Hey, thank you so much for watching. I want your feedback what do you think about the new Boston Terrier Gift shop I created? bit.ly/BostonTerrierSocietyGiftShop if you like any items here is a 10% Discount Code - BOS10
I'm very sad because we lost our li'l Maggie, Boston. My 2 boxers are heartbroken too. They look for her, and they are pouting all the time. We are looking for another Boston female pup, but in the process, got scammed out of a lot of money,.......no puppy. They're heartless people cuz they knew about our loss. But we're still looking,....... just more carefully
A few things u missed, love to chew, lick/ kisses, affection, attention and my three most of all....LOVE TO SWIM! We live in AZ and they play fetch in the in ground pool everyday for an hour or until we stop them. Great exercise. Thank you for the video, we love them so much,!
My boston, loves her blankets, she has four flannel like blankets that are hers, she dosen't like to share her blankets. She loves to cover her head with them, roll up in them and bite and chew on them. One looks like it is moth eaten. Ha ha she is so funny, with her blankets.
And then in Boston he’ll start shaking his head like crazy and then I end up letting go because my knuckles hurt because I have to hold on so tight sometimes I think this dog has some type of strong superpower
How I got our Bostie, Casey, to stop begging was really simple. When she was a puppy, she sat on the floor watching us during meal times whining as all dogs do. So one day I simply got a table dish and filled it with her puppy food and placed it next to my meal. When she would come and beg at the table, I tossed her, her own food. After a few days, she got the hint... "Hmmm, they're eating the same thing I'm eating so what's the point of begging." That did the trick and she hasn't begged since.
I love how my Boston just wants to be with me! Doesn't matter what we're doing. I also adore how he loves sleeping under the covers with me! Best companion breed ever!❤
Yep! Mine even have to be in the bathroom while I shower. If they are in my bed asleep and I get up for something. They follow me. They’re very clingy to me.
Absolutely my 😢Boston got killed recently because I didn’t train him to like a leash and he cut his leash With his teeth and then just ran out in the street when I was not looking
I have never been so in love with a dog, just got a Boston terrier puppy. He finds ways to make me laugh and smile even if he does something like pee on the floor. They are so goofy and spunky and so smart! My Boston knows his name after 3 days
Just became a Boston dad and I’m obsessed. I love that he is a big cuddler. Any opportunity he finds he crawls into my arms and relaxes with me. Also, he is the first dog that I’ve owned, that is so calm and zen when it comes to car rides. He will literally snooze and sleep. Any other dog I’ve had was always anxious and nervous. I’m super stoked that I have a new travel buddy ☺️💙
Congrats on becoming a Boston Dad......at the moment I have 3 and the whole car ride thing is totally true... I have a suv and when we take a drive my two boys Otis and Abner,(also dad and son) will sit in the back and just look out the window at other cars and people. I love watching the reactions of people when they see their heads pop up in the window and them getting all excited when people wave at them.
Our Boston Jodee just turned 8. She is our second Boston, we would never switch to another breed. Boston’s are the most calm, loving breed. Jodee loves to get water (or any kind) bottles and remove the caps. When I come home, Jodee will attack my shoe. She will pull at my shoe until she gets it off(almost like she thinks the shoes take me away from her and she is preventing that from happening. It’s really funny to watch. I could write a book on this goofy, sweet, loyal fur baby we have. We so enjoy your videos. ❤
My grandmother got a Boston in 1932 and we have had them in the family ever since. I have owned seven myself (so far) They all have their own personalities. Some like toys and balls, some aren't interested at all; some love water, some fear it. Some are silent some talk (chortle?) etc but 1 they all love people 2 they all have been very funny in different ways and 3 they have very expressive faces.
Found this channel and burst into tears. I had 3 Bostons. Princess lived to 9 years old only. I am still grieving 8yrs. Nena passed peacefully at 14 she was sweetheart. Spike lived to 17. Was a dominating boy. The boss. Im so sad. But what a blessing to have had them. Lots of good memories 🐾❤
Oh, yes, I live in a senior village and my lulu loves people and makes her rounds with each and everyone of them. She loves to army crawl, get her her rubbed and get belly rubs.
