Totally have a sensitive stomach too. Especially helpful during college fitness tests when the other girls felt like they were gonna barf. 😂 but now I do a tsp of pb with a tsp of jam and that gives my body just enough to fuel a workout! But not too much that she’s coming back up, ya know? 🤣❤️
For those noodles…best way is to “soak” them in hot water, lemon juice and baking soda. Let them soak for approx. 5 minutes and rinse with hot water. They soften and have very similar texture to noodles. No need to cook if you don’t want to!

I love your videos and your energy! My suggestion re to gut health would be to track your fiber. I saw a ton of fiber in this video, and too much fiber for your body can actually cause gut issues, such as bloating, pain, constipation…. Etc. just a tip!
If you like those shiratakey( or Wtvr they’re called😂) noodles, you should try the rice version of them. My mom loves those and I know they sell the rice version here idk abt where u live 💓
I thought the same thing about the shirataki noodles, didn’t mind the taste (don’t really remember what I added to them, I think Parmesan, garlic, some Tony’s, and probably some other spices that just sounded good at the time) but didn’t love the texture. So I’ve just been sticking to zoodles, they definitely don’t taste like noodles, but they still taste good so I’m fine with it haha. Hi! Shirataki is a Japanese food and it is translated as noodles but most of the times they are not eaten as noodles in Japan! Btw I’m from Japan;) they are often used in soup and stuff so they don’t really have a noodle-like kinda taste! There are recipes for Shirataki that compliments the texture and I think it tastes really good but I wouldn’t say that they should be or are suited to be an alternative to other types of noodles!
