Pork steaks are so friendly to all types of cooking methods. I really like how flavorful, tender, and budget friendly they can be. Thanks for watching!
Pork steak is probably thee most underrated cut of meat ever. Dirt cheap and delicious on a charcoal grill well seasoned. I stumbled upon it one day at the meat section and was intrigued and now is one of the meats on the weekend rotation. I am from Iowa we love our pork. I would even say I like it just as much or more as a beef steak of the same quality if not better.
I really like those, we do them about twice a year or so. My wife pickles some vegetables and we make some pork belly sliders. One of these days we'll get that on the channel.
Another great video. I love pork steaks, we usually bake them in the oven w Montreal seasoning and A1 on top. They come out so tender.

What’s amazing is the price difference between a pork steak and a beef steak cut. A little bit of patience and you have an excellent meal.
@@burntfoodcookout Agreed! if you haven’t give pork belly burnt ends a try

This is a great video my friend. I’ve never seen a grill like that. It’s super cool. New fan here. ✌🏼
Thank you so much! There weren't a lot of videos out there for the M16, so I was hoping to show a little of what it can do.
