  • Looking for and easy to follow basic step aerobics workout? You found it!! This workout is great for beginners of anyone looking to get back into step aerobics!
    Join me for this 30 minute easy to follow basic step aerobics workout. We will be stepping at 128 bpm with some great music and always great energy! This may be basic, but it sure won't be boring!!!
    Just move and have fun with it!!
    Here are just a few of the benefits of Step Aerobics Workouts!
    Cardiovascular Fitness: Step aerobics is an effective cardiovascular exercise that gets your heart rate up and improves cardiovascular endurance. Regular participation in step aerobics can strengthen your heart, improve lung function, and increase stamina.
    Calorie Burning and Weight Loss: Step aerobics is a high-energy, calorie-burning workout. By incorporating dynamic movements and continuously stepping up and down, you can burn a significant amount of calories. This can contribute to weight loss or weight management when combined with a balanced diet.
    Muscle Strength and Toning: Step aerobics engages various muscle groups in your lower body, including the quadriceps, hamstrings, glutes, and calves. The stepping movements and added resistance from the step platform can help build strength, endurance, and tone these muscles over time.
    Core Stabilization: Maintaining balance and stability on the step platform requires activation of your core muscles, including the abdominals and lower back. Regular step aerobics can help strengthen your core, improving posture and overall stability.

    I have stuck with your workouts for almost 3 weeks now. My goal is to get stronger and get my heart and lungs healthier, but I already notice my gut trimming down a bit and I have lost 6 pounds.     Chris, If someone has a problem with a small misstep on your part, tell them the problem is them! I loved this basic step workout. I don't notice any mistakes because I focus on what I'm doing and how you direct. I love your music, your choreography, your banter and you! You are awesome and have followers who love you too!!!!💕

    I usually do your step workouts without any risers!!! Today I said let me try this workout with risers. What a game changer, not only was it fun, but I proved to myself that I could do this workout with a set of risers!!! Thank you so much for being such an inspiration!!!

    Chris Dorner NEVER EVER disappoints. I’m advanced stepper but my brain wasn’t functioning on all cylinders today. I needed a fun and moderate intensity today. This was SO fun and not boring!!! PLEASE, if you are reading this and are a cardio queen, DO WHAT SHE SAYS in regards to strength. I was a cardio queen, and still prefer it, but I’ve been adding strength. My cardio is so much better and I’ve been less inclined to injury and pain!! I’ve been following Chris since January of 2020 and I’ve lost nearly 50 lbs. I am perimenopause and I DIDNT GIVE UP. Trust Chris and trust the process. Thank you Chris from the bottom of my heart! You bring me such joy and energy everyday

    Chris, my husband and I are celebrating our 25th anniversary next week on a Mediterranean cruise. I decided last September that it was time to take control of my health. I started eating clean and exercise. It’s a part of who I am now.

    Just getting back into step, 25 years ago I was in instructor briefly,, and loved it, but then got into triathlon and did that for 15 years, then spent a few years with mostly strength, and now I'm just doing whatever I want and love ( I am following a strength program).     This was awesome! Though Mr. Bill and I are a day behind! 😜 I was SO PROUD OF HIM! We’re still learning all your steps, but we did this one and LOVED IT! I loved ALL the music, as I always do.     Here is one reason why you are such a great instructor: YOUR CUING IS AMAZING, especially being live. I had to use air play from my computer to my TV today and the transmission was laggy (not your video on UA-cam, but from my computer to the TV). Every time there was a lag in the video, the audio was still playing fine, so I was able to follow your cues and not miss any steps. Each time the video caught up, I was right where you were! You are a wonder!

    Today was my very first time doing steps EVER and you would have been so proud of me...think of the unfittest person you know and that's me but I hung in there and took only the breaks you gave us..if I was not able to hang I just did my steps and kicks on the floor and when ready to... I got back on the step.
    I'm sitting here dripping and sweaty but so happy that I really did all 30 minutes and I'm fasting 22 hours a day as well lol.
    I would love to join the next live so can you tell me what time on Saturday it will be there and what time it will be in the UK and I especially would like to join when the South African lady will be there as I'm from Swaziland originally ( it's within SA) and she'll give me the boost I need from back home sweet home lol.

    I just recently discovered your channel from Germany, I am extremely motivated!!!!! all I can say is, after being ill for so long, your step aerobic workouts have contributed to my recuperation both physically and mentally - your workouts remind me of the days when I was 25 and working out four times a week to Jane Fonda! no, I’m glad that I can make it through 20 minutes without collapsing🤣🤣🤣 but it is so much fun!!!     How dare anyone criticize YOU or a blooper -that is what makes this class unique and fun. Dah... It is LIVE, just like it happens in the gym! You mentioned early on in this video about mirroring your steps which is how I have always done it but I thought I noticed in your class over the weekend in Niagara Falls that you sometimes had your back to the crowd. Is that the way most of those folks are used to doing it?

      When you are in a class in person, it is easier to have the instructor face away from you

    Fun workout! Relating to your audience keeps me coming back. I have done "perfect, mistake -free" workouts by Fembot instructors and HATED them.