My Boston pasted away 2 years ago this coming April 18, 2021. Yes he used to try french kiss me all the time. Now I miss it terribly. I miss all the funny things he used to do. I've been in a long 1yr and 1/2 search for another Boston and having no luck. So if anyone knows where i can get one I sure would appreciate any leads you can give me. Thanks bunches...Love on your Bostons like there's no tomorrow, cause someday there will be no tomorrow. :)
We have a 6mo old. Some things she loves that are not listed - Giving kisses, the fireplace, playing keep away after stealing something from us or our other dog. She also LOVES people in general.
My husband and I are older, I'll be 50 in December and he is 45, so we are looking for a dog who loves to snuggle and take naps. The Boston Terrier sounds exactly like what we're looking for. Thank you SO MUCH for sharing all this wonderful information. ❤
This is my fourth Boston Terrier and I wouldn't buy any other breed. This particular one is the smartest out of the four. He can actual play soccer, unbelievable. He will pick the biggest stick out there and bring to me. The stick happens to be twice his size. LOL. He will push his bed or blanket to my feet when I am working just to be near me. He needs to be touching me at all times. I love my Blue so much. They are the best
I recently rescued a Boston terrier from the street. She absolutely loves to be in the sun I think it was pretty funny and her own little quirk. So glad to see other people experiencing the same thing 😆
Our boston Frog, just turned 1. Can confirm, he loves all these things. He gets daily car rides to drop off kids at daycare, then cuddles next to me, sleeps in the sun while i work from home.
Our 15 year old Boston who just passed LOVED two liter pop bottles, air let out ,cap on and bent in half, he would shake and chase the bent bottle all over the house or yard till you took it away from him. We hung one on the pole for the tether ball, he was in heaven those days, jumpin' 3 or 4 feet in the air , swinging as he hung on, so fun to watch him, miss him so much. Our Bubba.
My wife and I are now on our third Boston. To add to your list, all of our Bostons have totally loved Children, they will romp and play with the children as long as the children want to play. Boston's are great at matching the energy level of each child. If the children are quiet, the Boston will be also. The other thing that our Bostons have all loved is routine. If we sit at the dinner table a bit too long, our Boston have all scratched at our feet to move on to our next step, usually cuddling on the couch for our evening TV. They really like to have a set routine. I am now following your great site.
If there is one thing my Boston loves more than anything it's to have her entire pack (my wife, my daughter and I) sitting in the same room watching TV or relaxing. The blissful serenity on her face says it all. All is right in her world when her pack is close by and she can be part of all of us at once! Truly amazing breed and the only breed I'll ever have.
I love the fact that they like to lay in the sun. I love the sun I moved from South Florida to Georgia, and I absolutely miss my beaches. Loving sunshine is so relatable to me.
Great video! And yes, my Bostons loved the sun! I have been without a companion for the last 4 years since I lost my girl. The hardest thing in the last year is she detached due to dimentia. She was my cuddle bunny for 13 years. I adopted her when she was 2 and had to let her go at 16. So smart, loved food (rarely had to clean my kitchen floors), kissed, kissed and kissed again, slept with one of my boys under the covers for 6 years until he went to college. Loved the car but didn’t like our boat. I was blessed to find a kennel that when I dropped her off on Friday she would run to the door without a leash ! Snored like a train...loved her bed in front of the fireplace. I walked 2-3 miles 5-6 times a week and she knew when it was time to go! No extreme temps. Too hot, no walks. Too cold, sweater ,please. I grew up with a Great Dane, spent 20 years with Labradors. Once I owned a Boston, I’d never have another breed.
Yes the frog leg I think is really breed specific. And the sun! My boston will move through the house for whatever sun spot he can find, even if that is the size of an orange! That's how crazy my boston is about the sun. And it's funny too when he sees a sun spot on a vertical surface, like the wall or cupboard, he'll be looking at it, and sometimes me, apparently asking how should he get to that spot.
My Boston Terrier loves to pull grass up to the roots, shake the dirt off and then eat the roots. I have spoke to my vet and she is in perfect health and shape.
