Nice selection of tricks. Perhaps they would be more suitable for advanced beginners as most of them do require a certain amount of strength and flexibility. These would be ideal tricks for beginner students with some background in dance, yoga or gymnastics.
Absolutely agree! These poses are beautiful but most of these would not be considered beginner level at my studio since most beginners don't have the strength and flexibility for them.
Very beautiful and nice slow step by step instructions 😊 I only have done 4 classes with a professional instructor and I am addicted I am a lot older than you but never too late hey? Just found your channel this morning still learning with knots when we do foot wrap’s I will try some of your move’s with my instructor thank you for sharing😊
Thabk you for posting this by the way im still a kid so you might know i need to work harder. And I've tried some of these poses and the straddle crossback but its very hard. You make it look so easy! Thanks😄
I need help on the cross back straddle every time I do it I look like a frog I also have trouble getting upside down into the straddle I do a different version of this so it’s not the same way of getting up as this one but I can’t straighten my legs when I do this that’s why I look like a frog 🐸
Just got my teacher to show me #1 today… it was so challenging. I Could not figure out how to hold the upper arm properly. 8 months learning silks but still not very flexible 😓
6. Crossback Straddle We need more tips or even better an explanation of how to turn upside down, really. 🫠 Seems so easy but I really don’t get it! I have the flexibility so I guess I don’t have enough strength?? But it doesn’t seem you put much effort either so please help us at least to understand why this is happening, with more information, please enlighten us!!! 🤍

Was thinking this same thing.
There's is a certain amount of strength and or flexibility needed to do silks in general though
@@user-kt1no7yx1u true!😊

Thank you for sharing, I’m wanting to learn some of the basics before I start class and this was perfect! You’re so great at this

This is something I have been wanting to try. But I am am above the knee amputee. Are there modifications?
There are barely any tutorials for hammock :-( Can these moves be transferrable with some modifications?
Sure I'm working on silks tutorials. You'll see it on my channel soon
@@iwellerie thank you! I love your tutorials and really like the cues in captions. 💕
Love seeing you smile on cross back straddle

i love it i also do silks
These might look easy but require advanced flexibility. The first one cannot be done without ballerina level flex on the shoulders
these aren't easy i just got aerial silks how do you expect me to do this
I'm gonna ask my dad for these!
THE CROSS BACK STRADLE IS NOT EASY FOR BEGGINERS ITS TOO HARDDDDD
Just got my teacher to show me #1 today… it was so challenging. I Could not figure out how to hold the upper arm properly. 8 months learning silks but still not very flexible 😓

I practiced the wrapping 8 without any supervision including professional.. thought I was gonna have to amputate my food for a good five minutes 😂
Not suitable for beginners because you're spinning. It's hard to figure out what you're doing.
i did the crossback stradle slipped and fell upside down and my feet got tied together lmao
4- to do- note to self
🎉
Cross back straddle looks easy but it’s SO NOT! I can’t invert from the air to save my life
i really think that since this is for beginners thayt you should explane slower and with your voice. didnt get how to do most of these
pretty much none of these are for beginners 😬
I can Not a Spagat
an ankle hang is not a beginner trick at all
I do not recommend this
Coming from “ potato queen “ that’s not surprising. You are either shaped like a potato or sit on the couch like one I’m guessing 😂

Thanks for the question. I’ll make tutorial with explanation of how to do it soon 😉
