Any aerial apparatus can give a little hug at the beginning. This is something you get used to after training more. Soon, it won’t hurt at all :)

@@FAYESMELODY This might be obvious, but please use a mat! Whether you fall or just bail on a trick, it’s not fun to land on hard floor. I personally use a bouldering mat, but a bigger one would be best.
