Good catch of the sun coming up! Really beautiful scenery. I'm not too familiar with the east coast, so I love to see these amazing views and fall colors. What a beautiful country we live in. Looks like everyone had a great time exploring.

The last part with Joey and his blankie… let him keep it as long as he wants, and when he moves on, keep it for him for when he’s an adult. It’ll probably mean a lot to him
@ never been that far north. I max out along the Wisconsin-Michigan border. The lobster rolls there leave a bit to be desired. The pickled eggs at the local bar, though, are amazing. It’s funny, I’m just realizing it now that that pickled egg 20ish years ago was the turning point in the foods I’d try. If 18 year old me only knew what 40 year old me would’ve tried and liked…

Looks like you were in Trenton, town just outside of Acadia National Park. Haven't gone up there this year. Only an hour - hour/half from my house. This time of year is great very little tourists, not many restaurants open. A lot more peaceful. LOL
We love it without people! For the sunrise we had to actually get a reservation for that experience…otherwise we’re almost always there before the crowds. We never made it to Trenton, but spent a lot of time in Bar Harbor.

Sam, Cadillac Mtn is the first Mtn on the east coast the sun rises over. There are other towns in Maine the sun rises over first.
