I got back from vacation five days ago and I’m still kinda unmotivated. I’m very bloated from my trip which is a little discouraging as well ;(. But anyways I’m still pretty active on my rest day because I love to walk and ride my bike. Today though I just woke up so tired and the last thing I wanted to do was walk. What is really stressing me out though is the food! I never really “overeat” on rest days but today I did. I didn’t want to skip meals or anything but I’m scared I might start overeating every rest day and lose progress.