I fret about this, but of course its fine unless the grass has been treated with pesticides or weed killers etc. I try not to be a helicopter mom and tell myself 'its fine, its fine, its one if his 5 a day' 🥺🤭
I just adopted an 8 week old Boston pup and I couldn’t be anymore happier! Best cuddler by far!!! His name is Noodle and he absolutely loves sticks and sun bathing! Anytime I take him out he fires straight for his stick and lays it in the sign while he chews on it ❤️.
My baby girl loves to jump on her back legs like a kangaroo. She also likes to get into the kitchen chairs and eat food off of the table 🤦🏼♀️ We love our baby! What she had in common with the video is the Sun bathing, frog legs, ball chasing, and snuggling. She is a huge snuggle bug!
Our ten-year old Willie loves to lay on our big bed covered up completely to sleep! We adopted him a year ago and he's our first Boston! He is a great companion and so much fun to have in our home!
My Boston Lyla loves to bring a "welcome gift" to everyone that walks in the door. She gets super excited and will stop and go back if she almost greets the person without their gift! A gift can be absolutely anything she can find and fit in her mouth... A sock... Screwdriver... My purse lol BUT the secret about gifts is she doesnt really wanna give it TO you! It's gotta be the thought that counts for sure! She also suckles on blankets (her dad did it too) like to put herself to sleep.... Sooo much more i could say about my Lyla Grace!! ... WARNING TO ANYONE CONSIDERING GETTING A BOSTON FOR FIRST TIME.... THEY WILL TOUCH YOUR SOUL AND COMPLETELY CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER IN EVERY WAY! YOU WILL NEVER LOOK AT OR FEEL ABPUT ANYTHING THE SAME AGAIN.... AND IT'S WORTH ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING TO KNOW THIS KIND OF LOVE!❤❤❤❤
Our Pua did the same thing when you got home.she would run to the toybox, find a toy and come show you when you came thru rhe door, barking and Arrooorooooooing with ezcitement
Our Boston, Frankie, loves everything you mentioned, except, strangely, he's not fond of the car. He doesn't make a fuss, but you can tell he's not very happy. He loves playing tug of war!
Yes, my lulu loves everything on this list except, I think car rides makes her anxious, she loves going in the car, but she won't stay still, she up and down in the window and out, drives me crazy.
We are new to owning Boston terriers, our 6 month old loves to play in the hose when I’m trying to water the outdoor plants. He runs and jumps and chases the water all over the yard, he literally does it with the biggest smile on his face! I’m sure it helps we live in central Florida! Also Bode loves to lay outside by the pool or in the yard in the sun like yours. Thanks for all the great information!
My Boston loves being a snuggled and cuddled which I love. I also live that she goes under the blankets to sleep. My first Boston did that too. Just dive right under the covers lol. Frog position is a big trait. I have to say though, the way a Bostons snuggles is the best. They love to be curled up right on you. Very loving. They are my favorite dog. :)
Absolutely loved this video! So true of my Boston, Penny. Your top ten is spot on, especially the tennis balls and sun naps. If I had to add anything is that she loves laundry, especially socks.
My Boston LOVES his bone shaped squeaky toy, runs around squeaking it but doesn't tear into it. If we're on the couch sometimes he will bring it to me to toss in the air & brings it back when it bounces off his nose. He's so proud when he catches it in the air & I praise him. He burrows under the covers at night, pretty much does everything on this list.
Our Boston Monty hits 8 of those 10 activities regularly. He is very affectionate and hasn't met a stranger, yet he definitely tries to be "macho" and pretend he is 120lbs of dog instead of 24lbs.
Car rides, broccoli and tangerines. He loves the phrase "do you want a NEW toy?" gives me a head tilt. My boy does not love much of the stuff you mentioned but if he is in his soft side crate he will stick his hind paw out of his little den just so it reminds me he is there to pass on goodies when I am cooking. When there is something he likes he will blow air from the side of his mouth like a puff. If he is warming up to something he snores with his eyes open. It looks hilarious!!! Loves to go to walks with his favorite toy in his mouth. The doggles he is wearing were bought due to the recurring eye scratches. He got used to them very quickly and they protect his eyes.
Great video! My 12 week old Boston named Willow does all those things! Couple things she also loves to do is pick up leaves, loves to dig whether in her bed, or with her toy bin. She also goes a little wild at night before she goes to bed.
