I woke up this morning ready to watch John's arm workout to psych myself up.. as I usually do before a workout! Realised he passed away yesterday :( My 'last rep' is for you John!! RIP
Watching videos of Meadows has been life changing for me since last few weeks , i don't recommend anyone just to skip even one second of his talk and if you do , ur gonna miss something really valuable. I request those who runs this channel to somehow continue it and also share your knowdge that you all have gained from Meadows. That's the best way we can keep this legend alive.

I’ve been watching your videos recently. I’m so thankful for finding your channel. The concoction bowl is amazing. I have made significant gains in the kitchen and gym since way I began using your tips. At 37, I though my best days of feeling good and looking good in the gym were behind me but I’m making a comeback. Thanks!!!
Clicked for the arms, stayed for the posing. Meadows posing coaching is incredible, every little thing he corrects makes a huge difference! I'm also gonna steal this arm workout, can't wait to try it.
What i love about these videos is they dont use heavy weights!!! It should serve as good advice for those thinking they cant lift heavy so they shouldnt bother!!! These guys got jacked by doing this with proper form and for correct reps!!
Just took my non-stim Vaso Blast. I. Am. READY! Also, I have the same issue with one arm sleeve creeping up and the other not. I attribute it to frequency of use.
Really enjoy John's videos and advice. Cant lie, it was a bit spooky for me seeing more of the Mountain Dog's videos after his recent passing. It just takes time I guess to forget he's gone and appreciate the great ideas he is sharing.
Hey John ! Just wanted to let you know that you inspired me I’m so many ways ! You taught me so much through your content " especially how to perform proper movement and practice safety " I actually created UA-cam channel to provide some of the information that you taught me (to those on a small let scale) I’m still learning and still discovering Hopefully one day I’ll be able to be on that platform that you are on , so I can provide for those on a larger scale Thanks you so much for the info, motivation and the courage that you given me 💪
Thank you sir I tried it out like 5 minutes ago and i got a damn good pump My Arms are my biggest weak points so lets go i will do this for the next months i think so
Amazing workout and great posing tips especially on the back double biceps, his whole back just opened out from leaning back slightly more and you’re adjustments 💪👌
Very True! He has a healthy mix of personal experience and science in his Videos. And he's a really likeable guy, who knows what he's talking about (unlike some other BB UA-camrs).
Have gained 3/4" in 9 months since incorporating Coach John's workouts and nutrition. From 16 1/4 to 17" cold. On a good day I can get 18 1/8 pumped at 68 years old. You CAN ABSOLUTELY gain muscle in your 60's if you follow Coach "Two More" Meadows. And today is back and arms day!!

@@NielsO-t3v I like Ryan as a person as he’s a good guy and I love that he’s all about taking care of shelter animals, etc.....and yes, there is some value to some of what he says or does in his videos.....but he’s also definitely been creating endless weird variations of exercises that I feel are less safe and less effective than many of the tried and true things we’ve come to accept as the best movements that work best. I know why he does that...because he seems to have created a unique niche for himself as the guy who comes up with endless obscure variants of exercises for any body part, and it’s worked very well to help him grow on UA-cam.....but it’s gotten to be a bit much at this point...
@@NielsO-t3v I’ve taken a lot of 💩 from his dedicated followers whenever I call him out in the comments for showing something that’s clearly less safe, less effective, explained without the proper context of how or when to even use it, or even downright silly nonsense in some cases. To be fair, I also openly give him credit when he covers a subject or exercise properly, but sadly that’s become less common over time. His following is almost cult-like in how much people buy into everything he says, & it’s mostly beginners that follow him religiously. They blindly follow what he says because most of them are making great gains not realizing that’s just “newbie gains”, which is what generally happens very quickly and easily when you’re first starting out anyway. I dont understand the partial reps before the muscle has hit failure on the full ROM. I get it that the partial reps is for getting more volume in but wouldn't it be optimal if the partial reps is after the muscle has hit fail on the full ROM?
John, possible to do some posing routines with explaining how and how to enlarge muscles during posing? Like how to pull out the lats wide and deep, how high should your elbows and shoulders be during double biceps etc
For those that want to do the workout..
1. Superset: 3 rounds
-Hammer curls 20 reps
-Push downs 20 reps
2. Superset: 3 rounds
-Bench supported bicep curl 15 reps
-Dual rope extensions 15 reps
3. Superset: 3 rounds
-Elevated dumbbell extension
-Elevated to the side dumbbell curls
4. Superset: 2 rounds
-Standing barbell curls 15 reps
-Wide grip Band curls 15 reps
-Bench diamond pushups 15 reps
-Band tricep extensions
Thanks!!!
