    I LOVE how the Spirit through unforeseen means of service, softened the heart of this great man! I LOVE how this amazing woman continued to listen to the Spirit and pour her heart into her children and be patient waiting on the Lord! God bless this sweet couple! ❤️❤️❤️ Oh how the deceiver works to destroy our souls and how the Lord works ALL THINGS to the good of those who love Him! Thank you Parker!!!

    What a multi faceted Miracle involving family members from both sides!
    How great is the atoning sacrifice of our Savior? Jesus Christ! I love this testimony!

    Im in the end of a 10 year divorce (addiction and abuse involved). This story was so touching. It's so encouraging to see this because honestly I've been terrified of men for a few years.

    Wow! What an incredible testimony! I love hearing couples who are willing to work through the hard stuff and follow the spirit in their relationship. Marriage is difficult. It's a whole lot of work and a whole lot of forgiveness. Thank you for being vulnerable enough to share some hard things with all of us!

    That was so powerful. Thanks for sharing your story Eric and Emily!! Really enjoyed your story. Those points from Emily of long suffering and serving longer then we want too really resonated with me!

    Thank you Parker, this is beautiful! I love how real and open they are - people need to hear this. (As a side note, I'm a FTF member and it would be amazing to have a tutorial for how to do interviews like this with 2 people and how to light/mic them at the same time while also lighting yourself)

    I have to admit this video hurt my heart. It made me realize that I hate my Dad for not coming to realize that being with his family is where he needed to be. For leaving us and thinking that visitation rights were good enough. It wasn't good enough... not by a long shot.

    • @ChasteintheLatter-Days
      @ChasteintheLatter-Days Рік тому +1

      You might not be able to love your dad, but the Savior does. One of the most powerful things about this story is it shows how darkened Eric's mind was, so much that he couldn't even remember the love he had for his wife. I'm sure Satan convinced your dad that everyone was better off without him. Sure, he made his many choices, choices that hurt you, but they hurt him too. Ideally our fathers would be fathers and help and guide and love us, but keep in mind they are also spirit brothers going through this mortal journey.
      Feel your pain and loss, but recognize there is pain and loss on both sides, and that the Savior has born it for you.

      Have you asked to talk to your dad about your feelings? Maybe it can repair the disconnect if done with love.

    Thank you for sharing hard things! This is what helps so many people! I know of someone who went through something similar. They are doing great now but during that dark time they just COULD NOT see how stupid they were being. Everyone else saw how great these two were together but the spouse just wanted something else. They wanted to leave. They ended up staying together and are better than ever. They are really amazing! Great examples! Sometimes going through darkness bring on better light. I love the spirit and how it works in us💕

I'm not perfect but I see and can relate with the very experiences you're having. Thank you for it came to me at the very moment in time that I needed it. It gave me hope and strength in a time of much darkness, despair and doubt. Thank you and keep at it. 💖🙏💞🤟

    Saving any marriage is honorable and this was definitely a beautiful marriage worth saving. I’m so glad he saw the light and hope and changed the trajectory of his whole marriage through using the power of His choice. She is what encompasses the true meaning of Charity. Really a powerful story and inspires me to open and share more about my broken heart through divorce.

    Thank you so much for sharing your testimonies! In so many ways, I know exactly how you two feel, and the strength that comes from your marriage after such tribulations can be so beautiful. Just like your relationship is so beautiful to see! 🌸
    I am not sure if you’ve done any interviews with people who have children who are wayward and how they’re coping with it… But if you come across that there are many of us that in these latter-day’s that are dealing with children who are going atheist and woke and in my case anti-LDS. I am at a loss of how to help my child and my grandchildren. 🙏🏻

    I am totally happy for them. I am so glad things worked out for them. I wish things always worked out for everyone else too. The problem is that each person has to do the individual work and have a desire to remain in the relationship. We have to choose God and his plan not our own.

      I have replied but have not received an answer. I cannot speak enough to their experience in terms of what I'm living through. I guess I just need you to someone to speak to me directly and relate with me the very things that they relate in the video. It is utterly humbling, to see them and explain what they're living through and see it playing out in my life. Thank you for responding with your email address. Give my best to the couple and give him my biggest thanks for sharing what they live through. I am living through that myself and it sure helps to know of how it works out for people for that's what I hope for myself and my wife and my family. Thank you again and may the Lord bless you and keep you.