My Dagmar and Phoebe loved baking themselves in the heat of the wood burning stove, playtime at exactly 7:30, sleeping under the blankets and being where ever I was.
I have a 5 month old Boston named Bruno! He loves each and every one of these things! Every single time he goes out to potty he has to sun bathe for a minute and then go on a search for the best stick around! They have such personalities!! He is my 4th Boston. They are my absolute favorite breed.
We checked 10 out of 10 here! By the way, any human she sees when we walk her is her next best friend! Bella is our second Boston Terrier and we just love the breed! Such a lady your Boston too!
Right on! Thiago the Boston loves all of things you mentioned! I love when Thiago cuddles with me and great advice for new owners, never ever give them human food so that they won’t beg! I made the mistake of sharing my meals with my first Boston George and he developed a horrible food addiction that led him to be overweight :( pls don’t ever share your food with them since they already love to eat!!
Wow...your list is pretty accurate! My Boston doesn’t like sticks for some reason. Also, he doesn’t do the frogging position much. If I had to pick the top 3 things my Boston loves it would be...his treats (he loves to eat them more than his food. He loves to beg for my food but it doesn’t work as he has Crohn’s disease and he can’t have table scraps), going “bye-bye” in the car and to be warm. My bOy will lay in the sun if I have the door or shades open. However, I have a heated blanket he sleeps on every night! In both the summer (we have the central air on) and winter. If for some reason I forget to put it on, which isn’t often he will sleep touching my body..to stay warm. He is currently waiting for me to finish studying, turn the heated blanket on and get into bed. He waits for me every night....such a true gentleman😍❤️
Mine is 7 months and he absolutely loves sticks, outside when it’s warm, rolling in the grass, tug of war and all his toys, digging and hiding treats, loves our cats, loves everyone, scared of every thing, loves treats and water, loves to cuddle, very active especially when he’s running his BT 500’s (running around in circles at high speeds), loves car rides, loves shoulder sitting and sleeping under blankets or under my leg, y’all call it frogging but I call it turkey leggin because it looks like a turkey when his legs are out and his little feet. I got a Boston because I love boxers and mine have all since passed and I’ve been wanting another pup since my kids are grown but I also had leukemia and bone marrow transplant so can’t handle the big dogs like I used to so a Boston is so similar. Their personality is so much like a boxer but also so much different and I love my little guy so much. He’s my little sidekick for sure. He was less than 2lbs when we brought him in (he was the runt) now he’s 7 months and around 14 lbs and a ball full of energy, love and humor 😂
Unfortunately, my Beanie passed a year ago at 14 y/o. She loved to sleep in my bed, under the covers with her head on the pillow. I miss her every day.
We just adopted a 6 month old Boston from the pound 3 days ago. I can say he absolutely loves when you rub his ears, he melts (full on eyes close and sinking into the couch/me)
My Boston burrowed under the covers, "talked" with his ears, and tilted his head all the time! I miss him so much! He lived to be 13. He was a big walker and on a good weather day would go 5 miles! Most of your other stuff, he did not do. No fetching the ball or playing with sticks, didn't like car rides. Brutus was obsessed with treats, but I left the food bowl constantly full and he self regulated his food intake.
I love that my Juju BT loves to snuggle! At first it was a little annoying to have him stuck to my side ALL THE TIME but now I miss him if he isn’t snuggled right next to me! I also love that he thinks he is an alpha dog. Lol he only weighs 20 pounds but he has a lot of muscle especially in his chest. So he looks like a mini alpha!
We bought our 10 week old Boston terrier Bowie in August. We're obsessed with him. Such an amazing puppy. Now that it is cooler and fall time, Bowie loves our fireplace. 🔥
I'm getting an 11 week old brindle boy tomorrow. Can't wait. We lost our sweet boy Oliver (a Yorkie) in October. Now we have Jayde a Morkie (Yorkie/Maltese) and Brody their son.
We are adopting our first Boston Terrier today (5 months old) We are an empty nest home. Looking forward to the snuggles/cuddles and the goofy playful attitude.
