Would it be ok if I use regular butter instead of vegan butter?
It looks really cool, thanks for sharing :)

Hi, yes regular butter is okay, but after testing the recipe, vegan butter makes the cake more moist, "and more white" in my vanilla cake recipe! Enjoy

    Hi
Can we use milk instead of milk powder and water?
Or is there any specific reason for using milk powder?
Also how long to bake and at what temperature?

      Hi,
You can use regular milk, but after many trials of developing this recipe, this worked better in terms of texture and colour.
Depends on your oven, and like any other cake you bake.
I bake it in 150°c for about 50 minutes

Vinegar with milk is to create "buttermilk"
Vinegar with baking soda is to make the cake fluffy and to rise, and this step has to be at the very end as it can change the colour of the cake to a darker/brownish colour.
