You forgot to mention the anti reflective screen coating of the s24 ultra, which makes it more easier to use outdoors than the iPhone. Secondly, i think it's a waste of screen real-estate and a shame what apple does to the promax lineup as those phones do not multi-task like samsung phones has been doing for years. Pple won't appreciate that feature until they actually use it. I cld be doing three things on my phone on the same screen simultaneously with no issues and no app pausing. Good and clean review, though. Much love from the 🇺🇸.

I have the iPhone 15 pro max and I have had it for a few months and I get 3 days out of my battery life

I don't care who has the best camera or is the fastest phone in benchmarks. Every flagship smartphone takes super pictures and video's and is blazing fast. 97% of all smartphone users don't even see the differences.
I'm a SMARTPHONE user so I want the best screen (dpi/brightness/anti-glare), best battery, best/most usablility and productivity options, best gaming- and multi-media experience, best personalization options and best innovation.
I want DEX, KNOX, S-PEN, call recording, multi-tasking, multi-window, fingerprint scanner, best screen, widgets, themes, integration with windows, the biggest/best (IOT) eco-system (Samsung SmartThings), fast charging, fast wireless charging and I want AI.
On all these aspects the S24 Ultra is destroying the iphone 15 PM big time. So why keep people buying these antiquated, restricted and very very limited iphones?

Coming from the iPhone to the Samsung, I think the only thing to miss is iPhone's polished OS and great video capabilities (if you dont live in the US). On the other hand, the Samsung is great for productivity, making it a great all-rounder for me.
Meanwhile, let's see what iOS 18 brings to the table.

What are the great video capabilities compared to Samsung's? I hear UA-camrs say the same exact thing but they never say what the difference is. I've looked at both and I don't see a difference other than color contrast.

Videos shot on Galaxy S23 series and newer are already on par, if not better compared to iPhones. They only just say that iPhones are better because iOS is more optimized on social media applications. But Galaxy S24 series already had that tech that also optimizes social media cameras.
Lifelong serious iPhone and Apple user since Apple Mac w 128 kb. But I will probably need therapy when I buy the galaxy 24. I just can’t stand the idea of missing out on this functionality nor waiting for Apple to catch up. Just found you today great video.
Hey Koniynsola, I'd love to see the video of the actual iOs comparison where there are many differences in a way of using these phones. I came to iphone and get constantly annoyed by the, how I put nicely, stupidity 🤔 of iOs compared to Android.
This kind of video would make such a difference in decision making process as well I suppose together with what you mentioned in this video. Coz, for me it was the video recording that is why I bought the phone but then realised how silly the iOs is compared to my previous Huawei p30 pro which is 2018 phone. That made me think how far behind iphone is. 🤔

You said it! The iPhone is "simple and basic" and completely LACKS customization that Galaxy phones offer or Android for that matter. The OTHER major deal breaker with Apple is you NEED to invest into the entire Apple eco system which costs ALOT of MONEY via. tablets/printers and what not. The other GLARING thing you failed to mention is the PRICE Apple products of any kind are EXPENSIVE where as with Android there are MANY cost and feature options available and has options at a MUCH lesser COST LESS. Me personally I use a mid/upper range Android device that has ALL the features I need for a significantly lower price than ANY Apple product and with Android I can buy literally ANY external device like printers for example at a MUCH lower cost! As far as media I do NOT have to convert my music/videos to the iPhone way of life and works SEAMLESS with Microsoft Windows and can share data unlike the APPLE world! I could go on and on where Android is better than Apple as to where extra devices cost MUCH less and work seamless but that's another occasion!
I love the simplicity and customization of Android.

However, I still have my iPhone 11 Pro Max but it feels boring anytime I try using it.

Nah if I’m spending 1k+ on a phone that will always be on the iPhone. It does absolutely everything so flawlessly that I find no need to switch my entire system for another, that’s going to be basically the same. A phone will stay a phone no matter what. If I want more , I’ll just use my MacBook or iPad Pro. Switching is so pointless and a waste of money.

for me the only phone can compete with an iPhone is Z fold 5 as it is totally a different experience only available at the android world. if I am going to use a phone in regular format it has to be an iPhone.

For some reason Apple phones 📱 compared to Samsung phones have terrible and I mean terrible brightness outside. I was just on a vacation in Cabo San Lucas trying to work on my iPhone 15 Pro Max and I couldn't even see my screen. There was a man sitting next to me on a Samsung S 24 Ultra working and doing business on his phone he was laughing and my dumb phone 📱 and the fact that I paid so much money for it and I can't even use it in direct sunlight. Apple we are not vampires 🧛♀️ and have to work in all condition please fix this it is embarrassing to pay so much money for a premium phone and have it do this. I can see why some people choose Samsung because they have so many features. I have all the Apple products but I am wondering 💭 why I am aligned with such a lazy company. It is such an easy fix. I am so confused. Also my phone 📱 got too hot in the Sun ☀️ the. Just stop working it was like I didn't even have a phone 📱 because it said it was too hot. Meanwhile the gentleman next me was productive while I just was left sitting there waiting for my phone to cool down. I lost an important phone call and was left embarrassed by my technology. I feel like Apple doesn't listen to their customers. I am seriously bummed. When I by an expensive phone I want it to work. Fix this Apple. Also no multitasking this is insane so many phone are so far ahead of us. Also my call quality is often complained about by the people on the other line. Sometime I wonder if Apple got so big they stopped being precise with their products. @samsung @apple
That’s understandable and hopefully Apple could fix these issues but I could never ever switch to a Samsung it just doesn’t fit my flow, the ui is hideous with those rounded squareish apps, everything looks like a watered down iOS wanna be. The s24 ultra is enormous and looks ridiculous in ones hand. The s24 is a better design to which it looks like an iPhone copy and past.
I do not like Apple products, but I know how good they are. However, I really prefer Android because in this ecosystem, you are more flexible and can choose from thousands of different models!

@KJOS_ I mean in the Android ecosystem, we can choose from different brands like Samsung, Xiaomi, Google, and so on. Each of them has many different models as s24, s24ult4a, s fold, pixel 8 and so on.

@callmeNeno I've been rocking both samsung and iphone for the past 13 years or so and currently have the 15pm and s24u. Like em both but if I could only have one it would be the s24u. Samsung has come a very long way since touch wiz.

Android is amazing however based on experience after 2 or more years android's performance starts to degrade despite having a bigger ram whereas Iphone's performance despite it's age still performs the same as when you get it out of the box.

Switching to s24 ultra from iPhone 15 pro max was the biggest mistake I made this year so far. Dear all please don’t trust these reviews , what ever you have is best. Weather it’s Samsung or iPhone, don’t trust these reviews, I remember how UA-camrs said s24 u camera is so much ahead of iPhone 15pm now I have lens switch issue in s24 ultra I can’t zoom in while making a video the lens switches and feels like a hard cut and spur true changes too, DONT LISTEN TO THESE PEOPLE. YOUR GOOD WITH WHAT YOU HAVE UNLESS you have to make a purchase.
99% of multitasking on a smartphone: watching a video while doing something else. PiP on iPhone has done this for a while.

Ive got the s24 ultra and i cant stand it.

@KJOS_ because everyone was saying how good it is, in everyday use though it's annoying. It's too big, the corners are too sharp and get caught in your pockets, the battery life isn't that good and it's not even that nice looking. Can't even sell it as samsung phones lose too much value straight away. Wish i hadn't bought the thing.