I lost my boy last friday. Couldn't agree more on your top10 list. I would have to add watermelon. I know its just a treat, but the way he freaked out over watermelon was just pure bliss. miss you Buddy
Aww I love this video it warmed my heart. 10/10. My Boston is always up for a car ride but he doesn’t seem to relax while in the car. He’s panting the whole time which makes me feel like he’s uncomfortable. Any suggestions? I thought belly rubs would be number #1 hahaha. My Boston begs for belly rubs. What I love about my Boston is I can literally cuddle him and kiss him to death and he would just let me. Like he doesnt care for his personal space 🤣🤣. I usually do it while he’s sleeping too just be centimeters from his face hahaha. This is the time I do it because he won’t move and I usually break into hives if he starts licking me and starts rubbing his face all over me. My other dog has a timer on how long I can rub his belly or he gets feisty like.
Hey I have a pocket boston terrier that is brown brindle and only weighs 10 pounds! Her name is koko and shes the best gal! I got her in West Virginia about 6 years ago. We call her mini mighty koko! Haha
My Boston, Tux, would always, ALWAYS sleep with his butt pointed towards my head. Until I put him under the covers. One night of farts fixed that. I miss him
I recently had 2 bostons, but lost Louie back in June...he was almost 14....We still have Dexter, he is 10. Absolutely every of the ten things you listed that Boston's love, is my dog to a " T ". Your dog is the spitting image of my first dog, Louie...I teared up when I started watching the video....We will be getting another boston pretty soon, to keep Dexter company.
Except for frogging and car rides every one is on point. I've seen other dogs do the frogging. Unfortunately my boston gets car sick so he's not a fan of car rides.
All these things our Boston loves (sticks, naps, tennis balls, rolling in the grass, the sun, snuggling, etc.). He also loves to chase squirrels, bunnies, birds, and bugs. LOL!
I had always wanted a Boston, so when I had the opportunity to adopt an "end of life" Boston, I was very excited. She made me realize how much I enjoy the breed. After she passed, I got two little sisters. Both absolutely love to be under the covers, to varying degrees. One, Annabelle, will go into my bedroom, unmake my bed, and get between my sheets with her head on my pillow. Her sister, Isabelle, likes the covers, but not nearly as much as her sister. My girls are 8 minutes apart in age, but look completely different, Izzy has the Haggarty spot and looks a lot more bully than her sister, and she's 20% larger too. I love them both!
All of my bostons love sunbathing and sleeping under covers and going crazy every night, but my others just rest around lol but somerimes play, Ages: 1 and 1 and 11
Every single one I smiled so big and said yes!! The sun hands down! I think they were so agile. My girl could out juke (cut on a dime and change directions) zoomies!!
I’d say playing. My girl prefers to play with me then get a scratch or belly rub. In fact unless she falls asleep on me or next to me, every time I lay a hand on her it turns into a game. Maybe that’ll change as she gets older (currently 18 months) but at the moment life’s one big game.
First time Boston owner, love my pup to pieces!😍 She loves to be under the blankets too! And yes, sticks & the sun! Have to time my walks with her to allow for laying out in the sun!😍
When lulu was less than three years old, she would get in the shower with us, they love water, which I was surprised that was not on the list. Of course not everything can be the top 10, haha, Boston are such an adorable breed, lulu is 13 and I plan on getting another.
My Boston’s name is Feona. She loves to snuggle with me and I love that. Please let me know if any other Boston’s lay on their back and kick their legs after eating. Not too sure what that means but it is pretty funny.
Hey, thank you so much for watching. I want your feedback what do you think about the new Boston Terrier Gift shop I created? bit.ly/BostonTerrierSocietyGiftShop if you like any items here is a 10% Discount Code - BOS10
Like the Mugs, Shirts are okay as well. Didn't see much for the Boston's though, or is that yet to come?
I was told that my dog/puppy is 1/4th Boston Terrier. He seems to exhibit some of these behaviors.
Thank you we are going to get this bosten terrier if the price goes down to 1500 so yeah thank you.
I'm very sad because we lost our li'l Maggie, Boston. My 2 boxers are heartbroken too. They look for her, and they are pouting all the time. My Boston’s all love being under the blankets
We have 5 and they all love to burrow under the covers...lol
My Boston love to get in the blankets he has blankets in all rooms
Mine too!!!
