    Can you imagine the feeling of those who had worked 2 years on the ship to hear it sank on its maiden voyage! Such a loss for all involved 😢

      They sunk it on purpose, doesn't make sense it hit an iceberg, there were bombs everywhere

    At the same time that this footage is incredible and fascinating, it is also very sad, a feeling of emptiness

      We would absolutely love to! We are making efforts to secure publishing rights to that footage, but unfortunately with COVID-19 its been tricky to get a meeting with the rights managers for that footage.

      @@TitanicArchiveProject too bad for you she's ⚰🔥 into nothingness as a rust19. It's like I cov19 doesn't kill you it disintegrates you like the green witch to water. If only she was forever down there as a wreck but never had the rust to erase her and saw shiny like when she first hit the floor.

      @40ounce58 yes your right there. I thought raise it? Its that bad i could lift it up with one hand if it wasnt so deep. Its so sad to look at. Its just about still there. A think it will last longer than 2030 but not much. They say 2050 to 2060 tops and it will be dust. A didnt want the sub to touch it incase it just collapsed even further for good. Its just hanging in there. They should try and raise it. Theres something special about it even watching that. I dont think its scary. People are just shocked becouse of what it looks like now, compared to 1912.

    • @TheMrRatzz

      @@alanmctavish4802by now, it simply isn't an option. The structure is so flimsy that it would simply fall apart before even reaching the surface.
      It's also a burial and grave site, so it would take forever to get families to agree.
      Sad, but not ever going to happen.

    I'd love to see more of the cabins hidden away inside the titanic. Just imagine if humans were able to get down there with this type of footage.... The walls and fabrics...the grand staircase possible remains still holding their final positions.

    • @jacob5989
      @jacob5989 11 місяців тому

      There are unfortunately no remains, no bones of any kind however there are clothes left in said positions. I think the titanic is far too dilapidated to be recognisable within the lower decks, especially in how hard it must have hit the sea floor :(

      Yeah like why they are not out in public i think 2021 and 2022 also had major divings so most probably artifacts are being stoled to go somewhere private and in 10 years they will come to say that everything is decomposed or vanished....

      You can barely reccognize the Stern, it's mostly destroyed and pancaked and the Part you can reccognize seems to just "hang around" waiting for collapse. So my guesses are, either to dangerous, limited possibillitys, not pretty enough, not enough value or not iconic enough. There are 3d scans of it though :)

    • @pelnapkins4379
      @pelnapkins4379 Рік тому

      Like the commenter above said, it's mostly pancaked. However there is photos and footage of the more recognisable parts of the stern, including the huge engines, exposed at the location of the break, and also one of the props.

    La bañera del capitan aún prevalece ahí me imagino cuando el barco desaparezca la bañera se quedará ahí debajo como recuerdo pues de las pocas cosas que aún se conservan como en el primer momento espeluznante pero cierto será fiel hasta el último momento como lo fue el Capitán Williams Smith
