Im mostly sad cause i just loved uppercut so much
Yap. Burning was already meta in the game. Absolutely no idea why they are buffing it. Instaburning is now almost mandatory which can lead to one person just lying around for the whole game. A really, really weird decision.

Great runthrough. I think the menu will be good once we get used to the hotkeys, no worries. Also the game performes better than i feared. Had some issues with matchmaking but there was a player peak

I'll be completely honest for the sake of improving auditory legibility, a lot of the words here are pronounced in too strange of a manner to be recognizable without the subtitles. It's okay to have an accent, but a lot of these sounds are being morphed into something entirely different, as opposed to them just being the french qualities of the individual sounds. Including "-n" becoming the french nasal which is usually of a different vowel entirely than the lone french vowel. there is also a failure in vowel reduction at multiple points. another point is incorrect stress placement. and finally you have the full editions of sounds that should be completely silent, -ed for example, he pronounced "scorched" as scorch-ed, when it should be "scorchd" with no e sound. this particular point is especially not centered around accent but more so a lack of knowledge. the script itself is perfectly fine, so i think if he can improve some of these non accent related mistakes his content would be quite high quality. that is to say, i did enjoy the video regardless.

For new players who had questions about levering I could just say "Yeah, lever every winfield besides the slate" done. Now they'll have to learn every weapon for themselves. Very unfriendly to new players (and even SOME old players)
Not using actual historic names of the guns might be due to Crytek not wanting to deal with permits and licenses from Winchester, Colt etc., but changing established fictional ones is very confusing, probably even more so for old players.

I am a PC Player and have never played Less Hunt since 2.0, the UI is made for the Console, not PC and it really sucks. Sorry but that it is how it is, and after 6years I will not play Hunt anymore like I did. Well done!
Let's see, could be great! FMJ is great combined with a pistol that has fanning example scottfield swift FMJ or pax FMJ but... it takes time to get used to the 275ms on the rifle haha

@@Delaney7 so the hunt begun! I bought it yesterday and it was hell of a fun. I'm learning the game,but managed to kill some bosses,make few extractions and even to kill one player. At the moment I'm using pump shotgun and a revolver. You were,it is really cool game.
i don't think UI should stop you from getting all the amazing content around it such as map, weapons, visual quality and new boss. honest opinion, ui isn't perfect but will receive improvement but it shouldn't stop you from the enjoyement of your, probably, favourite game
@@nomaphobez the TLDR is that the new UI is pulled straight from the "tiled" school of design for consoles, which priorities monetization efforts over functionally. The new UI forces you to flip through multiple tiles to do basic actions. Said tiles are usually extremely visually cluttered and lack directionality. It makes navigation much more of chore than it was prior. It's quite telling that one of the most consistently readable elements of the new UI is the blood bond pricing for cosmetics.

Ui is absolutly terrible, sound is broken and footsteps are too silent again, light and shadows are buggy and broken in buildings. The only good things i see so far are the deadeye crossbow, the crossbow bolts that are new and that the spyglass can now show distance.
hunt 1896 is the highly anticipated hunt update with a new map thats catered heavily towards sniping, dont worry though they added bullet drop to compensate so if someone tries to rat you from 700 meters youll be slightly harder to hit.. hunt 1896 also features a new ui that rivals call of duty as the worst ui in any video game ever, you may say "is ui that big of a deal though?" and the answer is a resounding yes. I didnt know a ui could ruin my experience this badly, but it is that bad. in a normal session where I would played 20 matches or so I played 6 because 90% of my time is spent navigating and fighting the ui. in short, hunt showdown 1896 is nothing more then an update to hunt with a new map and a few qol updates that are almost unnoticeable. basically, its the same game turned into an all sniper rat fest, with a ui that makes it harder to actually get in the game and play it. they even had the audacity to claim they were changing the events, they changed one small detail about how you gain xp for the event, past that its the same scam event theyve been doing for like 7+ years, that anyone who doesnt live on the game will need a credit card to complete. every content creator I see is just being over positive and dodging all the negative things because it helps there career in this dying game, but its recent steam reviews are a reflection of how bad this update really is and you cant hope for a quick fix of issues with crytek. they are the laziest and slowest devs I've ever seen on anything. true incompetency, is all ive ever seen from them, so you can expect it to take them a year at least to even begin to try and fix this mess. this is a real explanation of hunt 1896.

Update has gamma issues. Waaaaay to dark in places.
Maybe it has to do with the shadow settings could you try to play out with the graphics settings