My boston, loves her blankets, she has four flannel like blankets that are hers, she dosen't like to share her blankets. She loves to cover her head with them, roll up in them and bite and chew on them. One looks like it is moth eaten. Ha ha she is so funny, with her blankets.
Omg mines to.
In addition to your 10 things, my Boston loves playing tug of war. She won't let go.
Yep
Mine too
And then in Boston he’ll start shaking his head like crazy and then I end up letting go because my knuckles hurt because I have to hold on so tight sometimes I think this dog has some type of strong superpower
Absolutely. Once she's grabbed on to the toy, those jaws cannot be opened.
True

He was about nine months old
I felt like I had lost a child
I have never been so in love with a dog, just got a Boston terrier puppy. He finds ways to make me laugh and smile even if he does something like pee on the floor. They are so goofy and spunky and so smart! My Boston knows his name after 3 days
they have the loyalty of a wolf and the heart of a lion!
And your love will only grow for them!
My Boston is the smartest dog I have ever had!
Same here.

Give another BT a loving home!! ❤
More are born every day, maybe time to open your heart to your new beloved Boston.
Definitely lying in the sun. Loves leaves, loves being nosey and following me around. Loves cuddles and being held in my arms
They can get sunburned really easy too so be careful we had one get sunburned and lose the hair on her back and butt
Besides these 10, let’s not forget belly rubs and the army crawl.
TRUE
I’ve had a couple that do the crawl lol. Definitely belly rubs!
Oh, yes, I live in a senior village and my lulu loves people and makes her rounds with each and everyone of them. She loves to army crawl, get her her rubbed and get belly rubs.
We call it the happy drag!
Yes
My Boston used to love giving kisses. Full face kisses. God Bless him.
I'm sorry did I read used to right ?
When I give her a kiss she will start liking me she’s so cute
My own loves to slobber attack me lmao.
Mine too. She likes to French kiss. She goes right for the person's mouth.
My Boston pasted away 2 years ago this coming April 18, 2021. Yes he used to try french kiss me all the time. Now I miss it terribly. I miss all the funny things he used to do. They LOVE to lay in front of the fireplace feeling that warmth. (Sometimes we even turn it on in the summer because they love it so much!)
Yes! My vents too with the heat on lol
My little guy lays right next to my hot fire place!
Mine would crawl into my gas fire 🔥if she could
Yeh. So much so that it worries me a bit that our Gracie is getting TOO hot.
Number one is soooo spot on! Even a tiny bit of sun through a window bam! She's laid there in a second!
TRUE TRUEE
My Babs loves to "burrow" in cushions, under pillows, blankets while rolling and kicking wildly and making happy sounds. I call it "horbling."
I call that "piggy times"
We have a 6mo old. Some things she loves that are not listed - Giving kisses, the fireplace, playing keep away after stealing something from us or our other dog. She also LOVES people in general.

Our boston Frog, just turned 1. Can confirm, he loves all these things. He gets daily car rides to drop off kids at daycare, then cuddles next to me, sleeps in the sun while i work from home.

Thanks
Mine used to remind us it is time for bed, but did not understand the weekends nights. Haha, yes they love routine.
😊
Boston’s are so much fun! We say once you own one, you’re life will never be the same. Our sweet girl Nairobi is a total sun goddess!! ☀️👙🕶
😊
I love the fact that they like to lay in the sun. I love the sun I moved from South Florida to Georgia, and I absolutely miss my beaches. Loving sunshine is so relatable to me.
I have owned cats my whole life and I see similarities between Bostons and cats, like how they love to snuggle and lay in the sun.
Thanks for sharing!
I try not to be a helicopter mom and tell myself 'its fine, its fine, its one if his 5 a day' 🥺🤭
I dog-sit a Boston and she loves to do that, also eats mulch. Lots of fiber, never constipated!
My Bostons love laying in front of a good fire in the fireplace during the winter.
❤️
I can relate to everything you said. Loved the sun and they were snuggle bugs.
Boston’s LOVE meeting new people. ❤️❤️❤️
When someone comes to visit our Boston thinking they’re #1.
😊
Thanks for sharing!
Our Pua did the same thing when you got home.she would run to the toybox, find a toy and come show you when you came thru rhe door, barking and Arrooorooooooing with ezcitement
Mary, we got our first Boston in 1949 and have had them in the family since. They have loved all these things. Best dogs ever!!
