11:00 how could the dishes still be in the cabinets, if the ship was at 45-60 degree angle while sinking? everything not bolted down would have fallen off the shelves, collapsed or been destroyed
Bc the cabinets were both heavy in weight/sheer mass, plus they were locked up tightly, & the speed as well as pressure, at which the ship fell apart& descended into the ocean, caused this strange atmospheric water pressure phenomenon, which basically suspended the theories of gravity as we know on dry land. If anything were to fall and smash, would be upon mere impact. However, foret the laws of physics when dealing w pressurized, cold salt water
Ship cabinets are locked tightly just for that reason. Even in mildly high seas the weight and height of the dish stack swaying to and fro can make it collapse. With the dishes locked and packed tight that movement is nullified. as for the sinking and impact, well the cabinets were filled with water which acted like a cushion. I love ships. The sinking of the Titanic was a terrible thing. Yes my blocking people may seem kind of rude, but these investigations captured on video tells us what cause the ship to sink. There are many ways to honor the great ship. Many modeling companies that make plastic models of the ship give ship nuts a way to pay homage to the great ship of all times. Titanic Truths, LLC is trying to build a full scale replica of the ship and have it operate as both a museum and a hotel. Sadly the State of Missouri isn't being to kind to this organization. Some did say even some public submarine rides to the ship was in the works but sadly how many people can afford the ticket? James Cameron and the people in this movie do state that operating a small submarine like the Mir 1 and Mir 2 and the bots is quite a challenge. The two well known classes (1st and 3rd) were well known in the movie. 3rd class were more fun and games on the ship and 1st class were the greedy business people traveling. Some of the guys would even go to the smoking room to talk stuff like politics over a glass of beer or whisky along with a cigarette. I know that when I block people that make stuff up about the ship, I seem to be more like someone from the 1st class rather than 3rd class.
Let's look at this realisticly any physical remains have long since returned to dust or sea kelp to let what remains of the ship pass into history without trying to preserve it is ridiculous and overly sentimental yes people died on the ship but their remains aren't there anymore toss a wreath say a prayer and get busy preserving what remains to tell the story for future generations.
Yeah then if we allow archeological recover missions, then that would be the green light to decimate every known grave site in the world. Greedy pigs, you shouldn't even be allowed inside, let the poor souls rest in peace
the ship itself is an artifact idiot. how is recovering a bed frame from the titanic grave robbing? try to explain that without making yourself sound like a dumbass
Its a grave yard let it be there has been enough taken of the ship how many people went down that night with the ship let those souls rest in peace it is so wrong
that ship is hallowed ground for those that perished and should be left the hell alone as is and avoided and commemorated as a gravesite. Sickening that people feel the needs to continuously explore and desecrate that place where so many lives were lost.
Redcorvin why should this wreckage site be treated any differently than those that happen above sea level? On land, when there is a plane wreck, train wreck, car wreck or even the site of the twin towers are treated carefully but nonetheless, the victims are removed and buried/laid to rest. Then the wreck site gets investigated and eventually cleaned up and some are memorialized. Therefore, the Titanic site is/was treated the same way. It's location isn't a graveyard, furthermore, those who lost their lives didn't die on the bottom of the ocean where Titanic has been discovered. They died in the water on the surface or even in the ship but they were dead before the ship descended to the bottom of the ocean. Many of the deceased were recovered and buried but the ones who lost to the sea are long gone now. Bodies can't handle the pressure at that deep, which explains the lack of human remains when they discovered and looked into the ship itself. I for one am glad they have been exploring the site. Thanks to the investigation we are learning the truth of Titanic's sinking. They have forensically tested the steel, the rivets, the damage caused from the collision with the iceberg and have been able to prove the ship broke into two pieces.
Redcorvin it’s sad that our own above water cemetery’s also sometimes come across this problem, though shipwrecks do get ravaged more. People have no respect for graves.
The Titanic is a true horror story but it is not a grave. A grave has to have a body. If someone dies in a house does that make it a grave? I'm sure people were still alive and trapped inside as it sank, but even if they had been in a watertight part of the ship they probably didn't survive past the first two hundred feet and their bodies would have been washed away when the ship broke in half and almost everything spilled out. And if they weren't the pressure would have crushed them bones and all to a bloody pulp long before they reached the bottom, and if by some slim chance a few parts did make it down to the ocean floor they would have been quickly eaten by the marine life
Well the Titanic itself is not a horror story but it is not a grave either. Now the movie that James Cameron did in 1997 does make it seem like a horror story. James nailed it on the flooding scenes. And he did state and other movie narrators stated that survival between 1st class and 3rd class is night and day. If you were a 1st class woman, you were going to make it off the ship. If you were a 3rd class male, chances were pretty good that you would either be diving into the ocean or going down with the ship. What may have lead up to the sinking was that Ismay may have pressured Captain Smith to increase the ship's speed at a bad time. And Captain Smith should have told him that the weather wasn't fit for it yet. At least if I was Captain Smith, I would have told Ismay, "The weather is being strange, and I don't feel like increasing the ship's speed in hazardous conditions. And if the weather was fine, Jack Phillips knew better about his conversation with the Californian. If the Californian had stopped and Jack would have delivered that message to the bridge than telling the Californian to shut up, then if they stopped, that too would have saved more lives.
This is called CONJECTURE, on your part. If you're not familiar with the word, look it up. You probably don't have any DEGREES to back it up. This is what you think may have happened. Doesn't mean it did. People eventually decompose in their coffins. After a very long time there may be nothing left. Does that mean its not their grave?? Of course it is.
People need to know this is a resting place to all that died that night , and it is grave robbing at it's best . Their are thousands of artifact that has been removed already . I know that when I block people that make stuff up about the ship, I seem to be more like someone from the 1st class rather than 3rd class.
Look up the Georgia Guidestones.
Is that James Cameron?
Epic _gamer 546 No it’s James Vanderbeek
14:09 the problem is the Grey faced workers want to throw James Cameron over the side.
02:42 so far so goKABOOM The Little green exploring thing hits some TNT That was hidden in Titanic
i feel that we should bring some stuff to the top
such as those plate's
Ben Davison - leave it be. Its down there for a reason
@@paulchristopher3887 I mean I can see wanting to bring some stuff up but not everything... its historical
Refreshingly not frankenstiened together using pld 80s video game and used pinabll majcune parts.
what a waste to leave everything..
@Michelle Maher 17 years later and you people still believe bullshit conspiracy theories
Oh, shut the fuck up.
Redcorvin stop whining i want to se the wreck !
@@patrickrichmond9896 the titanic is a horror story to an extent... so many people died...
You rot in your coffin too does that mean its not a grave?
You're first few sentences I see nothing but sheer ignorance.
It's strange you can't poke around hms hood and uss Arizona for instance, but Titanic's fair game
Actually, people visit "poke around" the USS Arizona every day. Titanic is much deep thus it takes a sub to visit her.
must be nice to be stupid rich
It's like being at the strip club, you can look but don't touch 🤦♂️
People need to know this is a resting place to all that died that night , and it is grave robbing at it's best . Their are thousands of artifact that has been removed already . And I don't think they should remove anything else . They are only looking a safe full of treasure to get Rich off of This is horrible . You can cut up a apple , it's still a apple . Leave her alone 😭😢😢😢😢
*All skidmarks lead to Titanic* washing all my bf's underwear, over many yrs..I can safely say..all skidmarks do NOT lead to Titanic.
You couldn’t make it up could you, stacked up plates in a pantry
