- In this video I share the recipe for this Delicious & Easy Coconut Cake.
Recipe below....
Coconut Cake ingredients,
2 1/2 C cake flour
2 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 tsp salt
3/4 C unsalted butter (room temp)
1 1/2 C sugar
5 large egg whites (room temp)
1/2 C sour cream (room temp)
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp coconut extract
1 C canned coconut milk
1 C sweetened shredded coconut
Coconut Cream Cheese Buttercream,
1 C unsalted butter (room temp)
1 8oz block of cream cheese (room temp)
8 C powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 tsp coconut extract
1/8 tsp salt
6-8 tbsp of canned coconut milk

I got up early this morning and made this cake for my mom. Today is her birthday 🎂 and we just cut the cake not long ago and it is very delicious 😋! Thanks again for sharing! I hope all is well. I been looking to see if you post anymore recipes. Take care 🙂

I’ve just been so busy with work, graduations and everything else that it has been hard to make time for my videos. I plan to get some done as soon as the summer is over. Look delicious I don't eat coconut I tried it in different ways I will make my mother that coconut cake for being a wonderful mother. We don't make it because she only one eat it...it will go in the trash so I will surprise her with a 6" coconut cake. Thank you Auntie for sharing

That looks so delicious and I am mot fan of coconut but my mom is. I might need to bake this for her. I can put coconut on hers and not on mines lol.. Where did you get your six inch pans from?
Thank you! 💕 She will love it!! I got the pans either from Michaels or Amazon. It’s been a while, so I can’t remember, but they are Wilton brand and I really like them.
