UA-cam channel this upcoming week I wish that you also spent quality time with your son also but let me know after you read my comments. Big hug Cathy ❄️🫶
Nice reaction! I disagree when you said that Joakim's voice doesn't fit the way he looks:) To me, his voice and looks are a glorious mixture, and very well-known and loved by Sabaton fans. Please do more Sabaton. Also, Majestica's "A Christmas Carol" album is wonderful for this time of year (or any time of year). Ghost of Marley, Joy of Christmas, This Christmas: All are great.
Floor Jansen's outro was the icing on the cake
Sabaton:"We need some epic vocal for the end credits!"
Hannes:"I have one at home!" ^^

🪖💣🔔🎹🎄😎🤝⚽🎸🎁💥✝🎻👄🔔
Yep, this actually happened in WWI
some Sabaton videos are quite spectacular, I have seen full Hollywood productions with less substance and storytelling than some Sabaton videos.
The cross they portaid is real, its still there, next to a farmers fiels in Flandres...
Jesus, I've seen this video a hundred times and I still almost choked on my dinner watching the opening battle scenes.
I think you'd enjoy 'No Bullets Fly' - Animated cartoon version...oh and again, watch it to very end.
Loved your reaction and your shared emotions!
When the war started in July 1914, all the soldiers were saying, that it would be over by Christmas ... It was Chrisrmas 1918!
The cross is still there in a field in Ypres in Belgium
The best Metal Waltz ever...
Today Sabaton actually celebrate 25 years anniversary!
🤗🍒🤘🏻😘 well done Kelly, The Greatest was sung by one of the ladies hanging behind you, then you can guess 🙃

as it's the 80th anniversary of the WW2 - battle of the Bulge you should check out "Screaming Eagles "

'Winged Hussars' should be next.
I recommend "The Ballad of Bull" - completey underrated imo and "1916" by Sabaton
"There and back again, Bull just carried on Under fire he carried them out one by one There and back again, bullets all around All of the men that he carried away 12 men would now live to see one more day His fear held at bay, as he carried them away."