Our Boston, Frankie, loves everything you mentioned, except, strangely, he's not fond of the car. He doesn't make a fuss, but you can tell he's not very happy. He loves playing tug of war!
Mine play tug of war with anything they can lol
Yes, my lulu loves everything on this list except, I think car rides makes her anxious, she loves going in the car, but she won't stay still, she up and down in the window and out, drives me crazy.
We are new to owning Boston terriers, our 6 month old loves to play in the hose when I’m trying to water the outdoor plants. He runs and jumps and chases the water all over the yard, he literally does it with the biggest smile on his face! I’m sure it helps we live in central Florida! Also Bode loves to lay outside by the pool or in the yard in the sun like yours. Thanks for all the great information!
Yes! My Brownie loves frogging. I didn’t know what it was called. She always stretches her entire body out and crawls in the grass. It’s so funny.
lol yep. How is everything going with the dynamic duo?
Boston Terrier Society They are doing good. Oreo is getting so big.
Thank you
Yes love laundry. Clean laundry. All of my bostons wanted to nap in the laundry basket when I took out the clothes from the dryer
My Boston LOVES his bone shaped squeaky toy, runs around squeaking it but doesn't tear into it. If we're on the couch sometimes he will bring it to me to toss in the air & brings it back when it bounces off his nose. He's so proud when he catches it in the air & I praise him. He burrows under the covers at night, pretty much does everything on this list.
so cute!
Thank you
My Dagmar and Phoebe loved baking themselves in the heat of the wood burning stove, playtime at exactly 7:30, sleeping under the blankets and being where ever I was.
I'm so excited. I think I am still about 6 months to a year out before I feel I am ready, but a Boston is on the top of my list.
Do it! I was in doubt before, but it was the best decision I ever made. My puppy (Joseph) is 6 months now and he brought so much joy to our place!! ❤️
You will never regret it!
My Boston loves ALL of these… and so do I. Especially the cuddles.
My Boston absolutely loves kisses. Everything you said is bang on except Kirby hates car rides. His anxiety level goes through the roof.
Mine is the same way. He wants to go until it is time to actually get in the car and freaks out.
My 2 BTs names are Kirby and Koopa😊 and they hate car rides too! Lol
Sleeping (with you), food (anytime, anywhere) and playing or watching TV....the favorite things of every BT we had.
Bully sticks. Our Boston Is a real snuggler and Is motivated by praise
I have a 5 month old Boston named Bruno! He loves each and every one of these things! Every single time he goes out to potty he has to sun bathe for a minute and then go on a search for the best stick around! They have such personalities!! He is my 4th Boston. They are my absolute favorite breed.
Exactly my Boston, I love the video🔥😎
Lol thanks! Boston’s are the best
My Boston loves the sun as well. We call him our little sun dog.
Great video!! Helpful and informative! Love your channel!
Thank you appreciate the support!
@@BostonTerrierSociety my Boston loves to cuddle but most of the time he's a little devil
Boston Terriers are the BEST!!! I absolutely LOVE my boy!
My Boston loves his cookies... food... anything to eat. And he always has to have his last snack before bed.
ALL of the above, but definitely add blankets...all my Bostons have had their own blankets an LOVE to snuggle into them. BEST DOGS EVER!!! ❤
Lilli loves all the above! Right on the button, how funny!
We checked 10 out of 10 here! By the way, any human she sees when we walk her is her next best friend! Bella is our second Boston Terrier and we just love the breed! Such a lady your Boston too!
Getting my Boston terrier in 3 weeks can’t wait!
How exciting! Boy or girl? Have a name yet?
You will be a "Boston- only"
You will be a "Boston-only" person from now on! We got our 10th a year ago. Never had so many laughs 😄😄❤❤👁👁 ( my symbol for our Boston)
Oh and he loves lamb chops 😂
Unfortunately, my Beanie passed a year ago at 14 y/o. She loved to sleep in my bed, under the covers with her head on the pillow. I miss her every day.
