I think he's referring to the scale of the battles, there's nothing even close to this level of massiveness in God Of War 2018, still the best game though imo, with gow3 being a close second.

I love how the titan character models change size throughout the boss fights all the time. Cronos goes from being the size of other titans at 1:11 to bigger than thamur at 1:14. Same thing went with Atlas, he was a normal sized titan during certain scenes but in other scenes he was at least as big as Cronos.
