    I am 64 year old aerial student. The lyra is my favorite apparatus. I also use similar dance attire like yours for my classes.

    Those are litterally not for beginners! Maybe the delilah, and angle leg extend, but mounting the hoop in trapeze fashion is not easy 😂☝️ neither is yogini or anything else! Lets not talk about back bend 😭 nice job though!

      Hmm…I normally do silks and just bought a Lyra last week, and I found that most of these were very doable with some practice. Now, I DO understand it not being beginner if you’ve never practiced the circus arts before. Note: I’m only an intermediate silks aerialist.

      @@katupchurchI’ve been a clown for three years in a traveling circus, it will not help me do any of this. 😂 aerial arts maybe. 😊

    Figury bardzo ładne i super zaprezentowane, ale duża większość nie dla osób początkujących. Mało kto umie szpagat na podstawie a już o balansie nie wspomnę
