I've battled many injuries throughout the years (knees, back, shoulders, abdominals...everything that moves). The one thing that's certain is that completely stopping never helped. I've always healed best by doing what I could. I can verify through experience that flossing works for elbow tendonitis. That was the #1 thing I did, along with painful, painful chinups, that helped me get back to normal.

Don't cut yourself short and quit early. I would commit to at least 90 days and stick with it. No cheating. Your body will thank you. I would recommend getting a "men's health" blood test done before you start that will show you all your stats and then again after the 90 day mark.
I’ve coached CrossFit for years and one of the biggest pointers I give on building body weight strength is focus on the eccentric portion of the movement. It helps elongate the muscle which in turn builds muscle and strength. Bands are an excellent choice as well to practice the movement path and motion. I got a back issue that’s been bugging me for about 15 years. But a couple of months ago it’s been the worst. Doc said it’s nerve issue. I’m trying my hardest to get is better. Starting doing some exercises huberman suggested on a podcast. It’s helped me a lot this last month. My back still get tired/hurts after hiking with a pack on. There’s days it’s hurts so bad I can barely walk. Back injury’s sucks
Yes they do suck. I have chronic neck issues that causes pinched nerves and now for the last 5 months it’s causing cervical vertigo/dizziness and just won’t go away. Just have to keep trying things and working lol. It sucks
