One of the more inspiring places you have highlighted in your episodes. As an ex-fishing guide in Alaska, I appreciate the professionalism, competency, and genuine enthusiasm of all the staff in this show. They seemed relaxed and very well-spoken. I suspect that made Mark's job that much easier. The place itself though, is magnificent, a true dream. Man! Would I love to go there!

Do Brooke trout die after sporning . Like salmon do. Or do they return to the sea again.

Brook trout are not hard wired to die after spawning, like Pacific salmon do. That said, neither are Atlantic Salmon. While many do die after spawning, Atlantic salmon can return the the ocean and spawn multiple times.

They do not die after spawning. Although they live relatively short lives.

They don’t all die after spawning like Pacific salmon. 100% of Pacific salon die after spawning. Atlantic salmon will also survive after spawning and return to the sea. That said, a significant number of Atlantic salmon die from spawning. I read that up to 10% survive after spawning. It probably varies a lot depending on the stock.