So sorry for your loss
We just adopted a 6 month old Boston from the pound 3 days ago. I can say he absolutely loves when you rub his ears, he melts (full on eyes close and sinking into the couch/me)
😊
We call frogging doing the rotisserie chicken lol
That’s a great name lol
My Boston burrowed under the covers, "talked" with his ears, and tilted his head all the time! I miss him so much! He lived to be 13. He was a big walker and on a good weather day would go 5 miles! Most of your other stuff, he did not do. No fetching the ball or playing with sticks, didn't like car rides. Brutus was obsessed with treats, but I left the food bowl constantly full and he self regulated his food intake.
😊
My Boston's love all of them.....
Those top ten is spot on. As owners, we share a common experience with other owners. And yet, each Boston has something unique to them.
Phoebe is my 5th Boston and she Loves swimming. She is a fish. She also loves to fart! Lol
My bostons LOVE to swim too!
We are adopting our first Boston Terrier today (5 months old) We are an empty nest home. Looking forward to the snuggles/cuddles and the goofy playful attitude.
My Bella combines snuggling with sleeping and under the blankets and in the sunniest room.
So glad I found your channell🤗🤗🤗🤗
Thank you, glad to have you!
Our dog frogs when he is happy and content
Yes, my too.
Just recently got a Boston terrier, and she is the biggest cuddle bug.! ❤Perfect companion.❤
What my Izzy loved the most was sleeping in my bed. She was a small Boston. About 10 lbs but somehow she would take up the entire bed. 😄
#11. SELFISH BED BUDDY! Ours will take up more space than either of us in the bed and I do regret letting him sleep next to his mommy.
I miss him
@@cdmjr76 admit it though, if he slept elsewhere you'd have trouble sleeping
Awww that is small. My smallest Boston I’ve had is 17 lbs. she can hog my bed bad. And then gets attitude if I move her lol.
I recently had 2 bostons, but lost Louie back in June...he was almost 14....We still have Dexter, he is 10. Absolutely every of the ten things you listed that Boston's love, is my dog to a " T ". Your dog is the spitting image of my first dog, Louie...I teared up when I started watching the video....We will be getting another boston pretty soon, to keep Dexter company.
so sorry for your loss
Except for frogging and car rides every one is on point. I've seen other dogs do the frogging. Unfortunately my boston gets car sick so he's not a fan of car rides.
All these things our Boston loves (sticks, naps, tennis balls, rolling in the grass, the sun, snuggling, etc.). He also loves to chase squirrels, bunnies, birds, and bugs. LOL!
My Snooki loves rolling and laying in grass. Fresh cut grass is her favorite. She takes in the aroma.
Thanks for sharing! 😊
In these days of ZOOM, lives sitting my lap she doesn’t miss any of the meeting!🥴
4 my Bostons can read my expression too. A smile can bring them to me without my saying a word and a frown will repel them.
All of my bostons love sunbathing and sleeping under covers and going crazy every night, but my others just rest around lol but somerimes play,
Ages:
1 and 1 and 11
❤ your video. Im first time Boston owner. I now understand my dog much better. She also loves sun and cuddles or cuddles in the sun.
My boston name is Bella too! She loves the sun and rolling around on top of her toys and bones!
its a great name!
Every single one I smiled so big and said yes!! The sun hands down! I think they were so agile. My girl could out juke (cut on a dime and change directions) zoomies!!
Turbo loves tennis balls and definitely loves sleeping👍
The fireplace in Winter was something that my Bostons loved. I grew up with them and hope to get another soon.
My Boston also loves the sun of course! And she also adores licking us! Espacially our wet legs when we come out of the shower! :)
Yep, I agree on the the licking.
When lulu was less than three years old, she would get in the shower with us, they love water, which I was surprised that was not on the list. Of course not everything can be the top 10, haha, Boston are such an adorable breed, lulu is 13 and I plan on getting another.
Yes! I call that the drying service!
omg us too! it bums my girlfriend out because she likes my leg and face hair more than her nice smooth skin lol
@@duncanphillips458 omg mine also prefers my boyfriend’s hairy legs. That’s hilarious!
My Boston's LOVE All of the above!!! Laying in the Sun and Snuggling are the top 2 though
My Boston’s name is Feona. She loves to snuggle with me and I love that. Please let me know if any other Boston’s lay on their back and kick their legs after eating. Not too sure what that means but it is pretty funny.
