Valentine's Sweetheart Cake!! | Delicious Pink Velvet Cake with Raspberry Buttercream!

Pink Velvet Cake...
1 cup unsalted butter (room temp)
6 tbsp canola oil
1 tsp salt
2 1/4 cup granulated sugar
7 large egg whites (room temp)
3 cups plus 4 tbsp cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1 cup sour cream (room temp)
1 tsp vanilla
2 drops pink food gel
Raspberry Buttercream...
2 cups unsalted butter (room temp)
6 cups powdered sugar
6 tsp raspberry emulsion/extract
4 tbsp heavy cream
2 drops pink food gel (optional)
Bake at 350F 23-25 minutes. Makes three 8" or four 6" round cake layers.
